    F & S CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Extremely well. Metal valley was rusty and sliding. Shingles were old and water was coming in from the outside when it rained. California cut was performed with insulation and brand new shingles were laid and I haven't seen a leak since. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend FNS Construction to anyone.

    F & S CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Extremely well. After repairs, water was no longer seeping into the house and my worries of extensive damage to the interior walls and electrical were nullified. Would definitely recommend FNS Construction to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

    BROCK JONES INC
It went slow.  But it had been difficult to find workmen who could do the job. Brock was able to coordinate getting the job done, and to handle issues that came up in the process.  The finished work was excellent.  We love it.  It was not done quickly by any means, but phone calls inquiring about the progress were returned promptly.  We are happy with the work and would use him again.

    ROCON/Rolling Construction LLC
After gutters were removed due to damage from our and quot;day of snowand quot; in January, the fascia boards were in need of repair. Andy inspected them and found many needed replacing, so we decided to go ahead and do the entire house. All fascia boards, some soffits, and replacing of some shingles on the corners.
Andy kept me updated on any issues as his team found them, and worked with me on the price and payment. I ddin't have to be home for the work to get done, and they cleaned up carefully after each day on site.
Will definitely call again! Thanks Andy!

Dave Erickson built homes in Ivy Park under the old business name of Pinnacle Homes. the caulking and fascia he used was terrible quality.. and 7 yrs later has rotted out... the roof was done very poorly, Handles in Shower and tub are able to be moved because the pipes weren't tied down-very poor .... now Dave is Grayhawk Homes?? BUYER BEWARE!!

    Dowda's Drywall
When repainting a wall, any and all imperfections will show if the drywall work is poorly done -- that is why it was so important to us to have the work professionally done by a qualified craftsman.  Johnathan was referred to us by another contractor on our job and we are more than thrilled with the finished product.   Johnathan has 15 years experience in this field and it is obvious by the end result!  The Powder Room walls were finished to perfection!  He displayed a superior work ethic, meticulous in his technique, and displayed advanced skill in his craft.
We are so pleased with this room we have re-hired him to complete another bath project.   Johnathan is THE DRYWALL GUY !!!!

    Holland Homes Llc
He put us in contact with several outstanding sub-contractors, who promptly gave us useful information and cost estimates.  They told us cost saving advice even before we employed them.  I would advise contacting the company at the beginning of projects to get off on the right foot.

All went very well. Daniel came to my house promptly and professionally to give me a quote in the fall. He came back to leave me with sample shingles and alternate prices. He worked with me schedule-wise in a very considerate manner. I appreciate the work he and his crew completed. They cleaned up after their daily work and at the end of the project.

    LEARY & BROWN BUILDERS
I frequently dealt with Leary & Brown when I managed a mortgage closing department many years ago.  Now that I'm moving back to Columbus, I contracted with them to build me a new home.  Jamie McVay was extremely helpful in finalizing plans and specs and providing guidance on what would be best.  His decorator spent 1 1/2 days with me selecting brick, cabinets, flooring, lighting, counters, and more.  And the construction supervisor contacted me anytime there was any question about what I wanted and to suggest changes that may work better.  My purchased closed on the scheduled date, and I'm extremely pleased with my new home.  Sure, I expect to need a few minor adjustments, but I know all issues will be addressed promptly.  This team builds a quality, custom home, and operates with impeccable integrity.

TRI-STATE GENERAL CONTRACTORS & RESTORATION LLC
Terrrible, Mr.Taylor comes across as a very nice, concerned individual, BUT he does not come on time, neither do his workers, they do not call if they are going to be late or even if they are not coming. The work was done in piece meal style. The crew that replaced the windows that were damaged left the debrie in the yard as mentioned, when Mr.Taylor saw it a month later he apologized and promised to have someone come pick it up and take it away, I already told that story. When the roofers finished I went up one the roof and they had put back the same roof ridging (or what ever it's called), I notified Mr. Taylor and a few weeks later he brought out new and a few days later they hopefully applied it (I haven't been up there to check). Mr Taylor freq.told me he was ordering supplies so they could get the job done, but when it came time to do the job he would say again NOW he could order the supplies. Given all the problems I have had I still have not figured out why in the world I paid him before the job was totally finished. So the BIGGEST DON'T I have is DON'T PAY the full amount UNTIL the JOB IS FINISHED to YOUR SATISFACTION!!!!!!! if they need it for supplies find out were they order from and order it yourself.
