    My father had hearing loss for years. After some convicing, he decided to look into hearing aids. We looked at a few places but once we found Johnson Audiology, we never looked back. Their staff is so friendly and their doctors are very knowedgeable. They tested my fathers hearing thoroughly and fit him with the perfect hearing aids, not just any generic pair. He said it was one of the best decisions he's ever made and his hearing is beyond what he thought it could be. Thank you Johnson Audiology!

    I cannot say enough about the people of Johnson Audiology! As a company, they truly understand the importance of customer service. Their office is beautiful and very welcoming and the staff always greets you with a smile. It is a very patient-friendly and comfortable setting, which you don't find too often in a medical practice. I have had several family members go to Johnson Audiology for hearing issues and they have raved about the professionalism of the staff and effectiveness of their services and products. To top it off, the owners Derek and Megan Johnson are great people. We have been involved in several charity events with Johnson Audiology and they are always first in line to support their community and great causes! The last event my company hosted, Rock for a Reason, Johnson Audiology brought their whole family and company out to support the cause. I will continue to recommend Johnson Audiology to others because they have treated my family members so well upon their visits and truly care about their patients

    I've been using her for almost 5 years. She's knowledgeable. She gives more information. She's good at explaining. She's good at what she does. I like that she talks and gives me information about whatever it is that she wants to deal. I like the nurse practitioner. Office is nice.

    I have a midwife there and I love her. They are just very helpful like anytime I need a prescription refilled or even if I have a question, they are more than happy to answer anything. They are just very patient. I just feel comfortable as they really care about their patients. It is one of the best. I just feel comfortable and has great environment, great with women, very caring and very well. I totally recommend them 100%.

    I love Kaiser. I guess the only complaint I have is I wish I had something closer to me because I have moved further out but that's very minor considering they've got coverage everywhere. I still have to drive 20 minutes to go down there. The facility has everything. They have a therapist and psychologist both for talk therapy as well as medication. Kaiser is awesome! They are very inclusive. If you are in the Kaiser area, they are amazing but if you are not then that's when you have to pay an arm and a leg but they have everything. The facility at Townpark when they just added on to it and it's got a whole urgent care facility on it. Saying it's urgent care is putting it mildly, it's like a mini-E.R. They actually have like hospital level equipment there. The doctors are all amazing and what really works well is that because it's all in one place, if I go in there after hours and I see somebody that I've never seen before, they still have all of my medical records. It's absolutely amazing. I wish everybody had medical coverage like this. Everything is great because if I got to reschedule something, it's just a phone call away. I can make appointments online and I can communicate with my doctors via email online. It's amazing!

    I have had a hip replacement and he has replaced 2 of my knees. Most recently he looked at my elbow. He has good bedside manner and I have never had any issues after any of my surgery's. He keeps up with my rehabilitation and he is very attentive.

    He was the attending doctor in the emergency ward and I have been going to him ever since. He is just wonderful. The staff is wonderful and punctual. I have never really had to wait there. He has very friendly staff. They are always very helpful. He is my cardiologist for life.

    It is well integrated. Before I retired, I worked for 25 years in various health care systems. The doctors don't know what one another does and their systems aren't integrated, although I think that is changing. Kaiser is already there. If you go see a doctor in South Atlanta and the next day you go see a doctor in North Atlanta the doctor there can see the notes and the X-Rays that were taken the day before in South Atlanta. They are very well coordinated. Their information system is well coordinated. They are very proactive about getting annual exams done. The things I need to get done they have been very proactive about. Kaiser is also an insurance provider. Some insurance is good at covering one thing and rotten at covering another thing, but the things that I've needed they've covered beautifully. I've been very happy with them.

    They have my regular doctor that I had seen who went to a different practice.  He is very understanding of the situation.  He is very compassionate.  He didn't want to make life harder by making me go to a different doctor.  He is willing to manage my regular health care since I am going through the cancer thing.  He is just very reassuring that he would take care of me.  Everything besides the cancer would be managed through him.  I didn't have to try and find a new doctor.  He doesn't rush through.  The day when I was there, the waiting room was full.  They also have an urgent care center.  He wasn't trying to rush through the conversation or get me out of the door as fast as he could.  The first thing he asked how could he help me & what he could do for me and not what's wrong with me.  It took 2-hour to see because he was the only doctor available that day.
