    What I like best about Dr. Merritt is that he doesn't do unnecessary work.  A year ago, he said we were going to watch an old filling that had cracked.  During my last check-up, he said it was time to replace it.  He did the procedure, with minimal discomfort to me, and I've had absolutely no issues with the tooth.  I'm also confident that the procedure wasn't done too soon or too late, and that is exactly the kind of healthcare treatment I want.  A+ grade!

    Fabulous! This office is getting me back on track to no anxiety for dentist appointment. They are professional, courteous and competent. Dr Scott Merritt is wonderful, what a nice difference from another "Bozo- Scott H. down near 'fountains way' who is NOT recommended to anyone"    Dr. Scott Merritt is on Sixes road and handles people, insurance, and more importantly any dental needs with care and attention to the patient.
     The ONLY PROBLEM is that I can't rate him higher than an A.

    First appointment lasted 2 hours and was informed that because of the high tech equipment could tell that there were numerous concerns never found before. mmmmm Never had a cavity before, but suddenly had one or two possible. Also, was told cracked tooth could break and split any day. xrays later revealed that maybe a small filling would have done over a crown. Set for work to replace a bridge and do the crown and filling. Waited (and soooo glad I did on other "immediate" concerns), so waited on the other work recommended (almost a year later and still NOT needed), At appointment set to do replace filling with crown and fill a "cavity" and get bridge redone, was told the "gas" was not available. The Dentist and office had been told and, it was made very clear that I had tremendous anxiety overwork because while I had never had a cavity I did have two incidents of broken teeth with exposed nerves and so was really afraid of more pain.  I was assured they were "painless" with all the high tech etc., and further that I could fill a prescription for Valium to take before coming to the appointment. Great,, NOT! All this did was allow me to agree to going ahead even though someone else was in the room that had the gas available.  The dentist wanted the assistant to "take responsibility and had her come in to apologize ..... he should have known and been aware of my case and needs! He said he was....... (later I thought, ok, why isn't it available in both treatment rooms?) Work was done, and after hours in the chair I was sent home with temp crowns,  IMPORTANT -- no written info on what to do was given, when a crown came off and I called the office to see what to do I was told by the person who answered the phone that this happens, and use something like a polydent. it sounded odd.....I googled this and WRONG, I called back and asked again to speak to the dentist, the Insurance/admin person said oh no, don't use that just use Vaseline. So, first lab work was bad, problems, etc, and two months later I was trying to get the permanent stuff in. LOTS OF PAIN with exposed nerves, lots of assistants doing stuff DENTIST should have been there for.  He DOES NOT spend the hands on time with patients but rather seems to delegate to assistants (who seem to trade back and forth and say different things). After all was done and I told him why I am not coming back and was so upset, he then said well I want everyone to be happy, ..blah blah blah, weren't you given a chance to see match of color? don't worry that silver at the gum line will disappear because its just irritated gum line...NOT! So now almost a year later and I have a bridge that still has "gaps" silver at bottom shows and now food gets under because of poor fit; sensitivity because of the exposure of my nerve and all the on off of temp and bad lab cap/crown over two months is almost gone ( still have to be careful with floss rubbing), oh and not the least being that all the new stuff doesn't match my teeth color!  Interestingly my husband was given the same "OH NO YOU NEED ALL THIS IMMEDIATELY DONE!" crap, but he wanted to go slow and good thing, because most was not needed. By the way, while we were both waiting with our temps, he had to pay all $2000 app up front - which was at the end of his four hour appointment and numb face, blurry eye (because of injections) and was told different information about his crown. Like don't use electric tooth brush, etc. (never mentioned that to me)    Needless to say STAY AWAY, or be ready for an I TOLD YOU SO;
     I really do have more details, but you get the picture.  You were warned. I am still debating if its worth filing a grievance with the Dental Association.

    Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my first visit after changing from another Woodstock dental practice that is known for lots of add- ons. Dr. Kirby's practice turned out to be just what I'm looking for. "Down home" attitude with the knowledge to back it up. Listens and reacts appropriately.

    Wonderful and best. I have been pleased with them. I can't think of how wonderful they are, the staff, the billing, the courtesy, the cleanliness, the comfort of the office, the Dentist himself, and caring. They're just what they should be. They're wonderful. He's interested in you as a person and a patient. I haven't had a problem except for cleaning and he's a funny, all around nice professional guy.

    My appointment went very well. They took me right back when I arrived, and started the procedure promptly. There was very little discomfort and the color matching on the teeth was perfect. It's been a few weeks and I've had no issues at all with any of the teeth that were worked on. I would highly recommend BridgeMill Dentistry to family and friends because they take pride in what they do and show an exceptional level of personal care for their patients.

    He's just a super dentist. He has a very good bedside manner. The people who work in his office are very good. The dental work that he's done with my teeth turned out to be fabulous. In the last year, I probably spent about $10000 to $12000 and I'm extremely happy with everything I've had done.
