    MORRISON AND SONS LLC
We had a patio, stairs, landscaping and fire pit done with Morrison and Sons. We are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of there work. Antonio the stone mason did an awesome job in setting and shaping all the stone work. Truly transformed the back yard into a usable and funny place to relax. We would recommend them for any patio and landscape projects.

    Outside Landscape Group
Once the design was approved we were scheduled for early to mid November 2017. The crews who came were always on time, friendly and skilled artisans. Construction is messy and to be expected. But they kept the place tidy and organized. It took a week to complete. That included demo to finished product. Ray was out several times while in process to check on the process and even made a nice design revision by replacing the excavated plants (loropetalum and knockouts) in to another part of my yard. This area was an area that wasn't included and an area I have a hard time getting Bermuda to grow. It flows very well and looks great and gets rid on my frustration of trying to coax grass to grow there! The layout was just another well done extension of an already great design. I would highly recommend Ray and Outside Landscaping Group! A++

    Status Renovations and Remodeling
I highly recommend Status by Aimee LLC for any home renovation project. Other home improvement sources informed us the project would take around 60 days so I expected the project to go much more on par with that kind of timeline; however, this job moved SUPER quickly and efficiently. From start to wrap, the entire project took fewer than 3 full weeks! Ive shared pictures of our kitchen all over social media and everyone who sees my posts is in awe of the style, appearance, and speed. In all, this remodel required drywall demolition and reconstruction, electrical/lighting, plumbing, flooring, paint, cabinet installation, and tile work. Thats a ton of work to get done in a total of 14 working days! I dont have a picture of the 100% completed job on my phone so I have included one from the day before completion. You get the idea!

    COMPLETE CONCRETE AND MASONRY
I had an issue with driveway collapsing due to improperly installed timber retaining wall holding up hill and also positioned almost directly over an underground drainage pipe for street in front of property.  I had been seeking advice and estimates and talking with various people for over a year and a half as it was somewhat delicate work in a very close area which was built in 2005 on fill.  I needed someone who knew what they were doing. After talking with several people, I contacted Matthew Cook at Complete Concrete and Masonry.  They were very professional and prompt in coming out to review the situation, what needed to be done and got back to me with detailed estimate.  I knew this was going to be an expensive undertaking, and Matthew was in line with a I felt a very fair price and I felt I could trust him. This required an engineer's input due to height of wall/location, etc., and Matthew took care of all details working with them to get the best possible scenario while remaining cognizant of my budget. They ran into uncompactible soil and buried trash.  Instead of 12-16" footer, needed to dig further solid surface.  Took extra days to do this, but his crew is fantastic and Matthew was on top of it, and kept me reassured it would turn out fine.  The end result is stunning.  They did a beautiful job, I believe I will never have another issue with this again, and I feel confident that were anything to come up I could contact Matthew and he would respond.  As far as other work, I was so happy with the quality of the work, I went ahead and had some other things done while they were here, under deck patio is wonderful, they took it all the way out, saw cut around post and stair landing for even flow, lovely pavestone patio with retaining wall and finally I have a decent stone step at my front porch, which matches my front porch perfectly, which surprised and delighted me.  All handled with efficiency and incredible attention to detail.  They finished off with sod where needed and everything looks very pretty.  I'm ready to enjoy planting and creating a garden.  Will be calling on Matthew again for any future projects. Having stressed over the retaining wall issues for so long, it was a huge relief to feel that it was being handled competently.

    Stucco & Masonry Renovators LLC
Mr Medina LISTENED....and brought a team to look at the damage and find what was the cause.... They found an upper window with a sill that was too flat, thus holding water....They determined that a sealant need to be applied to the brick to help stop the rain getting in when there is a driving wind...They did not require payment until a good rainstorm came, and we could see if the problem was solved.

    McKee Basements & Remodeling
Never Completed.  No return calls, missed appointments for final items to complete.
LATE LATE LATE.  This project was started in June 2014.  We were told that the project would be completed in 45 days which i thought was too aggressive, so, i internally considered 90 days to completion.  We needed the space complete to make room for a new baby arriving in September.
September came and went and we were no where near completion.  October, November and December and still not near completion.  I advised Brian that we were moving into the space on December 18 due to large family holiday visits and that he had to be out.  He rushed to complete and at least made the space 'liveable' - not complete.
January we arranged for a walkthrough and identified items for completion which included completing the Brickwork for the enlarged window, final paint, and a few other odds and ends.
His worker arrived late and with no instruction as to the work to complete, so he wandered around and fixed a few nail pops but wasn't able to paint or complete any of the items on the final punch list.
Another date was arranged for the entire crew including Brian to arrive and complete the items on April 16, 2014.  No one showed up in spite of making arrangements for me to be home and available.  Note that the final closeout items were scheduled 10+ months after the start of the project.
I have not heard from Brian in-spite of leaving messages on his cell phone and work phone number.  These items must be completed and has forced me to hire another contractor to complete the items.
Throughout the project, there were massive delays.  I believe that Brain has either too many projects scheduled or has no concept or ability to manage his sub-contractors.
I cannot recommend Brian as a PM or McKee Basements as a contractor - the work NEVER GETS DONE.

    Kevin Murphy Construction LLC
Kevin was extremely professional and accommodating.  When we had trouble scheduling an initial visit for a review of the work and providing an estimate, Kevin stopped by and looked at the job.  We then communicated by phone and picture, making sure we were talking about the same project.
I had several loose stones on the steps leading up to my front porch.  There were several stones around the porch that had also worked their way loose.  Kevin found all of the loose stones I had found (and some I hadn't).  He proposed removing all of the stones, clearing out the mortar bed, and grinding away all loose grout on the stone work.
We were able to find a date that I was able to be at my home for (and where the weather cooperated).  Kevin arrived right at 9:00 (the agreed upon time).  He removed all the stones, re-set the steps, re-set the stones, and then grouted around all of the stones.  He suggested an annual application of Concrete Sealer (something I hadn't known about) to help prevent water from working its way down into the grout and freezing, leading to cracking of the mortar.
Kevin was extremely professional and personable.  He finished the job in about 3 1/2 hours, and the results are great.  I will definitely use Kevin again if I have any other type of stone or masonry work to be done.

    Kevin Murphy Construction LLC
Kevin arrived for his estimate review on time.   The work  ended up being more than he expected once the masonry was removed.   They worked very hard to find the stone to match, making several trips to ensure it was right.   Once the stone was found, they went right to work and did a first rate job of only removing what they needed and repairing what was necessary, keeping costs to a minimum.   They worked long, hard hours every day they were here,  and in spite of other commitments someone was always here working to be certain that our home was not exposed to the elements any longer than necessary.
Both Kevin and his crews were friendly and professional in every way and cleaned up well following the work.   His pricing was fair and reasonable.      I would have no second thoughts about using Mr. Murphy's services again, should it ever be necessary.    Kevin Murphy comes very hightly recommended and should be your first and last call when services that he provides are required.   Thank you again for a job well done

    Kevin Murphy Construction LLC
Overall the project went really smooth and quickly. Kevin was great to work with, very friendly and kept me informed on the start date and progress throughout the project. He was very easy to get in touch with if any questions came up.
They started right after the last snow - there was still ice in my driveway the morning  they arrived to rip out the old wood and prepare for the footings. From all the wet weather things were very messy but it all went into a dumpster that was delivered the same morning. They had everything ready for the cement truck the next morning to pour the footings. After that the project moved along quickly, the crew of five arrived early and worked until dark most days - all very hard workers. Eliseo, his foreman, also did a great job in keeping me informed of their schedule and discussed how parts of the construction would be done.
I was amazed at how much material went into the project. Kevin delivered a palette of stone but the inside pieces were all small so his foreman brought some larger ones the next day, and then Kevin got an additional half palette so there was more than enough selection. It was this kind of attention to detail that I noticed throughout the project that really makes a difference.
They did a great job with the clean up which really went on all during the project so at the end things were in good shape. The extra soil was placed where I requested to help fill a low spot in another area of my yard which was an unexpected bonus that was done without a question. They even power washed the driveway removing the last of the wet clay as the final touch. As you can see from the pictures, I still have the interior wood walls that will need to be replaced next and will be giving Kevin a call for sure to do the work. Looking at it now, it looks like it's always been there and fits seamlessly into the original work on the house, only better.
