I hired them to take care of some water intrusion issues in my basement, and every individual I dealt with at the company was polite, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. The work itself only took three days when I was expecting at least a week based on the extent of what needed to be done. The team showed up on time every day, let me know when they arrived and left, and walked me through every step of the process to ensure I understood what needed to be done. They answered all of my questions and left the house and yard clean and neat after they finished up, despite the fact that there was a literally tropical storm coming through on the days they were working! They also quickly corrected a small issue caused with my water line. Most importantly, the job seems to have eliminated my water issues and came with a lifetime guarantee. We had a bad shower leak due to an improperly fitted shower door that was installed by the prior homeowners, which caused mold to build up on the baseboard and wall outside of the shower. I did a lot of research and reached out to Clymore Mold after seeing so many positive reviews on Angie's List. After working with Mark, I can see why there are so many great reviews. AGeorgia Radon SolutionsI asked Georgia Radon Solutions Company for help to reduce the radon in my basement, which had a reading of 8. Mitchell Stein contacted me 2 hours before arrival. Upon arrival, he inspected the basement and explained how the work would be done and addressed my concern about how the duct would connect to the outside. He also gave me a reasonable price quote. He then noticed that I had an Aprilaire Energy Recovery Ventilator installed in my basement. I told him that the ventilator is not working and needs needs to be fixed. He suggested that I fix the ventilator and get it running, which may then solve my radon issue. I took the suggestion and fixed the ventilator, and now my basement has a radon reading of 2. I greatly appreciate Mitchell's professionalism and honesty. He was willing to put aside business profits to look out for a customer's needs, which is hard to find nowadays.- Zhaoqin M.

DWe scheduled a meeting right away. Representative came out. Sent us an estimate. After a couple of weeks to consider and look at other bids, we called back to try to confirm a final contract and we had no response. I emailed the Representative, gave 2 numbers that I could be reached, called the company to leave a message. No response. I really hope there is nothing wrong with the rep but who knows?? No one to get information from.

AWe had what appeared to be a small problem with some moisture in our floor boards in the kitchen that turned into something much larger when we saw mold. We used Angie's List and found that FloodPros could assist us. We contacted them immediately and they showed up within the hour to identify the problems, develop a plan to contain and fix the problems. Joe is the owner of Flood Pros and helped us tremendously with what was initially a one month issue but ended up taking four start to finish. He was responsive, honest and empathetic. I felt that he was treating us as if he was his most important client, which clearly was not the case. In addition to having an outstanding crew, they also navigated the sometimes difficult process of insurance claim processing. By taking us directly out of the day to day, we were able to focus on other things that took some of the stress out of something that at times seemed overwhelming. At the end of the process, our home was fully restored and in better condition then where we started. Joe and his team are true professionals and extremely honest. While I truly hope we never have to go through this again, I am very grateful for everything they did.
