  Mr. Bishop started by inviting me to observe his inspection. He gave clear explanations of what he found. He corrected wiring on a control board that had prevented the auxiliary heat from turning on. He also repaired the taped connection between the inside unit and the main duct that was copiously leaking air. I also appreciated his advice about how small air leaks in the system could be addressed. I found him to be courteous, very knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely use his services again.

  Jeff promptly came out, did some tests, tried a likely part replacement (to help with the cost), but quickly determined it was the compressor. He had several options for replacements and his recommendation was on target: a quiet unit at a very reasonable price. His quote was a whole lot cheaper than replacing the entire unit, which could have happened if we had turned to some other outfit looking for easy money. The actual work time was fast as possible considering what had to be done. We had heat before they left and we'll be cool this summer, too! You can spend more, but you'd be wasting your hard-earned money. This father and son team are honest and reliable-I highly recommend them for your AC repairs.
