    The actual purchase was fine. Delivery sucked. The refrigerator has not been very good. I probably would not get back there for purchasing. Sears doesn't actually deliver, they have contractors that deliver, and it's like a nightmare if you can find to get someone, and they're not very good.

    I called their customer service number and they helped me complete the purchase online. The sales agent is always on point. I’ve never had a problem, with them. They’re always very helpful. When you purchase something from them, they make the purchase for you then they schedule the install. They have an actual install team. They call you to set up the installation schedule. I ordered it on Tuesday and they told me that my install would be on Thursday. It was Pete’s Plumbing that agreed to do the installation. Pete’s was supposed to call me Thursday but I didn’t get the call yesterday. I called them first thing this morning and they told me that they had only received the contracts from Lowe’s and they do not schedule installations until they had received the purchase order from Lowe’s and they have not received the purchase orders. Then they told me that they are so backed up because of frozen pipes due to the cold weather. They would not be able to install in until the end of next week. I called Lowe’s back and told them what was going on with the install team. I told her that this was not acceptable, we spent thousands of dollars and I’m not used to this kind of things happening. I asked her to get with Pete’s and A) find out if they could actually do it before the end of next week, B) find another installer who could do it, and C) that I wanna get discount for all the trouble I’ve been going through. They had agreed to give me a discount. She called back early and told me that they contacted Pete and they do not have the ability to do it before the end of next week and their other licensed installer could not do it. So at this point, I have no idea when my dishwasher is going to be delivered or going to be installed. I try to understand. I got a good price. Everybody was courteous and professional. I have to initiate every call for information up until today. They were supposed to call me on a certain day and they didn’t call me.

    I have been and Amazon Prime customer. I pay for the Prime membership because they offer this free second-day shipping when you purchase. They have Prime-eligible products. My number 1 satisfaction is that I never paid for second-day shipping and never had a problem with shipping from them. I always get what I want. They set me up for text alerts and tell me when my order is processed, shipped, and delivered. They have a really good online review and you can read all the customer reviews before you decide what you wanna get. The shopping process is centralized. I just add to cart and proceed to check out and then load all my information and click I’m done. It’s very easy. The only time I had to call them, was about a product that wasn’t working properly and they were very responsive on the telephone. They sent out a new one right away. The credit card information is very safe and secure.

    I found Sears to be the most expensive on the dryer than other companies. Their delivery charge was also $99. We often go to Sears first because in the past we have found them to have great prices and more of a selection. I was very disappointed in how much more they cost. The day I went there, I was in a rush with a limited amount of time. If I had more time, maybe they would have been able to negotiate on the price more. The people who waited on me were very cordial.

    I like them and their people are very knowledgeable. However, when I asked them to meet the price of a competitor, they were unable to do that. I have nothing bad to say about Home Depot. The woman who was in the tile department was very knowledgeable. Every time I am in Home Depot, the people are just very knowledgeable about the department they are working within. It is very easy to find someone to help you.

    They have a 10% veterans discount; you get 10% off when you are disabled. I don't like them, it's too rushed. What I don't like is that there are too many associates, every 10 feet you hear: "Can I help you", "What are you looking for" but other than that I like everything about them. They are pleasant, they have good supplies, and if they order something they are right on time. I had to order a big window for the front of the house and they guy was just right on it. He does the exact dimensions what I needed and ordered it and it came in early. That's what I like about them, when you need something they will get it for you. The quality of the products is depending on what you buy; they do sell some real junk. My fixture for my new stainless steel sink was $59. It is solid brass, heavy nickel and chrome plate, weighs about three pounds and next to it they had a fixture right out of China for $19 that is plastic. So you can buy some real garbage or you can buy some real good stuff.

    We are very pleased.  We have them do quite a few things in the past; rugs, a fence and more.  They are extremely responsive.  Lowe’s themselves are not the installers but the ones they use as their installers have all been extremely professional.

    I feel like we were given a very good value for the money we spent. The appliances were delivered on time with no problems. We did have a slightly damaged item that was quickly replaced. Overall, I will certainly use Siano again.

    Well, some things were a little off there. First, they had told me that the countertop guy I was using needed to level the appliances before they could install them right. So, they had to come back. The countertop guy said that he didn't do anything but countertops. He does not do appliances. I thought it was strange of Capital to tell me that. I eventually got them installed, but they had to come back after the first time. I had to take time off of work and everything. I was not very happy about that. I am not sure of an exact charge for this. I know it cost $99 for the delivery of the appliances plus whatever the installation charge was for the ice maker.
