They are an independent pharmacy. They are excellent, they go above and beyond and they know their customers. When my husband was very sick, basically he was dying, they were very helpful and knew what he needed. Everybody who works there is very knowledgeable and very attentive. The whole place is great.

They always updating and improving on their services. They have automated pharmacy service where the doctor can call and it will be there ready for you to pick up. You don't have a script in to them. You can look up online, email your doctor, and they get back to you. They have mail-order prescription service as well. They have all kinds of specialists. If they don't have the specialists that you need, they will refer you outside of the Kaiser company. They've met our needs for about twenty years. I've never had any major problems with them.

I contacted the group within a week of finding out I was expecting and they made the routine first appointment for 10 weeks. Within a week, I began having complications and they brought me in immediately to perform an internal sonogram and exam. My appt. was made with a nurse practitioner, which I did not mind as this was not my first pregnancy. Both the ultrasound tech and NP were highly professional and caring and I left feeling like I was in good hands. My complications continued and they were quick to see me, each time providing reassurance through sharing personal experience, but also being realistic with explanations of possible outcomes. The NP even said she'd be checking in with the office during her personal vacation to receive an update on my condition. Unfortunately I found out that I had miscarried at the next appt, but felt I was in just as caring and capable hands with the other tech and NP who helped me grapple with my news. I was so impressed as the NP and Dr. worked to schedule my Dand C so that I could recover with enough time to be at my son's surgery days later. Not only that, but just the way they led me through the office after I received news of having miscarried, circumventing routes where others might see me grieving (even checking out for me so I could leave without having to deal with paperwork) was so appreciated. I met Dr. Rush at the time of my Dand C and she was so sweet and personable, yet professional as well. The procedure went smoothly and I'm recovering well. I just really can't say how thankful I am to have found this practice in such a timely manner and for all of their support. I was looking for a team of capable, caring providers and I'm happy to say I found them!

They have medical equipment, uniforms, shoes and all kinds of things.  Their pharmacy crew is outstanding.  They are accessible and friendly.  They are just wonderful.  I’ve dealt with them for 10 years.  One can get an account set up so that they can pay on a revolving account if they need to.  They do take care of senior citizens very well.  I would continue to use them in the future.

I was very apprehensive, as anyone would be with a cancer diagnosis. Fortunately, mine was minor and caught very early. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The nuclear medicine tech (Aaron) was wonderful. He was very honest about what to expect and the pain involved with the procedure (injections of radioactive material to track lymph node activity to and from the melanoma area). The hospital has a tracking system that allows family/friends in the waiting area to see exactly where the patient is. The hospital scans the barcode on the patient's hospital bracelet, and the information shows on a screen in the waiting room. They also have this great patient warming system...the hospital gowns are disposable, and they have a unit on the wall that can attach to vents in the hospital gown. It blows warm air (kind of like a low temp hair dryer) to keep you warm. from pre-op (the day before my surgery) to leaving the hospital after the procedure, the staff were all very efficient and professional.
