  He was a bit late, adjusted two knobs on the door and when I was ready to leave, it wouldn't go down at all. This all happened within 15 minutes of him leaving. Called him directly, he stated that the garage opener was cheap and that I needed a new one. I asked if he could come right back and fix it. He said no, he was in Kennesaw already and could come next week. I called the office to complain and they said pretty much the same.

  He really didn't have to do much of anything. He rolled the door, but all of the those other items listed on the promotion, they didn't necessarily do that for the $89. The representative that came out was extremely nice. I have very old garage doors, and I thought the rollers needed to be replaced. He said they did not; and adjusted the rollers instead. He did very little for the $89.

  Very well; the technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and courteous. My issue ended up being that I needed a new unit, so the technician was able to recommend some to me. He still performed the services of the deal I bought.

  They did a great job. They are the company that my home warranty company selected for me. They came out and assessed my garage door opener. They put in their two cents to the home warranty people. The home warranty people said they would replace my existing opener. They came back out to replace the existing opener. That was fine. He came out the second time to install the new opener. I was asking about a wireless entry because it did not come with it, apparently so he sold me one for, like, $50. They worked the price out with my warranty company. Then about a month or so later my hand held garage door opener stopped working so I called them back directly telling them what had happened. They came back out and brought me a new handset. I did not give them a top grade on this review because they gave me a hand held unit to open my garage door and then had to come back out a month later to replace it. It sounded like they were aware that, sometimes, those openers don't work with those units. So if that is something that they know they could have notified me of the possibility that if the hand held opener did not work to call them back.

  Everything so far is fine. My husband says the price is too high. He was pretty quick and fast. The cost was quite a bit, it was more than we expected for what he did price wise. We had to wait for a long time. We called and they replied and then they didn't show up and then we waited and waited for a long time before they showed up.

  The Installers arrived on time and ready to work. They are very polite and willing to help. They reviewed the
  plans to make sure I agreed with what they were going to install. The work was completed and I was asked to
  do an inspection. WOW !!! I was pleasantly surprised by the new look of my Closets. MORE hanging space and
  MORE storage shelves. Most of all BETTER closet ORGANIZATION. I am VERY HAPPY.
  Yes, they clean up before leaving . Now all I have to do is put things away. My Closets are Smiling and so Am I .

  Provider couldn't perform the service -  technician stated my Overhead Garage Doors had proprietary parts that are unavailable to Precision Garage Door. The technician also stated he may be able to fashion a solution but he would have to get back to me the next day. I never heard from him or anyone else at Precision Garage Door so I requested a refund. A refund was then provided by Angies List.
