    I have used MY COMPUTER TECH before and was very impressed then.  When I bought a new PC and monitor I called Roland to do the setup and transfer of files and programs.  He also made sure all related equipment was properly working such as wi-fi, printer, etc. was working properly before he left.  He also installed Quickbooks 2016 to upgrade my old Quickbooks program.  All systems have been working great.
    Roland is always quick to respond and I will only use MY COMPUTER TECH when I need computer related services.

    I called Roland on Friday to ask for a house-call to repair my computer/printer.  He said he would be over the next day.  I explained that wouldn't be home on Saturday so an appointment was made for the following Monday.  He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.  The problems we had been experiencing and our efforts to correct those problems were explained to Roland.  He went quickly to work and in about an hour he identified the problem and had it repaired.  My printer and computer now work as good as new and I wish I had called MY COMPUTER TECH sooner rather than spending hours trying to fix it ourselves.

    Very satisfying experience, I will use them again. I needed to use my computer for work after my kids had played some games on it. It was no longer working correctly, very slow and game icons all over, and about one out of three times I tried to turn it on it would not work. I called around and spoke to a technician at Paulding Networking named Matt. He gave me some advice on things to try before taking it in or having a technician come out. I took it to their location because they said the work done there was flat rate instead of hourly. I checked it in for the diagnostic service and they called after lunch the next day and left a message. I called back one of the technicians went over the report and a few options like upgrades. Everything was well explained and done in "laymans terms" and anything that I wanted more details on they were able to provide. I chose for the tune up service because it would keep things as they were but remove the games and extra junk. All in all things went well, the computer is much faster now (I was also missing a lot of updates) and I will definitely be using them again. A couple of the optional things they mentioned I will probably go back for when I get a chance.

    After my friend's PC was zapped during a lightning storm, she came to me for help because I'm the informal neighborhood 'techy'. Based on advice I got over the internet, we reseated the graphic card which solved the problem briefly. However, when the problem reappeared shortly thereafter (6 beeps and inability to boot), I contacted My Computer Tech. Roland spent at least 30 minutes discussing the issue over the phone, verified what I already knew, and provided some other possibilities. He was very upfront about the problems that could occur from this sort of electric strike and made sure that I (and my friend) understood that there was a great probability of multiple components being affected.
    While we could have tried to dabble some more, my friend decided to trust Roland with her PC, which he picked up later that day. After running detailed diagnostics, he contacted us with the news that both the system board and graphic card (a cheap one) needed replacement and strongly suggested we replace the power supply as well. Based on what we had read elsewhere, this seemed like the best plan, so my friend agreed.
    This all occured during the Fourth of July week, so there was a slight delay while Roland awaited receipt of the new system board, but he stayed in regular contact with us regarding the status. When finished, he delivered the repaired PC and hooked it up to the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and network to ensure it all worked correctly.
    My friend is very pleased with the work and notices a definite difference with the higher quality video card. We both felt that the price (which included an AARP discount) was fair. I'm glad to know that there is a reliable PC professional so close to my home and will definitely contact My Computer Tech next time I encounter a computer problem that exceeds my own abilities to resolve!

    Roland was fantastic! Called in late afternoon. Knew I needed to be repaired asap. Wife came out immediately and picked up. Reason: Roland tried to trouble shoot over phone and requested I shut computer as he knew there was a serious problem. Returned computer late next day. Found several virus's and as stated before found one in the hard drive which he had never seen before. What impressed me the most was he took the time to send out the virus to a company to determine what type of virus. What makes him different from the other companies is he answers your phone calls or if on telephone with another customer, will return call quickly. In this industry it is all about service! Total cost was $150.00 and well worth it. Roland has become MY Computer Tech!
