    Very little wait time until your called back for vital signs and med. review. Office staff very nice and pleasant. After v/s, weight, ect. your taken to exam room to wait for doctor. It's been almost two years going and I can only think of twice that we've (husband and I) had to wait an extended period of time for doctor to see us. Both times were under 30 minutes.

    I've been going to them for almost 10 years, so I knew I was in good hands. Otherwise, I'd have gone right to a hospital. After hearing about my symptoms, and what had gone on, I was diagnosed with Pyelonephritis by Carrie. She spent just enough time with me, and answered all of my questions. I was given some Advil for my fever, and they mixed up the 1st of 2 very strong shots I would have over the next 2 days. In addition I got my flu shot that day, and woozily went right back home and back to bed after getting excellent care. I would also be prescribed Cipro later in the week to knock out this infection of my kidney.

    Amazingly, I started to feel some improvement that evening after that first shot, it was so strong, just as they said I might! I hadn't believed it was possible when they said it, as I'd been so sick for so long. But the shot was strong, for sure, it hurt going in, even though they mix it with something to tone it down. They have some really great stuff they use.

    No one in her office would not return phone calls when his condition worsened and never once did it seem occur to her that this could be cardiac related, even though he was having no shortness of breath or chest pain. Within a month he died of a sudden, severe heart attack.

    I started using Dr. Voswinkel in the 1990's after getting a job withe the group he worked prior to moving to Duluth. Dr. Voswinkel is one of those Dr.'s one rarely meets these days that will listen to you and actually hear what you say and not make you feel your 1 minutes of appointment time is up. This review is hard to write based solely on my experience with him due to hearing all the patients who felt the same way. He had patients who had followed him from his first practice after coming to GA. He is very intellegent and and wonderful diagnostician. He constantly does research on new medications and keeps up with current treatments. I saw how well he worked with patients who had problems with depression and took my daughter to him. She still uses him and has sent friends to him as well. I have lived with back pain since high school. I am now 61 years old. After tests reveled I had serious issues he researched Dr.'s who specialized in the procedures I needed repaired. He will probably not appreciate me putting this in writing...but female patients often mentioned he was the only Dr. they would ever have do their Pap tests because he put them at ease and you never felt any discomfort. He is wonderful with children as well as elderly patients. If anyone needs a good family practice.....you will not find a better physician. If you have a problem he will work with you to be best of his ability to find the root of the problem and follow up until the problem is resolved.

    After waiting about 10 minutes, I was shown to an exam room where I was weighed, my vital signs taken by a nurse who was pleasant and who talked and joked with me. She left the room and within a couple of minutes Dr Fordham came in. He listened as I described my symptoms. He examined me and sent prescriptions for an antibiotic and cough medicine into my drug store so they would be ready when I got there. I also got a tetnus shot, which I had requested, given to me by the same nurse. She explained about the possible reaction I could have from it, even though she knew I was aware of it. I then paid my co-pay, talked with the receptionist a little, and left. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, which is the average time that I spend in the office. There have been very few times when I have had to wait more then 10 minutes. I go, get taken care of, and I leave, knowing that whatever issue I have will be resolved very quickly. I could not have found a better doctor.

    Dr. James Murphy was very helpful. He took time with us and asked my 13 yo son and I both questions. The only and quot;negativeand quot; about the whole experience was with the front desk. I arrived a few minutes late (due to poor directions from Google Maps) and the lady told me she wasn't sure I could still be seen. The doctor's office clearly states that you have a 15 minute window before you forfeit the appointment. I also wasn't told to come early and fill out paperwork until I was already there. These problems were partly mine and I could have asked more questions, so my overall experience was very good.

    Dr. Workman offers a yearly one-time fee for office visits, blood testing, shots and consultations. I know of no other doctor who offers this to help those who do not have health insurance. She is thorough, friendly and honest. Her staff is professional but very personable. They go out of their way to assist with anything that will make your visit a pleasant experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients. I would like to see more doctors follow her wonderful example.

    Went on the 7th of May with my two children. all three of us needed an appointment and we were all seen together by Rebecca Durham. Nurse Annette Woody met us first and took our vitals. She is very pleasant. Rebecca Durham is always friendly and makes us feel cared for. I have been seeing her for about 13 years now. I had cancer last year and she is great to make sure I am doing well and taking care of myself. The kids love it because they always get to visit the treasure box each time. We all three had an upper respitory infection. We didn't all need antibiotics so I waited a week and when mine didn't go away, I just called and she made she I got what I needed. I feel great now after 3 days of antibiotics. The kids got better without antibiotics and i like that they do not just prescribe them when they are not needed. I know most all the front office by name and they me. They are a great group of people to have care for you.

    Staff was courteous. Medical history taken. Dr was very pleasnt & polite He explained need for nerve testing due to diabetes. He sanded some callouses & gave RX to help remove dead skin. I felt the office was not clean. I did not think procedure for removing callouses was sanitary. Will not return.
