  The job went very well and basement\crawlspace encapsulation was completed within the day. The dehumidifier was installed the following week as it was out of stock. The basement\crawlspace is cleaner and drier than it has ever been. We chose the 20 mil thick covering for added protection. One of the best crews we have had to perform services at our home.   I hope this review convinces anyone considering a DIY garage floor painting to call Garage Experts first. We first painted the floor 12 years ago with poor results, then earlier this year decided to redo it after getting cabinets installed. After spending a tidy sum and countless hours of labor in the spring to ���save��� money, my garage floor started peeling under the car tire spots after only 2 short months (this after using a highly recommended ���professional��� product from a reputable paint store and allowing it to cure for a full 7 days). From an Angie's List and Google search I was thrilled to find a locally owned garage flooring franchise in the Chattahoochee Valley area. The reviews were excellent so I made an appointment for a consultation. Absolutely, from the first phone consultation with Carol, I knew I was on the right track. Randal gave me a fair price and thoroughly explained their product, process and guarantee. It entailed grinding up the 2 month old paint and applying a new epoxy finish with 2 top clear coats. There were over 300 color selections to choose from and only 2 days of parking outside was another bonus! Alicia followed up the contract signing with a phone call and installation appointment for two weeks out. I can���t say enough positive things about this entire experience. Randall and his son Cameron were prompt, professional and take great pride in their work. Because of rain, the install timeline was a bit longer than anticipated, however, they were on top of it and made several visits to my home checking on the dryness of the floor between steps. I went out of town for the weekend and was entirely confident leaving it in their competent hands. They even made an extra trip to move our extra refrigerator and freezer back into the garage. We chose a granite look with a chip floor . The final product looks and feels spectacular. There is great comfort knowing this is the last time the floor will be painted. In hindsight, I truly wish I had done more research and called them before attempting the job myself. Additionally , the garage storage cabinets I had installed earlier in the year cost me three times what Randal estimated for his comparable product . So definitely look to them for your storage needs also. This is a family run, locally owned business and I���m proud to rate it a 10++ in all aspects. You won���t regret using and supporting them.

  I did work with them, but as I remember I had three companies I was working with, I did not select that company. Their representative was very knowledgeable, and they would have been my second choice, but I went with a company here that is a local company. The other company had what I call a satellite company here. They were very professional, and I just thought I would get better service from the other company but there was nothing wrong, or have any complaints about the representative or the estimate, or anything he gave me. I just decided to go with another company. I liked that he approached me with a positive attitude. I thought that price was good for what they were going to do. They were very responsive, they returned all my calls and checked back with me several times. They were very punctual, they called me back when they said they would, and came when they said they would. The only one I dealt with was the salesman and he was very professional.

  From the initial inspection by the company representative, John Davis, to completion of the work by crew chief Juan Castillo and workers Arturo Saenz and Luciano Valdez, everything proceeded as scheduled and the result was excellent. No surprises. Multiple helical piers were placed to support the foundation. The crew also took care to restore the appearance of the grounds around our house after the piers were placed. I highly recommend AFS for the evaluation of foundation problems.

  Everything went according to plan. The steps are now level. The team is very competent and have alot of experience. Mr. Pair is an expert in his field and went to great lengths to ensure that no water or sewer lines would be in the area where the work needed to be done. I was really impressed with this company. Mr. Pair's 2 sons do alot of this work and are also very knowledgeable. My project was small compared to the huge foundation issues that they deal with, both residentially and commercially. I highly recommend you call Pair Construction if there is evidence and problems with internal or external foundation issues.

  Pair foundation came immediately after we called to request a quote.  Very prompt with providing us with details of what needed to be completed and how much this would cost.  Showed up on time and completed the project in a couple of days.  Very efficient with time. Careful not to damage or disrupt any part of yard that was not effected by the foundation issue.  Completely cleaned up after themselves and entire crew was pleasant and answered any questions we had.   Linander's Tree Service LLC

  Mr. Linander and his team came out and did the work, cleaned all or any limbs or other debris left behind. The only way that I even new he was there was because my view is totally clear where the tree and the tree limbs were. They were so thorough and left no mess behind. Mr. Linander was so fair in what he charged me and he is a really nice man. He offered to help me by in so many ways (I won't mention what, it was probably my wonderful personality) I was actually shocked.  I am so used to service, repair, installation and sales people getting over on me it is not even funny. I will definitely be calling him again as soon as I can for some land clearing.   Work was started quickly after estimate was approved. Finished in a timely manner even with a rain delay.
  Final cost was more then original estimate due to have to go deeper then standard on the jacks. This cost adder was clearly explained in the estimate.
  One side benefit was that some bushes had to be removed which gave my wife another flower bed.
