    TH & Sons Paving
We have a very long circular driveway that was 30+ year old asphalt. Tommy and his team dealt with all the grass/weeds, cracks, roots, and large holes. They got it all fixed up and re-paved with asphalt in one day. Fast work and turned out great! Very happy with job done. We asked for a couple extra things dug out with equipment, and they went above and beyond to accommodate those requests. Highly recommend!

They are very prompt. You just email them and they send someone out. They got everything cleared away. I just needed someone right away and they are there. They are close to my house and come right away. It was during a real bad ice storm. They are real good about coming right away.

    North Georgia Pond Doc
We called North Georgia Pond Doc and spoke with some very helpful ladies in the office as they set up an appointment for us to meet with the owner to see what it would cost and what our best option would. The owner came out the next day to meet with us. He was very helpful. and showed us a way of redoing our deck so that we would have more space and better access to it. Greg and his guys worked very hard and got the job done a lot sooner than we thought anticipated.
We would recommend North Georgia Pond Doc's, Greg, to anyone that is needing some work done around the house.

North Georgia Construction & Property Management,
The tree was gone the first day except the
stump.  The crew started on the roof. It all started pretty well. The
first thing I noticed was that a boot was missing on the furnace pipe vent
through the metal roof and additional soffit was damaged that wasn't intended
to be repaired.  The crew was careless about throwing shingle debris and
stuff off the roof .  They even drove
through the neighbor?s yard to park beside the house in the grass. They ended
up tearing the grill cover with shingles. The metal part was complete but it
took additional weeks to actually get the finalization of the roof, the bad
soffit and fascia and painting completed.  I began to feel he need to
stay on them, to make sure it was done.  The guys were tearing up stuff
that wasn't on the repair list. Finally!  The roof was done.  He
expected the other half of payment as each portion was done.
Almost everyday I had to message him to
find out what was going on, were they coming today? When he was going to be
here? We would go days with no one here working..  The next few days they
tore out the drive way leaving us with no way to access the house except to drive
through the neighbor?s yard and ours. We expected that. The drive was torn out
and put in a dumpster along with the tree stump.  It became apparent that
the guy running the bob cat wasn?t great at it.  But it was getting done..
The driveway was dirt, then; it rained a
lot,  mud running down the street into a
creek. The code enforcement and police made an appearance the job site was so
bad.  But;The biggest problem came with
the cement pour of the new drive.. The guys weren't here the day before and not
early enough, the forms weren't laid, it wasn't prepped correctly and the
parking pad addition we asked for wasn't deep enough to park a car, I had to
have them correct that before the cement trucks arrived.  They were going
to pour on a hill with no belt or pump truck. They had the cement truck drive
through the neighbor?s yard and ours to get to the top of the hill to pour down
hill . The truck got stuck and couldn?t make it, they tore the yard up badly. Then
they had a second truck do the same. They were hauling cement with a wheel
barrow trying to get it where it needed to be.  The entire yard was a mud hole and trenched.
The pour went bad, uneven, unfinished, rocky and just a very very ugly. They
said the one and only float they had went bad then we found it out was rented,
they don?t do this regularly enough.  The
guys cleaning up their boots and tools splattered a newly painted front door
with cement spots as well as a newly detailed car sitting in the grass, The
guys that painted got paint residue on the brick from washing their brushes. Very
    unprofessional and careless.
We were told he would rip out the drive and
do it again.  After a week or so, They swapped out the dumpster with the
old drive concrete and replaced it. They began tearing out the drive yet again.
But this time the neighbor was so mad  from
the cement trucks through his yard he would not allow us to use his drive way
to access our house. So we had to park on the street and walk up the hill. This
time the prep was done a little better, as was the pour they got a belt truck
this time, but it was still far from professional. There are still chunks of
cement all over, humps and left over rock, form boards not removed and places
in the surface that are still  swirled, rocky, not smoothed and finished
as it should be. The expansion cuts are not straight. But the drive is usable
and better than the busted drive we had from the tree root damage. But it is already
    showing cracks.
The issue is finishing the job, the clean
up. The 2nd dumpster that the 1st bad pour concrete was loaded into was so over
loaded the dumpster company could not pick it up. So it sat over a month in the
front yard ditch between ours and our other neighbors house. I was consistently
was in contact with Nathan asking when he was going to get it removed and clean
up the yard. A couple times a  week I would
message him.  I was always told I?ll be
there in the morning , or Monday or Friday, but he never showed up. It was
always one excuse after another, after another. The dumpster guy after a month
or so brought his own end-loader and another dumpster, unload the excess and
finally took the container away. It has been a couple weeks now and the mess,
the trenches, the excess concrete laying in the ditch and the safety cones are
still in our front yards. I cannot recommend you use Nathan Barrett or any
company he has.  Looking at The Ga Sec.
of state page he has had many.  I still wait for clean up to finish the
project. We are over 70 days now. We have been told he has not paid the
suppliers of the dumpster company or the concrete.

    Art of Stone Landscaping Inc
Work done as proposed, no surprises.
Work explained to me ahead of time in detail.
As of Jan. 2013 all work still looks good.  After I had hired Jason the 1st time I found out He had done the stone work on the fireplace in the house I had purchased.
    It also looks great.
I will use him again when I need stone work or drainage and concrete work combination

    Darren Alexander Construction
He told me that I didn't need to have my lines grounded. The state told me that it was a $10,000 fine per device that was not grounded. They came out and fixed that. Then later on my crawl space was flooding. I determined that he had not waterproofed my crawlspace. I had to tear up my tile. Now my walls and foundation are cracking and look like a roller coaster track. He used substandard equipment throughout the house.

    T P Bishop Construction LLC
Even with rain delays and the holidays, TP Bishop was able to finish the job in a timely manner. We must of driven him crazy with some of the changes we made in mid-stream but we really liked the way that he was able to adjust on the fly. I highly recommend him.

    Electric Plus USA Inc
Was told that chains needed to be oiled periodically but was then asked by repairman if he could borrow my WD40 to oil it down. Hello don't you think that a garage door repair person would have this on his truck?? Just find this very strange.
