    I was there three weeks ago because there was a noise in the driver's door.  It wasn't making the noise then and that's why I'm going back. They went with a ride with me this weekend and they heard it, so I have an appointment tomorrow for them to look back at it again. They didn't fix it but it wasn't their fault for trying. There was no charge because it was under warranty.  I've been using them for a couple of years now - since they've been open.  They're quite good.

    My service did not go well. I was in Dawsonville from out of town and I stopped in on a Saturday and the owner Brent drove my car with me and told me he would look at it on Monday.. He gave me a free rental to drive for the weekend which is the one good thing I can say about them. His wife called me on Monday and told me my spark plugs were covered with oil and all eight spark plugs and wiring needed to be replaced, I needed induction service, and my throttle body needed to be cleaned for $850.00. Something told me to double check this, so I called the shop where I live which usually works on my car. They asked me if Tower Automotive told me where the problem was coming from and I said no. My auto repair shop said why would you fix anything before you fix the cause of the problem? This made sense to me. They told me there was a fix to replace the valve cover gasket and that I should only have Tower Automotive replace the spark plug. I spoke with Brent at Tower Automotive and I told him I only wanted the spark plug done and he quoted me a price of $150. I thought the price was high, but I felt that he was charging me for my "free rental car". Brent and I spoke at length about this. So on Tuesday Tower called me to say my car was ready and I asked the price and they said $850. I was shocked to say the least!! I said that I had only authorized the spark plug to be changed. They did everything they had recommended without my authorization. Brent did raise his voice to me when I told him I was very clear with him about what to do regarding my car. I told him I had never run into this before where there was a verbal misunderstanding with a auto shop, as I tend to be a very clear person. I told him he could either take everything out of my car or I would pay him $500 for the job. So I paid the money to get my car out of there. I feel I had to pay for a lot of work that didn't need to be done and I don't believe it was a misunderstanding. Steer clear of this repair shop!

    The quote came to $950, with parts quoted at double the price we could buy them for from Slack or Autozone (of course available much cheaper on the Internet) and $700 labor. We collected the car on Wednesday and explained that this was too expensive for a car this age and we would have to get a family member to do it. We were then told that there was a $90 inspection fee to cover finding the parts, generating the invoice and pressure testing the system to see if it had a leak. We complained about the $90 fee and explained that we were not told that there would be a fee for generating a quotation. The man behind the counter immediately became unnecessarily aggressive and told us to "Get out" and that he "Wasn't in the mood this morning to deal with people like me". Another thing that we were told was that they mark up all their parts by at least 30% so that they can offer a warranty on those parts. So, as well as charging $90 per hour for their work (which I would assume covers them for any warranty service that they might need to carry out) they also charge a markup of about 100% on the parts that they quote. I understand completely that they had to spend time generating a quotation and sourcing the parts. The radiator obviously had a leak and obviously needed to be replaced, so we didn't need any tests to figure that out. We were quoted 7.5 hours to swap the radiator and then charged $90 for pressure testing a system that so obviously had a leak. 100% markup on the cost of quoted parts "so that we can offer a warranty"and a rude/aggressive/unprofessional response when I questioned the charges. It felt like a scam and was a very unpleasant experience for me and my son.

    Delivered on time and on budget. Even gave me a ride home (about 7 miles each way) when I couldn't get a ride of my own. Have done a lot of business with Nakia Wood for about 12 years now and he has always gotten everything right the first time and charges about half what the dealership would charge. Nakia is a very nice person to talk to and a very competent mechanic.

    Performance Auto Collision did a fantastic job. They treat you with courtesy from your first steps into the office all the way through the completion of work. Our car was vandalized - mirrors broken off and keyed down the side. Of course our first step was to file a claim with the insurance company who provided a low and cut rate estimate. Performance Auto Collision took the ball, acted as our advocate and jumped through all the hoops with the insurance company to get a corrected settlement to do the job correctly. There was no way I would have been able to accomplish that. They did the job right and in a short time. I hope I won't need their services any time soon, but when I do need auto body work done, Performance Auto Collision will be my first and only call!

    They do all my repair work on two automobiles. I last used them about six to eight weeks ago to change the oil in my vehicle. It cost around thirty dollars and that included tire rotation and oil filter and all the stuff that goes with oil changing. I personally know the owner, Ben Tower and his wife, they are very friendly. They do a good job and they are very professional. They will keep an eye on your vehicle if you need anything done, that comes up that you might have forgotten about, they will remind you of it.

    It was wonderful. They called 20 mins before arrival time. The technician was very polite and courteous. The technican was very imformative of the procedure explaining as he went. Total replacement time was 45 mins. I was instructed to not drive my truck for atleast 2 hours, don't wash at a car wash for 72 hrs, and remove the tape across the top after 24 hours. They gave me a lifetime warranty against leaks and any molding issues for as long as I own the truck. I received a call from a customer service rep 24 hours after my appt to make sure I was happy with my service and asked questions about the technician if he was nice and informative to any questions I had during my replacement. I would defiantly refer this company to everyone I know

    Service technician was courteous and friendly. Scheduled windshield replacement immediately after providing free quote. My insurance company paid for the replacement and Southern Auto Glass even did the billing for me. Did the job without any hassles. Even called prior to arrival to inform me he was on his way. Hope I do not have to have my windshield replaced again, but if so, most definitely will call them.
