Mr. Little did everything he said he would and during the time we discussed. He was polite and professional in person and on the phone. He even asked me if I was satisfied with the job before he asked for compensation. I have already given his name/number to a friend who needs some home repairs.

    Fix It Jim Handyman Services
Contacted Jim and he came out did measurements and gave estimate. Made agreement and he showed up with some wood already cut to length and the bottom painted. Next he took apart old structure and built new projects. he came back next morning painted and removed old materials and cleaned area. My wife and I are totally happy with the work he performed. Would recommend his services to anyone.

The car port is so beautiful that people think, nobody has any idea it was added on.  Because they, we had a new roof put on about a year before they where able to get the same roofing and so it looks like it's always been there. I mean, there is no better complement than that. It does not look added on. We've had people who have come and we've had visitors who say your house is complete now. They're work was just wonderful. The only thing I could say, I don't know if I will be able to make you understand without being able to see it but  how would I put this? We wish that we had been a little bit clearer in what we specified because we thought we were getting, having the car port go all the way to the end, to cover the fence and they stopped it about 5 feet before that. And so, We wanted to be able to come from the house to get under the car port to either one of our cars, it's a double car port and you can only, the only covered area was about a 4 foot square area. When they where working on it I was watching and I went out there and I said, "Wait a minute, isn't this supposed to come all the way out to cover this end of the car port?" They said, "No that not the original plan" and I said "yes it was".  When I was discussing that with them they said, "Oh to do that at this point you would have to pay an extra $4,000.00". We said, No, no where not doing that cause we thought we had made it clear to you.". The problem was there were no drawings, no diagram it was just kind of a word of mouth thing, like this is what we want and they understood it you know. And so, my recommendation in the future and with any other work I have done is I want to see a diagram, I want them to repeat to me exactly what they think I want, if that makes any sense. We told them that this was the only thing that kind of left a bad taste in our mouth because the work they did is just beautiful. And, you know, but there's always that one little thing that your unhappy about. I didn't want to pay the extra money because I felt like we had paid enough, you know. We got about 3 estimates and they were probably in the mid point, I know construction is expensive. That was a lot of money to us. They were good. They just didn't communicate on that one aspect. I would have a hard time calling them again. It seems kind of contradictory because the work they did was beautiful but we just weren't happy, you know, 100% happy with them not adding that extra. It would have been a 20 x 5 foot section and that would have been the part of the carport they didn't add. We really enjoyed working with them except for that 1 thing. And we told them when they came out at the end, we said, "We really love the work but every time we look at this end of the carport we're not happy because we were sure we had communicated that to you.". You know we're all standing out in the yard looking at the house and saying this is what we want and I'm thinking they knew exactly what I want and what I was saying and they didn't. I hate that, I hate that we had to have that one little black mark, you know.

The house, deck and porch was power washed on April 16th and the deck was sealed on April 18th.  Ronnie Fuller called me after I found this company on Angie's List right away after I called.  He had health problems so he sent his son to come here so he could look at what I wanted and he took pictures.  I was soon called by Ronnie Fuller with the estimate and scheduled an appointment for his son to do the job.  His son came about 15 minutes earlier than he said and was very professional in how he performed this task.  He came two day later to seal the deck.  He again came 15 minutes earlier than we said.  I am impressed with this company and the work done.  I have painting in the house and will call them again!  I also think this price was very reasonable!

Quality job of designing and constructing roofed cover and privacy shield for hot tub.  Also connected hot tub to sub-panel and existing 220V panel.  Very punctual, courteous, and professional.  Good job of cleaning-up after each phase of job was completed.  Although assistant smokes, they were conscientious in not leaving any trash behind.

We had some damage done from winds and they came over and made it look brand new. It was awesome. They did a great job. I was referred to Bill Thompson a long time ago. I have his cellphone number and that always proved to be most helpful. He does a great job. I’m waiting for him to get back to me on the estimate. When you trust somebody, then you just go by their knowledge of the job. I feel really at ease and I feel like I could trust Bill. I haven’t had any issues since the service. I would recommend him because he’s knowledgeable, honest, and he got the job done. I am planning to use him again, I just have to see if I can afford him on the four seasons room. They do a bunch of stuff like windows and room additions.

We had a lot of rain.  They even worked in the rain some of the time.  Donny and employees were extremely professional and always polite.   He had already scheduled a vacation and understandably did take it in July.
There was only 1 small misunderstanding about the ramp for the building.  The elevation was not gradual enough-- but Donny and "company" tore it down and redid the elevation of the ramp.  It is now perfectly suited for short people (and old).  LOL
He did communicate with me about  shelf heights, potting area, electrical receptacles, fan and light placement --also the deck, pergola and ramp as well as the makeover of the front porch and all the hand rails. In other words, everything.
Every  time I called Donny and left a message he always called me back ASAP.   If he wasn't on phone, he talked to me then. This was greatly appreciated.
This is a very good, dependable company and I think anyone who hires them will be well satisfied.

    Wilson Handyman
The job went very well.  Mr. Wilson kept us informed at every stage. Was very willing to work with us on changes we requested during the job, and he offered suggestions that made the job come out even better than we had hoped.  Was excellent at communicating by phone and email.
His workmen did an excellent job on the deck, porch, drainage system, and concrete drive area.  Was very careful to ensure no further damage next to the house and that the beauty of the home was preserved - which was difficult since work was right next to the house.  Concrete was beautifully done and decking was very nicely designed and built.  Cleaned up totally after the job with no damage to our lawn or surrounding area - no a speck of debri left.
Can't say enough good things about this company and Mr. WIlson - great to work with!   Will use again.

Ronnie and his helper were very nice and professional.  They started the job right away after the estimate and after he started I added more work and he finished everything I wanted in a timely manner and did a great job.  I will call him for any painting projects I have in the future.

    Ledbetter Construction Company
When we decided to build a cottage in our back yard for my full-blooded German mother in law (God help me!) my wife and I spoke with about ten builders.  Some seemed disinterested, some were jerks, and some were just too expensive.  It didn't take us long to notice that Wayne Ledbetter was different from the rest.  While some of the others were high-strung, Wayne was calm and cool.  He remained that way from start to finish.  I'd like to say that he was so calm because we were such good customers but in retrospect, I think we gave him plenty of opportunities to snap like a twig.  In addition to his calm demeanor, his workers all seemed to get along with each other.  We immediately noted that they didn't use foul language and actually made me feel bad at first when I, the mild-mannered social worker had the dirtiest mouth in the bunch!   After six months around our house I'm still a little confused about which of the guys are related to Wayne and who was hired from the community as they all appeared to get along so well.  Additionally, Wayne's attention to detail was mind-boggling.  I have never seen post holes dug with such precision (square with perfectly flat bottoms), angles cut so accurately, and lines so straight.  It is also noteworthy that they never left a mess.  I've been around many construction sites that were like a buffet for the neighborhood dogs and racoons.  The most we ever saw of trash on the job site was a black plastic bag tied up in a tree. I know my dogs were disappointed.  Now for the best part... About a month before the end of the project, I walked around and made up a preliminary punch list thinking I would be adding to it daily.  I didn't.  On the day that we gave Wayne the final check I commented to him that I had made the punch list but never showed it to him because he took care of each of the issues before I could mention them to him.  I do have a couple of issues that I want to get fixed but felt totally comfortable giving Wayne the final payment and trusting him to make everything right as soon as he can.  I have recommended Ledbetter Construction Co. to many people telling them that if they are thinking about a building project, don't bother shopping around for a builder.  I will not hesitate to call on Wayne and his guys in the future.
