    Andrey did a great job! Came in to give a diagnosis on the problem. Was super precise and straight to the point. He fixed the washer that same day, it turned out the water drain system was clogged. Andrey performed the job precise and professional, would definitely hire again if I have any problems.     We had a repairman out the same day that we called and parts were ordered. We were very pleased with the Dennis, the repairman and the work that was done. Dennis was very professional, courteous and prompt. The cost of the work was reasonable and very timely. We will definitely use them again, if needed.

    That's the one that I won't use again because I needed pictures to send to the customer to send the invoice so I never was able to bill.? I only used them once because they didn't get me the pictures.? It cost me money.? What was positive was they were available for emergency call.? They should've sent me the pictures and they should have been more responsive.

    The technician was efficient and thorough. He found a sock in my washing machine and he removed the sock and replaced the drain pump. He determined that it was more cost effective for me to make the repair instead of obtaining a new machine since my machine "still had a lot of life in it". I appreciate that, when a business shows concern for me and doesn't make it just about collecting some money. And they responded a day after I placed my initial call so they are very responsive. The cost was $160 after applying my Angie's List coupon. The only think I don't like is that unwillingness of the initial phone representative to estimate what my cost may be. That seems to be common practice in this industry and it makes it hard to budget for the repair. Other than this, I like this company and I love the technician.

    He showed up the next day at 8:00 am and by 9:00 pm he had replaced the pump been paid and was on the way out the door, allowing me to make my first meeting of the day. He absolutely made sure to get up all water and left the laundry room spotless.

    Service technicians came next day. They were on time, professional, and took good care of my kitchen as they took our kitchenaid dishwasher apart, cleaned and reassembled pump/drain. Food debris was clogging the pump. It's working again.

    The warranty company assigned A-Grade Mechanical. They had a cancellation and was able to come to my home the same day. The part I needed was ordered and within a week my refrigerator, freezer and ice maker were back up and running. My only regret is A-Grade Mechanical not being recommended FIRST. Unlike most appliance companies A-Grade Mechanical specializes in all things refrigeration. They saved me thousands of dollars and helped complete the repairs in a professional manner. The owner went the extra mile by ordering new wheels to prevent future floor damage underneath the refrigerator. I dealt with one person from start to finish. This company is experienced, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend A-Grade Mechanical.

    The technician was very courteous and explained within minutes what had to be done. A simple rubber part was causing the issue and a section of the pipe needed to be replaced. The price was high ($225-$25 coupon) to replace a small plastic part, but the work was done and in a timely manner. He was done in the hour he quoted me and the work area was completely clean when he was done. I would hire again, but possibly price it out before just in case.

    Carefully explains everything wrong and what needs to be done. Checks and rechecks. Doesn't fix anything that isn't broken. Found that our microwave was shorting the circuits and killing other appliances on the line. Suggested before he did anymore work that we replace the microwave. We did and have had no problems since. All he charged us was a visiting fee.

    I liked that they were local, and the service man that came was very pleasant, and knew right what the problem was. He was very easy to talk to, and got in and got out. I wasn't happy that they didn't open on Saturday, and I needed my dryer. The company I think is rather small, because the receptionist talked about how he gave his schedule about how he was going to make his runs.
