We had AD&F do a deck for us several years ago and it turned out beautiful. So, when it came to get a new fence we called on AD&F for the job. Quick for an estimate, designed a fence to match the detail on the gate we had previously installed, ad tied all the exterior wood together in a fabulous design. AD&F is not necessarily the cheapest out there, but they are reliable & dependable, do the work when they say they will, provide a quality finished project, and best of all, they offer suggestions and options. Others we have tried dealing with in the past will price or do what we want, but don't offer up any options.... Example - when we built the deck we knew we wanted iron pickets, AD&F came back and offered the suggestion of using copper plumbing pipe - more cost effective and the weathering and patina of it is absolutely amazing. And years later, when we had an issue with the handrail, Dave came back out and replaced the top rail, no questions asked and no charge. Great to work with an honest company that does what they say they are going to do.

I called and the Customer Service had a salesperson return my call on Monday. He asked several questions about my job, and since I don't live at the property yet, asked me to drive over and take photos so he could look at the site. I did that, and sent them to him mid Tuesday. He called back on Tuesday evening and asked the same questions (didn't remember any details) and then told me he would get me a proposal and would check to see if they could meet my timeline (two weeks). He called me again on Wed and told me they could meet the two weeks and he would get the proposal. Then he called again on Wed and asked me the same questions he had already asked me two times previously and didn't again seem to remember. When I told him that he had already asked those same details (length and placement of fence) he got huffy and told me he shouldn't even take my job, and then told me they wouldn't do it. They wasted 3 full days of my time, never gave me a proposal, and knew I was in a short time frame to start with. They act like they are doing you a favor taking your job.

First of all they were about 4 weeks later than they told me when I put 50% down - $1,000 for a $2012 fence. They came out and demoed the old fence. Left a concrete mess EVERYWHERE. They moved the fence from he original line because MY NEIGHBOR told them too. Can you believe that? They never called me or let me know anything about it. When I asked them THEN they told me. They made a mess, didn't so what I asked for....I sent the owners pictures and asked them to come and make this right. They never responded. They were so disorganized they marked my 50% down payment as "paid in full". So I got a decent quality fence - not like I wanted - but material and labor were ok. Destroyed plants, garden fencing, and concrete mixed and left in the yard. They also left a 3' tall mound of dirt in my yard.....a mountain, and ripped screws out of the hardie board where the previous fence was adhered to the house. I tried to keep money local. Never again will I trust these guys to do anything from me. And if you see them....RUN! Don't walk away...run! Their managers are a bunch of incompetent clowns.

Here's my experience, decide what you may ..... First, they didn't show up on the scheduled day and said they "forgot" to finish the scheduling. We had to call MANY times just to get our deposit in, as they weren't calling us back. They finally install and bring the wrong materials. They get the right materials and then disappear during installation with a 2 foot open gap. We have to call around and finally get a hold of someone who says they'll be back the next afternoon to finish the fence. Come the end of day, they haven't arrived to finish the install and we have to inquire again ... they finally show up. The install finishes and we look around and see concrete all over, spotty spray painting on the aluminum, fencing pieces all over and they even piled up dirt they dug up over the AC unit. After much discussion they finally come back and fixed some of the issues ... but three months later it's still not complete. All they want to do is have me verbally give them credit card info instead of swiping a card ... I am NOT comfortable giving them this info over the phone! Especially with all the issues I've dealt with!!

The pool fence and gate came out great. They worked with me every step of the way to choose the post caps, and payed attention to every detail. They even took the time to clean up all the construction waste, and hauled off my old fence for me.

North Atlanta Fence and Gate Co Inc
Company did not show on agreed upon date to install the fence claiming a death in the family.  Project elayed for three weeks. Gate was not installed properly.  Installers were un-supervised and did not know how to install the gate correctly.  Gate is un-level, screws missing, Screws stripped out on hinges, Holes drilled in the wrong place and the gate was stained.  Owner of the company agreed and apologized for the work and promised to fix.  He promised to be here on 6 different occasions and has never shown up. The last time was on November 15th where he said he was sorry but was running behind and would be here the following week.  Again he never showed or called to replace the hinges.

PERFECT. The quality of work and materials was outstanding and their services very professional. The crew was here each day when we were told they would be here and was always very courteous and responsive to our questions and requests for minor changes. The value in the work and deck was well worth the price they charged, and we will not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to our neighbors. The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. Wish all contractors and work was this great.

    Prime Fence Group LLC
My overall experience with Prime Fence Group was great.
I called a different fence company, initially, to get an estimate  for a fence install and that went fine, but I wanted to get a second quote for comparison sake.  I called and left a message on Prime Fence Group's machine.  It took a couple of days to hear back from Tiffany, but I think she told me they had been having phone issues.  I wasn't that concerned, as I had my quote from the other company.  Dennis was able to come out to give me a quote within a couple of days.  I assumed that my meeting with Dennis would mirror the meeting I had had with the first fence company - I would look at a couple of pictures, measurements would be taken in the yard, that would be it.  That was not the case.  When Dennis came out, he spent a great deal of time with me out in the yard.  In addition to taking measurements (including climbing into poison ivy to get a correct number), he explained how the fence would run with the slope of the yard, made suggestions on positioning of the fence itself (we were only fencing part of our yard) with regards to tying it into our next door neighbor's fence and also for avoiding tree trunks and roots, and he explained that the rocky terrain typical for our neighborhood might require a jackhammer during the digging of the holes.  Dennis informed me that there would be no extra charge for the jackhammer (if needed) and that his crew would cut down/cut back some tree branches and brush on the day of the install so I wouldn't have to worry about doing it ahead of time.  Dennis answered all of my questions, understood that we were working with HOA restrictions, and actually brought up some questions to ask my first fence proposal company.  He also assured me that when I received the estimate, that would be the price of the job.  The price would NOT go above the quoted amount.  Additionally, Dennis informed me that once we made our final decision (and if we chose Prime), they would be able to get me on the schedule within 2-3 weeks (the other fence company had a 6 week wait).  Tiffany emailed me the estimate that same evening.
To do my due diligence, I contacted the initial fence company to ask the questions Dennis had mentioned (most importantly, was there a possibility that the final cost could be more than the estimate).  When I finally heard back from the original company, I found out that there were many factors that could increase my final price on installation day.  Prime Fence Group's estimate came in a couple of hundred dollars more than the first company, but Dennis and Tiffany were willing to drop their price a bit to be more competitive (and again, at least I knew what the actual cost would be.  If I had chosen the other company, the cost could have ended up being more than Prime's bid).  I ended up changing the style of the gates, but the price remained the same.
We had to wait for approval from our Homeowner's Association, but when it came in, I got in touch with Tiffany right away and was able to get the fence installation for 2 weeks from when I sent the request.  The timing was really important to us as we had adopted a dog and needed the fence as soon as possible.
Originally we were scheduled to have the fence installed on August 5th.  On the 4th, Tiffany emailed me that their crew had to finish up another job on the 5th, so they might not be able to start until the 6th.  That was really the only glitch in the whole process.  The change in date was a little stressful to me because it was running up close to a trip I was scheduled to take on the 7th and I was afraid the fence wouldn't be done in time.
Tiffany got in touch with me in late afternoon on the 5th to let me know that the crew would, indeed, be over on the morning of the 6th to install my fence.  Dennis showed up with the crew to get them started and had me walk the yard with him as he was going over the details with the crew.  On the estimate day, Dennis had mentioned a way to space the posts to make the final result more visually appealing (bringing them a little closer than the 8 ft norm - not noticeable to the naked eye, but it would make for even sections instead of finishing the long sides with a 4ft section or less).  On installation day, Dennis clearly conveyed this adjustment to his crew and confirmed all of the information with me before any work began.  It took a bit for all of the materials to arrive, but when they did, Dennis' crew got started.  The two men worked hard throughout the day, asked me a few questions as needed (if it was okay to use an exterior electrical outlet and how I wanted the pickets to curve on the gates), and they finished the entire installation in one day (they worked until 8:30 pm).
As far as cleanup goes, all of their trash and extra materials were piled outside the fence near the driveway.  Unfortunately the trailer they would normally use to haul the trash away was being repaired so they were not able to take the pile with them when they left for the day.  They asked me if I was okay with the pile staying until the next morning, when whey would come back for it.  I told them it was okay.  The men did not come back as early as expected to get the trash, but they did come before noon and cleared it all away.
One thing I wish Prime Fence would do is sweep the yard with a magnet before leaving.  My husband had brought a rolling shop magnet home from work for me to borrow prior to the fence being installed, as I knew I would want to check the yard before letting our new dog out, knowing he has a tendency to eat pretty much anything.  Upon going over the yard with the magnet the night of the install, I found several nails and a bunch of metal staples that had been missed in the clean up process.  I understand it is hard to find every little thing left behind, but a magnet would give homeowners more peace of mind on the finished product.
Overall, my experience with Prime Fence Group was very good.  Every day when I go out to play with my dog in the yard, I appreciate having the fence and I am happy with the workmanship I see.

My experience with them was good.  They were on time.  They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it.  They were done quickly.  They were in and out of here in a day.  2.10 to 2.15.
