Raymond was so helpful on the phone to begin with. He pretty well knew the issue before even coming out. He came an hour out of his way within a few hours of us initially speaking to inspect the issue. He is very knowledgeable and was more inclined to "fix" the problem versus seeing how much money he could get from us. Everyone should be using this service. Others were talking price right away and just didn't seem to care about the issue. Raymond was the opposite and thank goodness for us he was.

Alex was beyond thorough. He was extremely knowledgable and absolutely looked out for our interest. He identified multiple issues including but not limited to a polbutalyene pipe at the main. Thanks to Alex he saved us thousands in repair fees. Between electrical and plumbing that need to be performed, he was able to identify everything that was faulty. I would definitely recommend him and would jump at the opportunity to work with this extreme professional with extraordinary home structure experience.

    Mold-B-Gone Remediation, LLC
Johnny and Kyle were great to work with. Scheduled quickly and they worked very hard. Even coming back a few weeks later to take care of some quality control issues. HOWEVER. They did not stand by their guarantee and refused all calls and emails after we tested the house six months later and mold levels had returned. Very likable people but I'm afraid they acted unethically with us. In my opinion, their products Mold-B-Gone and Mold-Zap are fine for a little while, but not for long term permanent needs.

To my understanding, industry specifications are that the vapor barrier be sealed in all gaps between the sheeting and at the edges. Unfortunately, the plastic was not taped or sealed at joints and no attempt was made to seal against walls, or support columns. Basically, they laid sheets of plastic out, overlapping each other. I could have paid a neighborhood kid to do just as good a job. Company refused all attempts at communication-- phone calls not returned, emails ignored. Overall very nice guys, but the services were lacking in commitment to quality.

Excellent. They were quick to respond, quick to come out and gather samples and had the results to us within only a few days. We were very impressed with Echelon and would recommend them to everyone. We would definitely use them again if needed!

Alex completed an extremely thorough home inspection for us, including Radon inspection. He encouraged us to be with him during the inspection so he could point out and explain each issue in person. This was highly valuable to us and far more helpful than our last home inspection. The written report was very detailed and helpful in negotiating repairs for the home with the seller. We could not be happier with Alex and would recommend him to anyone.

1-800 WATER DAMAGE of North Fulton
Excellent. 1-800 Water Damage of N. Fulton did a great job the day of and after the accidental flooding from a Bathroom renovation. We really appreciate the company professionalism and courteous to our situation. Thanks again.

We are thrilled that we found Michael. First the people who work in the office are professional and friendly. Michael was a professional thru and thru, and made us feel at ease with the process. We asked a lot of questions because this was our first house. He was willing to answer them all in a language that we could understand, and explain deficiencies that needed to be corrected to bring the house up to code. He also professionaly dealt with a 'know it all' owner who constantly interrupted the inspection to put his 2 cents in. Michael got his report to us by that evening. It went into detail with pictures about the deficiencies, and explained what was needed to bring many, many problems up to code. The report was easy to read/follow. In the end his work saved us from making purchacing what would have turned out to be a money pit. We had several contractors out the next 2 days giving us quotes (electrical hazzards, fire hazzards, structural hazzards, and much more.) Each agreed with what Michael had reported. We found we would have had to put in $20,000 just to bring the house up to code before and at move in. We would then have to put in another $20,000+ more money to correct other issues (to the interior, exterior, yard drainage, retaining wall) of the house where the owner did work himself at a very subpar level. It was wasn't hard walking away from this beautiful looking 'dream house' because of what Michael uncovered. We plan on using him again when we find the right house, and now know what to look for when house hunting. Thank you Michael, 2 big thumbs up! Price includes radon testing.

Alex was professional during the very first conversation. He showed up on time, took almost six hours to do the inspection. The report came in the inbox the next day. I was able to revise my contract with the seller based on his report. He found couple of serious issues with the HVAC system that needed repairs. It was great working with him.

    Floodmasters, LLC
This company will be out of business in no time or will change their name. Floodmasters of GA came recommended to us by High Priority Plumbing, who we have used for years and really like and I hope they stop recommending Floodmaters to anyone. We are now 5 months into a project that was suppose to take 2 weeks. Every time they come into the home, they leave with either little work done or something else damaged that was not damaged to begin with. They also come with attitudes and have spoken to my wife and I like we are just taking time out of their day. Today, I actually felt threatened by having them in my home and asked them to leave. Why should anyone feel threatened in their own home??? My wife has missed weeks of work trying to manage this thing and the owners/managers are no where to be seen. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. We actually had one person come in and tell us he does not want to be here and suggest we find someone else. Stay away, stay away, stay away.
