    Lawn Mower Serivce and Repair
    I took the mower to Mr. Cueller because it was leaking fuel around the fuel bowl and would stop running after about 45 minutes of usage. Mr. Cueller told me that the carberator was in need of rebuilding. He rebuilt it and charged me $85.00.
    When I tried to use the mower it stopped running after about 45 minutes of usage. I contacted Mr. Cueller who told me that I most likely had contaminants in the fuel tank. I took the mower back to him. He cleaned out a part on the bottom of the fuel bowl, ran it for a while and told me it was good. He told me that if I had further problems then contaminants in the fuel tank were the cause. He also told me that a possibility was that a circuit card was bad and the card cost about $110.00.
    I brought the mower home again and again it stopped running after about 45 minutes. I removed the fuel tank and drained the fuel through a coffee filter. The fuel was clean. I then inspected inside of the fuel tank. It also is clean. Upon inspecting the carburetor I found the carburator to intake pipe gasket was soaked with fuel. I put a wrench on one of the bolts that connects the two parts and found it was loose. When I tightened it fuel came out of the gasket as though it was a sponge being wrung out.
    I downloaded the parts breakdown for the mower. There is no circuit card on the mower. There is only the solid state ignition. I went to Mower Menders and purchased a replacement for $55.00. I installed the replacement and tested it. I have good spark but the mower still will not run. I sprayed some starter fluid into the carburetor and the mower started only long enough to burn off the starter fluid, then it stopped running.
    This is a fuel system problem. Mr. Cueller's job on the carburetor was poorly performed and he failed to repair the mower.

    My wife & I met with Scott (Rogers) on 2 separate occasions and he went above & beyond to help us understand the differences in all of the options of the quality appliances we seeking.  He also found us professional series quality appliances that are not readily available in most stores at very reasonable prices.  He provided information for our contractor that is helpful in the installation.  He wanted to be sure we had everything complete in order to prevent any delays in getting the appliances delivered & installed.   We would definitely recommend SR Appliance Depot.  Their service quality was amazing.

    Washer was delivered with huge dent. I refused the product. Sears was unable to schedule another delivery for two weeks. Second delivery occurred on Saturday. Delivery team called at 645 am wKing me and my family up to deliver at 730. This time the driver stated that he did not receive instructions to install the items, but rather, just to leave items in boxes (as I had originally requested). Moreover, the driver stated that he received no instruction to haul away the old washer and dryer. In addition to this, the wrong dryer cord (3 prong instead of 4) was delivered. Installation was scheduled for the following day. Unfortunately, I could not request a time and delivery was confirmed from 515-715 pm, during a dinner party at my house. What a fiasco! The lack of customer service and inability to communicate with someone who can actually help take corrective action means I will likely never purchase from Sears again.

    The quick delivery time at this place and the competitive pricing are what I find most appealing. They will beat or match competitor's prices and that's nice. I think its an asset. I have been mighty pleased with this appliance sales center. I did have one problem with the appliance I got from them after it was here and set up. They had one employee they sent over that I didn't like too much but it was kind of a fluke thing and that guy has since left from what I understand. Overall, they are good though.

    This was a very nice experience. The last time I purchased an appliance, it was from a different company and we have had a total of 17 service calls on that fridge in the past few years. I didn't want to go through that again. I was impressed with the product knowledge and customer service of the salesman who sold us our new appliances. We will probably end up buying a new fridge from them in the future.
