  • My brother had them come in and do our heating and air conditioning system and since he passed I've had them do maintenance type of stuff.? One time it stopped working and they over came in right away and got it working again and figured out what the problem was.? You know, I've seen them several times,? probably about 4 or 5 times.? They're great every time.? I never have a problem.? ?My brother also had a property management company and he used them for that and I know he was very happy for them.? ?I was very pleased.? Apparently, as part of the deal whenever my brother bought the plan, they come in and they don't charge us for the work they do.? So, they haven't charged us yet but whether its because its a regular thing they do or whether he was doing so much business with the property management that they did it for him.? I don't know, but they haven't charged us.? I've asked them a couple of times you know, "well what do we owe you?", because I don't know the deal they had with my brother.? They could of told me anything, and I would have believed them, you know. They said, "oh no." So whatever deal they whether it was related to his business giving them a lot of business.? It may be related to that or it may be because we bought a whole system from them.? I'm just not sure.? Their service in August was very prompt and polite and helped me out with something that really wasn't directly related to the air conditioner just to save me money of having to call someone in.? It was a fairly simple fix but he didn't have to help me, you know.? I can't think of anything they could improve on, they just did a fine job.? Since he didn't charge me anything, price was excellent.? They came very quickly but I had to call them a couple of times to get their attention.? They were great.? They came right over.? I absolutely would use them again.

  • I received the email and I verified that my zip code was in the eligible area. I paid my funds. The service provider called and said he did not come to my area. Angie's List refuses to refund my money and the air duct cleaning has not been done. If they do not refund my money or find someone to do the work on my home, I will never do business with Angie's List or the service provider again. It has been a terrible experience.

  • They did an outstanding job. They did a great job. They came out here and it was just a little while. He didn't charge me but just $25 to come out here and I thought that was pretty awesome. I would absolutely use them in the future. There were no dislikes. They were very prompt, very available and very down-to-earth good people. That's what I like. They talked to me when I got out here and I appreciated them.

  • Great, no problems. We called and initially left a message, but Tony Bishop called us back shortly after that. He came the next day, on a Saturday, after his church function was over. We looked over the options that would allow us to do what we needed to within a certain budget, and he was very helpful in showing us the options. The price was very fair, especially comparing it to the first guy that came to do the same thing. By that Friday afternoon, everything was done, and other than the new units being in place and working great, you could not tell that anyone had ever been there. Very professional, very caring about his customers. No problem in referring to others!

  • There were two total visits.  The first visit, on Tuesday, fixed the capacitor and coils, but the next day I noticed the pipes started freezing.  I called back Thursday and they sent someone else out Friday.  He stated that it looked like something was broke on the Tuesday visit that was causing the Freon leak, apologized, and fixed it.  Rarely does anyone ever admit to a mistake and I will use these guys again with that being a tipping point.  It is refreshing for someone to say "I'm sorry".  Great work and great service.

  • Jason, the technician, arrived the same day I requested service.  He looked over every part of the hvac unit very thoroughly and was able to identify a small concern that was causing a big issue.  A loose wire had caused our unit to stop working.  He didn't try to perform any costly repairs that weren't necessary.  He was able to diagnose the problem and repair the unit very quickly.  Great work!!  Thank you Malone Heating and Air.

  • This particular visit was just a routine call to make sure everything was working properly on our 3 units before winter set in.

    Service tech/owner (Grady DeFore) has been our "Heat and Air" man for over 20 years.  He has installed 2 new heat pumps at our current residence and installed one at our previous residence.  He services our units yearly and is quick to respond if we have problems.  For example, we had lightning damage and Grady was here promptly to get our unit going again.   His charges are always reasonable and he is always prompt, professional, honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. 

    I will continue to recommend Air Conditioning and Heating Service to my friends and family.

  • There was quite a delay in getting the heat pump put in because of the arctic blast that came through. They were quite busy. There was a month delay between the time I called them and they time they were able to come out -- they originally said that it would only be a week, and we had to delay it by a week on our end as well.
