The most recent was remodeling and up-dating an older house, adding an over sized two car garage, upstairs bonus room and connecting office with bath, etc. This was a "hurry-up" project because of a family emergency. ABath Planet of AtlantaWe got our patio installation done. The owner came out to do the appraisal. He did the measurements, talked us through the process. He was very straight forward and honest, done in less than 30 min and emailed me our quote the next morning. He was very responsive to my calls and texts and answered all my questions. They crew did a great job with the installation. It was done in 2 days. So, glad we went with this company instead of the other two. I had an outstanding experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta and would gladly recommend them to anyone.- Freda T.

AAWT ConstructionMy roof had been repaired a few times by people that were suppose to be good roofers, but their repairs didn't last very long. I didn't get any references before they did the repairs. Wayne came out, took a look at my roof, told me what it was going to take to do the job correct and also guaranteed it not to leak. He was very professional and straight forward. The crew came out and performed like true professionals. The crew leader gladly explained to me and showed me all the repairs as they were performing them. He answered any questions I asked and I felt comfortable with the answered he gave me. I've dealt with enough contractors by now to know when they are trying feed me a load of bull. The job looked very good when they finished and they did a very good job of cleaning up all of the trash once they were complete. It hasn't rained since the repairs, but I feel very confident in the repairs.- Dorothy M.

AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of AtlantaThey removed all screens and framed out for the glass. They then took accurate measurements for the glass. They said it would take about 3-4 weeks for the glass to be cut and installed. They had the glass in about 10 days and finished the job in 2 days. They were very professional and followed up a few days later to see if we had any problems or questions. I would recommend this company to others seeking a sunroom. FNorth Florida LeisureStarted a job of a sunroom in Jan2020. Halfway into the job found out had not pulled a permit for job plus had no license to work in Georgia. Cannot get any response from the owner as to where the windows, knee wall, and door for the project are located which these are already paid for. Have had water damage to the inside of our house which will have to be repaired, and possible water damage to open areas of the roof from where it has been cut. It's now almost the end of June and it's been close to two months since any work has been done due to the paperwork not completed. Blames that all on someone who doesn't even work there any longer. You as the owner are overall responsible for all permits before job is started. Told me it was all taken care of. Today is 15July 2020 and no work has been done on my project since 10April 2020 and that was just tar paper put on my roof. I tried calling and texting with no response. Owner, Jim states that he will have my project done by first week in July but cannot give me an answer as to where the rest of my materials are that have supposedly been ordered earlier in the project. As far as I know, he did obtain a license to work in Georgia and did obtain permit to work on my project. This needs to be completed. This person has 23,636 of my hard earned money and needs to complete my project. I need help.- ROBERT G.

DWe scheduled a meeting right away. Representative came out. Sent us an estimate. After a couple of weeks to consider and look at other bids, we called back to try to confirm a final contract and we had no response. I emailed the Representative, gave 2 numbers that I could be reached, called the company to leave a message. No response. I really hope there is nothing wrong with the rep but who knows?? No one to get information from.
