    The Pink Plumber
Brian was punctual. He was friendly and smiling and laughed when I kidded him about his pink truck. My son was here and spent the time outside with the men while they worked. He told me all the details of the work done. He was impressed with Brians knowledge and surprised when Brian asked if I was a senior citizen. I am and was given a discount. Thank you for that. I paid Brian when they were done. The cost was reasonable. The men professional and friendly. The area they worked was left tidy and finished. Without proper maintenance a septic system is a problem. With my constant and regular monthly maintenance, and daily vigilance, plus the Pink Plumber coming every two to three years, I know we are in good hands. Call the Pink Plumber, you will be glad you did.

    Total Home Repair
Came by, gave me a quote. Paid him $20 and if hired he would apply to total. Quoted in July and I've always had to contact him to see when he was going to perform the job. WILL NEVER committ to a specific date and never calls to reschedule... and it's been 4 months. Very apologetic, but he charged me to give a quote with expectations that he would do the work and he hasn't done the work or made any effort to attempt to show willingness to perform the work.

    Carpenter Plus Construction
He was awesome. The professionalism was exemplary. He showed up on time everyday and finished the projects in a timely manner. He took his craft very serious and showed a great eye for design. His work was precise, neat and defined. I will be calling for more work to be done on my home as I continue to do home improvements.

The interactions with Brady was great. He handled all the material purchases and took all of our design suggestions and color schemes and added them into the final plan. Nothing was done without checking to make sure we knew the phase of the project. All labor was under Brady. He made sure everything was up to our standards with each inspection. We enjoyed the work that was done, and the craftsmanship and professionalism. He is great contractor for any job in your house.

    Ozzie's Plumbing
He said he fixed it but it still rocks back and forth. Apparently he just tightened the bolts and didn't remove the toilet to make sure sure it was sitting properly on the two bolts. I called him once by phone and he said he would call me back but never returned my call. He didn't reply to texts. He responded to a message to him through a site that he was advertising on and he told me that he was not going to fix it.

    Tapp Plumbing
These guys know what customer service is all about! Had a pin hole leak in a line about an inch above the slab. After looking at the job Phillip informed me it would be necessary to bust the slab to repair it and it would be about a $1300 repair! However, he gave me some ideas on how to repair it myself and didn't charge me a dime! Turns out the repair worked. No service call charge! Most companies would have just taken my money! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Rooter Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I had the waste water that goes out of the house to my septic tank in the back all of it goes together into one large pipe that then goes under my slab in my basement and that makes it a right angle turn and then goes out and outside at my back door there is a clean out porch that you pull the top of it and you could open it up and every few years what happen is this elbow slowly but surely things build up in there in that elbow until it wined up stopping up the pipe and my toilet in the basement will over flown that's the dead give away the water starts coming up in the toilet in the basement we know that the pipes stops up well I have had rooter rooter out twice where we know exactly where it's stopped up but the problem was that the drains steaks were not long enough to reach in about thirty feet to this clog. the first time they came out the just charge me like $300 to do this it's like five minutes work I think it's two hundred dollars the first time I didn't have a choice I paid because I had a house full of company for holiday, well it was the second time it happen I called them back the guy came in and he wanted to charge me $300 and I said you are a totally insane because we know exactly where this thing is it's gonna take you about five minutes to just speed this thing in and then take it back out and it's gonna be cleared we know where it is we know what the problem is you just go away I'm telling you to leave we just go where a drain snake the guy went up to his truck and then he came back again said oh it could do it for like $150 and then we final said go handle what it is let him do it, he did it and it took him five minutes, the first time they charge me a lot for what they did. They do a good job but in my opinion they way over charge for what they've done for me.

They have showed up on time and been the most reasonable plumbers I have found. I will go back to. All the tenants told me they were very nice and professional, they impressed the tenants. The first thing they came out for was a leak behind the toilet and the shower knob had fallen off, which is normally easy to fix but it had been chewed off. I had to try and replace and find the matching cartridge. so I had them fix both of those. The other unit was something leaking and they went out and replaced the extension tank and pressure valve on hot water heater, those were on the same day. They think there is a leak under the slab so we will have to go out there and try to locate it and bypass the leak. They will come out this week. They did not charge me an arm and a leg.

    Harding Plumbing Heating&Cooling
Called plumber-they came out rather quickly and were punctual. However, the professionalism stops there. Royal Flush plumbing co had already been out to our home-free of charge-to diagnose the water leak from our master bath. Royal Flush didn't charge us a dime for this. However, we wanted a second opinion as the nature of the leak caused severe damage to our carpets and sheet rock We generally have used G Force Plumbing who also has never charged us for estimates-ever- but the gentleman whom we've always used has retired-too bad! Harris Plumbing also gives free estimates. I mention this because Harding "DOES" charge for an estimate and DID NOT divulge this information up front. Anyway. The plumbers arrive and are in our home for about 15 minutes (if that) and reconfirm what Royal Flush had told us. They didn't perform any work whatsoever. The next thing I know, we're being told our bill is-get this- FOR $99.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What a RIP-OFF! The owner wasn't present but I did speak to a woman who proceeded to give me all the reasons-gas-time-company's insurance costs etc. to justify this charge. I have been a homeowner for 30 years and within that time frame, using different plumbers for various needs, I (we) have never bees charged something so exorbitant. I will NEVER use this company for anything and I will tell all my friends not to use them as well.

For a few days there was water under the refrigerator. I checked the lines, freezer line, & filter but the water pan behind the refrigerator was still full of water. Turning off the water valve in the wall didnt help because it wasn't a tight seal & it slowly dripped.
I called and left a voice message around 10 AM and Dennis returned my call an hour later. He already had several appointments that day, but he believed he could make it late in the afternoon. He called around 6 that he would be at my house in 20 min. Dennis is a very likable person, positive attitude, and so I see why he's gotten such great reviews. He listened to my description of the issue, what I had done to troubleshoot the issue myself, and then he started looking into the issue. After reviewing the water valve, the line, and the water inlet valve he determined the latter was the issue. He showed me mineral deposits that had been accumulating on the water inlet valve and you could see a slow drip coming from it. He needed to order the water inlet valve for my fridge and because it was evening it would take 2-3 business days. I mentioned that the water line had a slow drop itself so before he left he capped the line. Because he didn't fix anything he didn't charge me :)
3 days later he scheduled a 9 AM appointment. He called around 9:10 & he was 5 min out. It took about 20 min to replace the water inlet valve. We tested the fridge & no leaks!
I recommend anyone in the Newton or Rockdale Co. area to give Dennis with Tri County Appliance!
