  Jacob, the technician, did a great job getting my filthy carpets and furniture cleaned. He was on time and didn���t stop working until the job was complete. We did a walk through afterwards and I was impressed by the service. I will use Zeroez again and I have recommended this company to family and friends.

  I received prompt response to my request for service. When provider arrived, I asked about cleaning the sofa. She explained what might be the reason for the look and that cleaning might not result in what I expected. She did not try to pressure me into getting it cleaned and I decided to not have it done. She worked efficiently, had me inspect what was done, and finished in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service and the provider.

  Williams was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He was able to remove stains from the carpet that had been there for years, including the blue paint my daughter spilled a couple years ago while working on a class project. The carpet looks 1000x better.

  There was no residue and I did not have to call them back for additional cleaning. I recently sold my home and the buyer said the carpet looked new. Definitely, I would call them again and refer them to friends.

  This was not a deal but a bait and switch scheme! I was charged an extra fee of $69 because I have Berber carpet. I have used ChemDry, Stanley Steemer and other reputable cleaners in the past and have never paid extra for Berber carpet. This was the most expensive carpet cleaning and a total rip-off !!!!!

  What can I say th guys at Double N Services always perform a top notch job for me. They have cleaned the carpets in all of my homes and some of my friends' home based on my recommendation. We all are very pleased with the service and will buy again. As an example, I have a friend who's carpets were so dirty that I just knew they had to be replaced. However, I had them call Double N Services and they made the carpet look like new. I was thouroughly amazed at the results.

  I had several stains in my carpet that I was sure wouldn't budge even after the cleaning...so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that almost every stain was gone and the very few stubborn stains were nearly invisible.

  Krystal and Walter arrived on time and were extremely professional and accommodating. I ended up paying additional because two of my rooms measured more than 300 sq ft (which accounted for 2 areas vs. one).  But overall, I am pleased with the results and would use them again (provided I can get this Angie's List or other discount).

  When the operator came in he stated that he could not clean my rugs for that price.  It would
  cost me $191.00 more because.  I had walking soil by the entry of each doorway from everyday
  walking in and out of a room.  My carpets were average in carpets that need cleaning.  Thats
   why I called him.  I had a pet stain in the living room and one in the office.  However, I told him
  to do the best he could do (by the way, I did scrub out the pet stain) and I would be satisfied.
  He said if he didn't use his special cleaner to remove the pet stain, the smell would come back.
  (It was one stain in each room) so it would be an extra $191 in addition to the $88 advertised price that
  I had prepaid.
  I said I only wanted to take  advantage of the special.  Thank you and good bye.  So he departed.

  Richardson Carpet Cleaning, Inc.

  Richardsons cleaned the carpets in my house with so much water they ruined the carpets they will not dry because all the excess water is now in the carpet pad and has mildewed  and mold growing in the house.  I have  opened the house and run fans for three months to no avail only the top fiber has dried a little. I will have to rip up all the carpet in the house and throw it away.
   After talking to  Ronnie Richardson he says it is not his fault  and now I will have to sue him and company to make it right.
   So if you want your carpets -ruined please call Richardson carpet cleaning as they are expert at destroying your house. And not owning up to it
