    Jobs Done Right
In addition to the other review, a few other issues that have arised. The plumbing that this guy replaced is leaking (one year guarantee be damned). Major damage to sheetrock, essentenly he was so rough in banging the plumbing that he pulled the entire wall of sheetrock loose form the studs and sheetrock is cracked along the 8 foot height. Left the electrical panel cover off, with all wires exposed. Installing sliding closet doors, installed the header railing towards the front of the opening (the reason I had to abandon using the doors and spend 450.00 on new doors), when the header railing should have been installed in the center...doors would have worked fine. He cut the the new doors so badly it took the new guy two days to fit and level them...he did not charge more than he originally quoted for all that time, though I did compensate him for the extra time and consideration. Installing the disposal, damaged the hinge on the cabinet door when is will not close (will replace hinge, but why so careless). also dented stainless steel new refig and the blades of the whole house fan. I'm canceled my paid subscription with Angie's list, and will be extremely suspect of anyone on here going forward.

    The Pink Plumber
Dale is fantastic. He was prompt and finished the work in a timely manner. He is professional and explained everything that needed to get done. He has done several jobs for me in the past 7 months and I have been thrilled with each one. I would highly recommend Dale Freeman and Pink Plumber.

    Pam The Plumber
We had a weekend emergency and Pam the Plumber far exceeded my expectations! Our old hot water heater burst Sat night and flooded our finished basement. After wet vacuuming all night, I called Pam Sunday morning...half expecting a call back monday...but she answered and helped me through the entire process. ...she also gave me great price! I know because I had been researching them for a while...just wish I hadn't waited. First, safety check... She reminded me to turn off the tank and the gas line (obvious when you think about it, but not something you always think about in the middle of the night while standing in water) Second, she called a water remediation company for me (they arrived in less than 1 hour). She explained the insurance claim process, but when I told her I probably wouldn't make a claim (unless it's really expensive) she notified them so that they would give us the self-pay rate. Third, she sent in one of her plumbers (arrived in about an 45 min) to disconnect the tank and seal the line because even though the tank was empty, water keep dripping in from the pipes through out the rest of the house (cold water bleeds into the hot water pipes through the shower faucets when there is no pressure). Monday morning, when the supply house opened, they picked up our new tank and we had hot water that evening! I can't stress enough how nice it was to not have to spend all morning looking for a plumber who will answer the phone on the weekend and send someone right away. Plus I didn't have to waste time reading reviews on water remediation companies, calling for quotes, etc...I could focus on moving furniture, etc. On top of all of that, she is very pleasant to work with and she really knows her stuff (she'll talk you through the evolution of a particular brand of tank if you ask)...and she really cares about doing the right thing (as you can see above). Stop looking... You've found your plumber!

    Jobs Done Right
John and his crew are the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. Laron, is a bit of exception as he tried to clean up after John but the damage done was overwhelming. John is hectic, always yelling and looking for a particular tool he left somewhere. He is very inconsiderate of property; floors (scratched as he threw tools and dropped doors) , walls damaged with hand prints, paint everywhere, even a few random holes, damage to the whole house fan, (Picture of damage below, not sure what happened, but previous owner had it repaired and no blades were damaged ), I could go on and on. I gave John blankets, sheets, towels for him to use to protect this house I just bought, but he just continued to cut, paint and sand, the mess was everywhere. I cleaned every night but man, what a disaster (pictures, after my initial attempt to clean). These guys were hired by the previous owner of my new home and the previous owner sent them out to repair some plumbing and I thought I would use them, I regret it immensely. The only job they finished was installing 3 prong outlets. They successfully installed 12 can lights, but the switches are left needing mud and sanding, as well as several areas in the walls. John cut three bi-fold doors and every one of the cuts is wavy and uneven (picture), he only partially install one door, didnt bother painting or installing the nobs, or trying to level the door. They also installed 4 ceiling fans, two need additional attention. There is so much more to complain about but the kicker is he asked me to pay him and that he would come back the next day to complete the job, so I paid him, cash (my bad). As John was packing up for the day, he left a few things behind so I wasnt worried about him not coming back. Well, he left all his trash, including empty cigar packages, soda and water bottles, AND a trashed huge piece of drywall; just unloaded that junk right in my carport. Well, he hasnt returned my call or text, and its safe to say he will not come back and finish the job he was paid for (I paid him to redo many items). Stay away from this guy. One other thing, his flyer mentions he has been an Angie's list member since 1992.

Fine - David and Charlie were excellent to work with - I felt the pricing was a C+ to B- also just realized I did not receive the 5% Senior discount also did not get the $25 Angie's list discount on labor my bad that I may have forgotten to mention (money left on the table although it would have been helpful if M.Cary reminds customers to take advantage of discounts) - They quoted me on replacing W/H, I will consider using them but will seek at least 2 other quotes from local companies on Angie's List to compare quote

    Mr Plumber
This project went extremely well. I had used Fred Martus last year to replace my 18 year old water heater in Roswell, Ga. When I moved to a townhouse in Decatur In October, 2018, I needed to replace a 17 year old water heater. I contacted Mr Plumber and inquired if Fred Martus was available to do this project even though I was very close in town. He once again performed the job without a hitch. I recommend Fred and Mr Plumber again .

    Atlantis Plumbing LLC
My husband reached out to Atlantis Plumbing yesterday evening about our hot water not staying hot for long. Tim Robinson showed up first thing this morning to check out the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave us a bunch of different prices and options to choose from. It was looking like we may have needed to replace the water heater. I really like that he didnt try to push the most expensive option on us like a lot of places try to do! Called my husband to get the okay and Tim was able to do the job today. Ended up being only something wrong with the pressure and a cross connection, so we saved money by not having to replace the water heater! We will definitely use them again and I cant wait to take a nice hot shower first thing in the morning. 4 stars for the pleasant experience, Ill update to 5 if everything is still working great after some time has passed.

    Integrated Plumbing Solutions
Integrated Plumbing took me from demo, to remediation, to repair and remodel. They performed the demo, repair and remodel, and they put me in contact with an equally efficient company for the remediation. I would definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them.

Not so badly. When Alex turned it on there was no pressure to speak of. This after a summer of performing nicely, if expensively. Alex made a number of suggestions to improve the situation which in aggregate cost a lot more than just winterizing. We did implement them. Wether they will be worth the expense cannot be determined until next year. If they reduce my total cost for irrigation through more efficient water utilization, I will be happy. The proof will be in the pudding.
