"First of all the bride met with the florist in June of last year she had pictures of sample bouquets and flowers for her wedding. The florist then promised that" the bride would get exactly what the pictures envisioned. The bride called the florist mulitple times after the meeting in June to make sure everything was set. The florist kept telling the bride well we can talk about it when the wedding is closer. The florist kept reassuring her that everything would be perfect. But that was not what happened. On the day before the wedding the flowers were supposed to arrive at 10am. This was not the case. The flowers didn't arrive until almost 12. And when they arrived it was half of the bride's order and not the flowers she was promised. All of the bridesmaids were trying to call different florist in the area to see if we could buy flowers from them. After calling
Florist again and explaining this was not the order and not all the flowers they said a second batch would be coming. By this time we were all worried we would not have enough flowers for the ceremony, When the second batch came in, again it was not all the flowers that they decided on and half of them were weeds. We didn't use about 6 bunches of "flowers" but looked like weeds. The next day the bouquets and boutonniers came in and the bride was told there would be a new total because we asked for more flowers. This was a very exhausting and terrible experience. I would like to give credit to
's Flowers because I called them and explained everything that happened and they were willing to help out by calling vendors.

"Telephone contact and order placement were handled professionally. I was surprised, however, that there was no knowledge of an Angie's List Discount (5%), as" advertised on the Angie's List website, but they agreed to check it out before final billing. Flowers arrived on time. About a third of the flower petals had a slight brown
at the time of deliver, and the entire dozen only lasted only a few days. Stems were quite thick and too tall for the vase the Florist provided.

Florist reviews in Clayton

On thursday, 2/26 I ordered a standing
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
and carnation arrangement to be delivered on Friday, 2/28. The price was 89.00. Total 102.00 with tax and delivery. They delivered the flowers on time. The arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely use them again,

I called
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
to ask for a special arrangement of lilies and roses for a baby girl named for the flowers. I wanted white and pink, something pretty to put by the crib.
I called the day after the baby was born and
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
, the shop owner, was thoughtful enough to suggest that I should confirm first when they would come home from the hospital and wait a couple days for delivery.
The flowers arrived promptly on the first day my friends were home with their new bundle. I was on vacation in Florida when the flowers arrived, but friends texted a picture (which I lost) and went on and on about how pretty they were.
The service was flawless and I'm glad she's there.

After having a death in the family my sister in Florida sent flowers she ordered online via Telaflora.
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
was the provider in my area which was supposed to
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
the order. She paid $90 for a beautiful arrangement; however, what was delivered to my house was far short of the arrangement pictured online. I'm not talking about substitue flowers - what I received was a very sorry, gangly arrangement that had no resemblance/value to what she paid. When she called the shop for resolution they promised to deliver the arrangement she purchased the following morning. After 3 days I didn't receive the new arrangement & my sister called for a refund. They told her that a refund isn't possible because they attempted delivery twice and no one was home. When I learned this I began calling
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
. It took 2 days for them to answer their phone. The man I spoke to,
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
, was very argumentative and changed his story that the delivery person was unable to gain entry to Ft
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
Houston as I live on post. Their website includes Ft
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
Houston's zipcode in their delivery area. He lied and said they called me multiple times which simply isn't true - I have call waiting & voicemail - no one from
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
ever tried to call me or make re-delivery. I asked him to please schedule a re-delivery and he said its not his problem. I then asked him to refund my sister, which he refused and hung up on me. I am not sure how they stay in business.
They are very unprofessional and dishonest - I hope you choose to take your bussiness elsewhere.

I visited
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
. florist to see if they would create an arrangement in a container that I provided and deliver it. They agreed and I took them a huge wine glass for the arrangement. I wanted it delivered to a friend during her finale chemo treatment, so there was a small window of time in which to deliver. They delivered a beautiful arrangement, incorporating the requested pink theme, at a perfect time, and it was a big hit. I would recommend
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
. Florist to anyone, and will use them exclusively in the future.

Through Teleflora we ordered an arrangement called
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
Breeze. (
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
's did the work). I had spent a couple hours trying to find something to honor my husband's grandfather, and felt this was right! The description of the arrangement is :Tranquil blue and white flowers reminiscent of a soft
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
breeze offer comfort. The standing spray presented on an easel includes fragrant white lilies and tropical greenery. We were provided with a Purple arrangement with a touch of white. My husband's grandfather did not like purple! If he did, I would have ordered purple!! No phone call or anything asking if the color can be changed. They just think they can change what you ordered and you have to pay for it. We disputed the charge and they are fighting it. They claim there is only a touch of purple to compliment the blue!...What Blue???? What
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
is Purple??? Apparently the Florist at
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
's are either colorblind, or need to take a trip to the beach.

I Spent a couple hours trying to find an arrangement that I felt represented my husband's Grandfather.

Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
always has an extensive selection so I can find just what I want. The website is easy to use. And they have never failed me in delivering excellent quality flowers both locally and nationally.

I called
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
for the second time in the same week to order another funeral arrangement via telephone, since I loved the one that was sent to the funeral I attended earlier in the week. I was mortified when I found out a week later that my friend never received her flowers for her father's funeral. When I called
Clayton Florists Provider Name Locked
to notify them of the issue the employee I spoke with was very rude and would not take the blame for the huge mistake that was made. I loved the first arrangement that I ordered from them, but I will never order from FCF again because of this awful experience. A word of advice to the owner and manager of FCF, next time a customer has a complaint and would like to speak with you, call them back and handle the problem yourself because there is an obvious issue with one of your employees customer service skills or lack thereof. If this issue does not get resolved you will

a lot of bussiness.
