    Columbus Psychological Associates
Each time I go to Columbus Psych, everyone is extremely caring and friendly.  Dr. Tarver is phenomenal and provides counseling sessions that make me feel as though I can effectively deal with the traumatic issues going on in my life.  I leave feeling hopeful and look forward to talking with her each week.  She is down to Earth, humorous, and REAL.  I definitely relate to that type of counseling.

    David Mieles MD
Because of the amount of medication I take my primary doctor is not allowed to prescribe it nor does she feel comfortable with these types of prescriptions.  Dr. Mielas is a very understanding and kind man.  I have been to every psychiatrist in the Columbus area and a friend of mine who was seeing him for counseling encouraged me to try Dr. Mielas.  I love Dr. Mielas and feel that I am able to discuss anything with him. |

    Kishor Desai MD
Overall, I would never send anyone there. The staff is pretty rude, the office/waiting area isnt very welcoming and the restrrom could use some cleaning. Dr. Desai himself isnt very professional and is offering his advice in areas that have nothing to do with why i was seeing him. He brags about his 20 years of experience, but couldnt help me and many other reviewers on other sites. Stay away from this place and do your proper research before making appoitnments whith a Psychiatrist. I finally ended up switching to a much better Phsychiatrist...

    David Sorkey MD
My son has continued seeing Dr. Sorkey for the past year and we have continued monthly appointments as check ins with his current medication. Other than the occasional tweaks we have been amazingly pleased with the differences in our son who now has emotional stablity for the first time in quite a while. Dr. Sorkey's office can be very difficult to reach a live person- we usually always have to leave messages but are usually called back within 24 hours regarding med refills or appt. changes. We have been very pleased with Dr. Sorkey and his skill set.

    Ramesh Kannegenti MD
When I arrived at the office the office staff was very respectful. They were very knowledge about certain issues such as billing. It only took ten minutes waiting time for me to see the doctor. When I met with Dr. Kannegenti he was very respectful and his bedside manners were great. Upon leaving the office I was given my next appointment date. Overall the visit went very good.

My initial appointment too a while to get, but after getting in and seeing the doctor, Dr. Khan, everything went quickly.  The staff is extremely friendly and is very accomodating.  They are willing to work with my schedule and know me by name when I walk in.  I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for my appointment.  Dr. Khan is always thourough with asking about symptoms and side effects.  Not the most friendly with his bedside manner, but very efficient.

    David Sorkey MD
When we arrived we were immediately met by the reception who already knows that you are going to be there. This eases the stress of a first-time visit. The appointment occured just as expected. We did not have to wait and I was able to enter his office with my child. We spoke about the initial condition, and we developed a plan together almost immediately. He is not a "pusher" of medications, which I appreciated, so he offered many alternative ways to monitor behavior. The appointment was not speedy nor rushed. It answered all of my questions.

    Soomro, Dr. Mohammed K.
He's very professional and he takes his time. He makes sure that I understand everything before I leave his office as far as medicine changes and technical advice. If I'm feeling so and so, I can go ahead and do this or if this happens, I can feel free to call him. He's just always available. His staff is great and the office is clean and comfortable.

    Liss, Dr. Jonathan L
While my husband was explaining his symptoms, Dr Liss never looked up from his computer and continually cut him off. He cameos across as if he knew what the patient was experiencing more than the patient. On subsequent visits, as my husband was going over all the awful side effects he was experiencing from the meds, Dr Liss basically told limit was all in his head and these meds didn't cause that (even though they are listed as possible side effects on the medication). He had my husband on serious medications that need to be monitored, one even requires blood tests be done to make sure your liver enzymes are not affected. No tests or any type of monitoring was done, just new prescriptions were written at each visit. If you have a serious problem and want to find a solution rather than just be heavily medicated then I would NOT recommend this doctor. If you find you still want to give him a try, expect an appointment no less than a month out and un-timely billing.

    Felker, Dr. Stephen A.
I went to Dr. Felker for a little over two years. I like that he is calm, has a great demeanor and is very helpful. Overall, I think his demeanor is wonderful and helped me understand the other side of the marriage.
