    They were timely and gave me a loaner car until the oil change was done. They were conscientious and accommodating. They should work on their prices but I hardly ever have any issues and whatever they say they will take care of they do. I am a repeat customer.

    They seem like they are unorganized. I have gotten a report with them on their service people. You have to bat your eye, and all that stuff. They are lacking in getting in touch with the service customer. That is my problem with them.

    I had to replace the brakes on my car, they were worn down and squeaking a lot. I decided to try Boyd Tire because of the good reviews. I had been there before but for minor things (ex: patch a flat tire). They replaced the brakes and rotors at a cost of $500 +/-. I noticed immediately that the brakes were still squeaking but did not take it back because I just did not want to deal with the situation. Months go by and I just got fed up of listening to my squeaking $500 brake job and went back to the store. They looked at them and said they were fine and now my brakes make more noise after they looked at it. So now I am stuck listening to the constant squeak every time I pull up to a stop sign. I figured that a company that's been around a long time would know what they���re doing but I found out the hard way that is not the case. It was a very expensive lesson to learn.

    It's a fabulous place but I didn't get them from Angie's List. They are professional. Even though they are expensive, my car runs like a new car and even though they are expensive, they are not as expensive as the dealership. In the past 6 months they've done 2 major jobs and they were outstanding. They are just very professional. They'll probably be mad at me for giving them out cause I know they've probably got more work than they can do. My daughter dealt with the A/C or something, she'll call and answer.

    I do not normally have an appointment, I just go in. You go in to the customer service center, and the write you up. I generally go around and shop while my car is being serviced. It generally takes about 45 minutes. They do have a lobby that you can sit in. I have been going there for at least the last 4-5 years.

    They are free as long as I own the vehicle. Every time I go there, they always find problems. I keep all of my receipts on the services. I caught them trying to suggest a service that I had just had 30 days prior. The quality of the service is excellent. They are responsive. I am happy with them except the price. They are the only people that I deal with.

    SUPERB WINDSHIELD REPAIR
    A rock hit my windshield while driving on the interstate. I didn't think anything of it because I initially did not notice any chips. By the time I come from work (8 hrs later), a long crack already spread across my windshield.  The insurance company would have deemed it unrepairable and suggest replacement. Mr. Lebron was very meticulous in repairing my crack.  He was also very informative on the steps he was performing to repair the crack.  I can tell without a doubt that he truly enjoys this line of work and it shows in his craftsmanship.  I would definitely use him again if needed and would highly recommend his services.

    After getting the parts for the car he still could not get it to run. He said it maybe the computer system. My husband went out and spoke with him and next thing I knew he left. He never gave me any receipts nothing proving that he had done anything at all. Now I have another mechanic to look at it saying that the part maybe defective and now I have no way to exchange it. I have been duped by this man. From the conversation that he insisted in carrying on he come across as a racist. I suggest to anyone, don't bother with this guy. He is incredibly unprofessional and very unprincipled in his business dealings.

    They are on Angie's List. They are a Toyota and Lexus auto repair company. They have good customer service and are friendly. There is no upsell and they show me what repairs can wait. They look at things and then give me a price. These guys take a look at things to determine what the issue really is and then decide how to proceed, including giving me a quote for the particular service. They are a good group of honest guys.
