    Rainbow Touch Free Car Wash
    We have found that if there is any problem the attendant in the attached office is more than willing to fix things for you. We usually find there are several wash bays and vacuum machines available so it is easy for us to clean both cars at once. Because of this we can vacuum, wash and leave in short order. Oh - and they are cheaper than any of the other available to us. If you have never used a self service car wash it is easy enough to figure out how to use the wash wand for regular and extra power applications.

    Lynn nix is not only an awful businessman but a crappy person. After dealing with him for two months, I was devastated to find out that not only did he not give a crap about my business but he: never called me when he said he would, never ordered the parts that he said he would (4 times), and never remembered who I was. When I finally told him that I would find someone else to do the repairs on my vehicle he said "ok" and hung up. What a s***** guy. I would never do business with this and I would never recommend that someone else attempt the same.
    Did I mention that 2 years ago I contacted him for the same repairs and he NEVER contacted me again?
    Lynn nix, just quit your business because you SUCK at it.

    The man would not answer his phone. He charged 250 for the radiator and 275 for labor. He kept it for four days. After getting it back, it kept cutting off. I took it back and he said it had nothing to do with him. I said it did not do it before. He checked and said something had been moved while taking the radiator out. He still insisted it had nothing to do with him. I told him I paid him 659 dollars. He did fix it but had a bad attitude. I would stay away from him.

    Needed new tires to be riding safely. Checked around and although he wasn't the cheapest, his price was just a little bit more and since he had provided services before and the jobs were done well, I went with Trammel. He has helped me out a couple of times just answering questions about my three cars and never asked for any payment.

    Japanese Automotive Professional Service
    Brought in a 2006 PT Cruiser for engine skipping at idle (which another repair shop could not fix), replace the timing belt and do the 90,000 mile checkup.  They went so far as to advise me of other work (water pump) that should be done at same time as it would be much cheaper to do it now when the timing belt was removed than wait for it to fail in near future.  I confirmed this by Chrysler Internet advice.  Glad they gave advice rather than wait for a chance to bill again in the future  - thank you.  They also spent a lot of time determining that the valves were causing the problem in spite of the compression reading OK - and they showed us the burned valve when we came to pick up the car.  It did take a while to get all this work done but they were very patient with our calls to inquire how things were going.  The finished job makes the car run GREAT.  Also - the bill was a good deal less than their original estimates.  Never had that happen before!  It's so good to find a reliable, honest repair business who truly has the customer's best interests in mind.

    Lonadier's Mobile Detailing
    I emailed David 2 weeks ago. He responded immediately and we scheduled a date and time. David told me he would be at my office at 8 a.m. today and he was there. He was going to do my husband's SuperCrew truck and my car. However, he was so conscientious about doing a good job on the truck that he's coming back next week to do my car. He spent most of the day on the truck. It had sap all over it. It looks so good. He showed up in a small car loaded with his own system. I was impressed. David is very nice and really cares about the quality of work he does. I didn't have to wait hours in a shop or have someone pick me up so I could leave my vehicle. He called me on my cell. I came down, gave him the keys, and spent the day working. When he was done, he called me and I came down, inspected the vehicle and gave him a check. He doesn't take credit cards, but I was fine with that.

    I made an appointment and got an oil change price quote over the phone. When I got there on the appointment day they got to the vehicle fairly promplty and the service tech explained to me what they said needed to be done. I selected what I wanted to proceed with and the work was done well and promptly. They have a nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, but you cannot see into the service bays from there, which I would have preferred.
