    Bob was able to clear the computer of all the problems and malware. He worked hours remotely on my computer. He was very easy to reach by phone if needed. After the first day the computer ran much better but still had some issues. I picked the phone up and called him and he was right on it. By the end of that day my computer was running smoother than it had in years. The effort and knowledge he put into fixing my problem was outstanding. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues and certainly use him again in the future.

    We were pleased with them. It was a man who had his business in, I think, Marietta. His name was Larry Black. We have not had any problems since. We met him halfway in Atlanta with our laptop. We just had to go in there and it saved him from running all the way out here. I think it cost less than $99 and then he had another problem and I think it was still less than that. I think it was a fair price.

    It was a great disappointment. I thought the Big Deal was supposed to cover it and it ended up costing twice as much. It was by the hour. Once he got here he started taking other calls from other people. He did his sales pitch on his maintenance program on my time and my dime. I was in a pinch because, I needed my computer right then and there. I went along with it and signed up for his maintenance program. I haven't heard from him since. It took some time to get in touch with him which, should have been an indication. When I did reach him, he said that he didn't know that he was supposed to contact me. It got off to a rocky start because it was hard to make an appointment. I had to call back three or four times to get that appointment. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. It was a bad experience. It was way more than what I was expecting to pay. I have no way of knowing what he did and how successful he was.

    We were very pleased. He was prompt and very accommodating. He charged $39 the second time we had it in and then the third time, it was another $29. It was different things that were going on. We got hit with a bad virus. He had to wipe the whole thing dry and start from scratch. He did a good job. I can't complain about what he did. He was very personable and went out of his way to help us. He did more than what we paid for. He gave us a new camera for the computer. I feel like I would go back to him. It ended up being more than we expected, but there was a reason for it and I accept that reason. The price was probably within reason.

    I had AT&T since I was 18 years old up until 2 years ago.
    They could improve on their customer service. It is just lousy service. If something goes out they don't come out and fix it. I've had a problem for the last 16 years of lines falling down in my back yard. At times I've had 8 people out here at once and it has never, ever gotten fixed. I just finally forgot about it and sold the house.

    William is wonderful to work with and very helpful.  Everything went well and he was punctual, professional and very efficient.  I highly recommend his services should you ever need a home theatre/tv installation.  He provide exceptional work.  I have used him several times and he always provides excellent services.

    My laptop got smacked on a counter and hasn't worked since. I've been trying to decide where to get it repaired or if it is even worth it. After speaking with Spencer and answering a few key questions to clarify the problem, I see now the cost of repair is beyond the value of the computer. I appreciate Spencer taking the time to diagnose my problem over the phone and save me much time. He even gave some good suggestions on shopping for a new computer. I hope the new one never needs repair, but if it does ATR is where I'll go. P.S. Thanks for renewing my faith in the idea of customer service.

    installation was okay but i don't think providers were aware of the scope of the work needed to do this job. obviously schedulers just give a standard time frame without knowledge of real time involved.

    Job was done satisfactorily. Two-man team came to perform service. I thought I was paying to have threeTV mounted, but was informed by the service reps that l was paying for $150 worth of electric service. They applied the $150 I paid toward their cost-schedule to mount one TV ( based on the size). For the 50" set, the cost was $385. So, to my disappointment, I had to pay an additional $240.00 for a total of $ $ 390 ( with tax). The wall mount was all ready in place, so all they had to do regarding the mount equipment was to detach the mount grip from the older set and attach it to the new TV and hook it to the wall mount. The price far exceeded the service, which took less than 1/2 hour to complete.

    We had purchased a coupon for a Big Deal. I called and spoke with Michael who was very nice and it was easy to schedule an appointment with him. Alan, the ex- military guy who came out, out was very friendly and did a great job! There were some problems with the equipment and they had to come back. It was at no fault of theirs and they still came back out with no additional cost. I have no complaints with the company or service.
