  Wet Seal Waterproofing

  I had a leak near a pipe in my basement wall. When I called Wet Seal they were very quick to respond and came out to give me and estimate. They explained everything so well and were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them. They fixed my basement and did an amazing job!

  Sundry Waterproofing

  My DSL line was cut when they dug a trench for drainage outside the house. This was the first issue. They installed a drainage system by digging into the perimeter around the inside of the basement and installed drain piping and vapor barriers. After the first good rain, you can see where the concrete that they used to cover the trench back up has moisture seeping up in several places. Before this, I didn���t have this moisture coming thru the floor.

  To my understanding, industry specifications are that the vapor barrier be sealed in all gaps between the sheeting and at the edges. Unfortunately, the plastic was not taped or sealed at joints and no attempt was made to seal against walls, or support columns. Basically, they laid sheets of plastic out, overlapping each other. I could have paid a neighborhood kid to do just as good a job. Company refused all attempts at communication-- phone calls not returned, emails ignored. Overall very nice guys, but the services were lacking in commitment to quality.

  Dennis Wood Construction

  HORRIBLE!! He obviously is not good at bathrooms as the tile was laid wrong and was crooked.. when we ask him about it.. he said he was only human!! We also found out that he has a substance abuse problem! He did crappy work that had to be ripped out and completely done over!!! He is not honest, will take your money and the work is not worth it!

They had great ideas that we had not thought of, they completed the work on time and within the budget and they were super easy to work with and each of their sub contractors were very professional and respectful our our home.   Met with very nice, but fast talking representative, Michael Hulsey, who promised many things and then left us out to dry. First wrote a $9000+ contract to pull of drywall and subfloor so they could see what they were getting into. Then gave us a 2nd contract for $94000+ all in. Had me drive from Tallahassee Florida to Cumming GA to walk through the property and make material selections and go over the project scope and then lost everything and had me do it all over again 2 months later. Now the owner Mike Sircy steps in because Michael Hulsey has disappeared and apparently taken all his promises, notes, memory with him. At first the owner says he will honor the contract. We do a walk through, have a nice meeting where he apologizes and says he will make it right, asks us to catch up on the draw schedule, (so we give him more money), and starts back to work. We get a new materials list, a new schedule and a few days work and BAM! Now that he sees everything Michael Hulsey promised us, he is backtracking, saying its our fault he can't complete our home without more money. The owner says nothing that Michael Hulsey promised was actually included and now we will have to sign change orders to complete the house and give them more money. He is trying to say we changed the plan on the house, but we have all the drawings, text, emails etc., from/to Michael Hulsey to show trivial things were changed on our end, like we wanted a wall moved over 6"before it had been built, which would not effect the cost. So basically they are now holding our house hostage until we pay them more money, leaving our house open to the elements to rot away all the work we already paid to have done. Never ever do any construction work with Michael Hulsey or this company. We have hired an attorney and are going to have to go to court because of the incompetence.

  it went really bad. He is adamant and not punctual. I have paid him fully and he owes money to one of the material supplier. The material supplier sent me a lien notice. PLEASE DON'T HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR ANY MORE

  Salar and his team did excellent job in finishing my basement. Salar is always reachable and addresses any concerns right away. He is very flexible and accommodate last minute changes as well. It's very easy to work with him and his team. Quality of work is excellent too. He is definitely my to-go person for any home remodeling project.
