FANTASTIC!! We were very pleased from the start, with their personal attention to our work plan, quote and handling of all our building permits to the quality of work and the timeliness of the project. Your team basically rebuilt our house and we are ecstatic with the level of workmanship your team delivered. I wanted you to know that Carolyn and I would love to meet with any of your prospective clients that are considering a complete home remodel and show them the before and after photos of our home. We love the final product and truly appreciate the design help your team provided during the process. We cant thank you enough for this experience and would do it all again. We are truly amazed that you were able to complete this project in less than four months from permitting to final walk through. Other contractors quoted us 12 months to get the job done.

    House Solution Services,LLC
Pablo, Julian, and their employees were always respectful, on time, and hardworking. We had an upstairs master bedroom, a large hallway, 3 additional bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms/ closets all painted (ceiling and trim included) and they were done within 3 days, even with touch ups. We were amazed. Julian and Pablo are so respectful and always used plastic and paper to keep our carpet clean. Their quotes were itemized so we new exactly what was going on. I dread having work like this done, but HSS made it really easy and Im so grateful I know about them!!

    LYM Painting Inc
We were so pleased with the job LYM Painting, Inc. did on our exterior painting project that we decided they should just continue and do the interior of our house. On the exterior, they brush-painted the entire house -- no spraying. On the interior there was also no spraying. Every single trim board was brushed on. Every wall was rolled to perfection, even the 19-foot foyer ceiling. Our house is 12 years old and was the first finished in our subdivision. Needless to say, there was no attention paid to quality or precision. Dennis and Peewee made endless corrections to original construction problems and the outcome is truly "better than new." Once actual painting started, we all decided that the new paint color we chose was going to require a second coat to achieve a great result and they made that happen for us without extending the timeline significantly. They used superior (long-lasting) products, provided a color consultant to help us get to that perfect color, employed unbelievable expertise in repairing blemishes and damage, worked around us and our pets so nicely, and were so accommodating and helpful throughout the project. We are huge fans of these two gentlemen.

    Edge Roofing, LLC
After the first day of painting realized the painters had not removed the switch and outlet covers. They just painted around them. They painted around everything leaving spots as they went. When they finished and left I realized I had paint spatter on the carpets, wood floor entry way, trim, windows and furniture. I also realized that the molded sheetrock that was supposed to have been replaced was painted over. And even then it was incomplete and mold is showing through. When Casey, representing himself as the business owner, came to see the problems, he told me that the painter did what he was asked to do. The painter told him that I had said not to worry about the flooring and that he removed the covers. Casey then told me that he's worked with Manny before so therefore I was lying. So apparently I had approved of all the spots and paint spattered flooring. Who does that? Then, in defense of them painting over the mold, apparently it's because I have a textured ceiling and it can't be matched. I suggest you hire a more reputable roofing contractor.

Our whole experience from the estimate to the final day with Bear Mountain was excellent! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about "Higgy" and his crew. Higgy runs a very tight ship and his men are hard workers. They finished exactly when they said they would and Higgy even pointed out that a touch up was needed and we missed it! We got three estimates; Bear Mountain was right in the middle. We would highly recommend this company!

The entire job went very well.  Inside, Bear Mountain's crew of three were very careful to mask and cover all exposed surfaces and furniture. They re-taped sheet rock tape and covered over water spot areas in ceiling.  Painted all ceiling surfaces and matched the colors perfectly.

Outside, the same crew pressure washed the entire house and caulked where necessary.  They replaced a rotted door jam and masked and covered all windows/shrubs.  The entire body of the house and trim was then painted.  Once completed, Cristian (the crew leader) and I inspected the job.  There were a couple areas that needed touching up, which they took care of immediately.

I would rate the job and the experience A++ and would highly recommend Bear Mountain to anyone.

Crowe Counters at Granite Countertop Warehouse
They were wonderful! They had a lot of good suggestions and a lot of choices. They had the sinks and everything right there to make the selection process very easy. The installation was good and they addressed any issues we had right away.

Adams Custom Shutters & Blinds Inc
We just purchased a home that had no window treatments and I loved the view of our back yard. On the hot sunny days my AC was running all day and my furniture and floors were fading after just a few months. I called Adams Shutter & Blinds and asked if he had a decorative shade that would look good, let some light in and keep my furniture from fading. He set up a visit and brought samples of just what I wanted and needed. I ordered and my husband and I are very pleased and would recommend Adams to anyone who needs window treatments.

    Dennis Cronin Painting And Exteriors
I wish there was a higher rating than and quot;Aand quot;, because Dennis Cronin and his team certainly earned it. While I didn't disclose the cost of service, I can tell you it was LARGE. Not that he overcharged, it was a big project. During the estimate process Dennis Cronin took the time to go over every detail, explained what was needed, gave options and wrote it down. The estimate was very competitive and thorough. We selected Dennis Cronin and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was there every day to monitor and guide the work; his team was extremely professional and courteous; they arrived on time every day and worked the full day; and clean up was performed every day and equipment placed in the proper area every evening. The final tally was job done on time, on budget and flawless. We are in the process of getting Dennis Cronin to do additional work for us this year.

    Douglas Residential Renovation Inc.
I needed an experienced local contractor, licensed and insured, who could creatively tackle several issues at my home, while ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship.  I interviewed and received quotes from 3 local contractors.  Eddie Douglas, of Douglas Residential Renovations, was the only one who clearly and concisely conveyed how he would address all of my
requirements in a cost effective manner, while ensuring high quality results.  Eddie Douglas and his experienced crew of professional craftsman closed off 4 pet doors, repaired water damage in one wall (that included replacement of the wall exterior sheathing, and, removal and resetting of one window), removal and replacement of faulty flashing under an existing deck (that included removal and replacement of decking boards), repair of damaged vinyl siding, and finally, the cleaning of debris from gutter guards, washing the entire homes vinyl siding and pressure washing the driveway.  To close the pet doors the exterior holes in the walls were framed, reinforced and closed with plywood underlayment, and, the interior holes in the walls were closed and finished with sheetrock so expertly as to be nearly invisible, and paint ready.  On the exterior, vinyl siding was cleverly removed from an inconspicuous area at the rear of the home and used to cover the areas of the former pet doors, thereby completely eliminating any variation in color, when compared to the new vinyl siding.  The same was accomplished to make two other repairs to siding.  New vinyl siding was installed at the rear of the home and is nearly impossible to detect, due to the location selected.  A very creative solution !   The water-damaged wall, window, faulty flashing and decking were expertly repaired to ensure a water-tight condition and prevention against future water intrusion.  The cleaning of the gutters, exterior vinyl siding and pressure washing of the driveway were completed with the final visual appearance beyond expectations.  All of the repairs are nearly impossible to detect, the house looks great and my driveway looks brand new.  Without reservation, I highly recommend Douglas Residential Renovations to anyone who is looking for an honest contractor who genuinely cares about providing a high level of quality workmanship at a competitive price.
