    EverDry Waterproofing
So far so good. There have been no signs of water leaking into my basement.   When the pump activates it can be loud (my mother in law lives in the basement). Make sure to add some kind of gutter extenstion to the pipes leading outside from the pump. During hard rains the pump will run for awhile and the small pvcp pipe caused a hole to form in the grass.

Provider scraped the front yard and had topsoil delivered and spread.  The topsoil was of very poor quality and was full of stones.  The provider then was unable to obtain sod and in the interim, the topsoil was washed away by rains.  After waiting two weeks we had to hire another contractor who quickly placed sod.  Provider was asked to refund the soil purchase and he refused.
The walkway installation was no better.  Provider was abusive and argumentative about the design,.  Despite giving him a drawing he argued about it and tried to get us to change what we wanted (his worker understood but the provider argued with him as well).  Many shortcuts were taken and several things he agreed to do were not done.

Shortly after the walkway was finished we noticed that it is moving away from the house.  Another contractor examined the walkway and explained how poor the installation was and that it would cost $1,000 to fix it.
This provider is incompetent and abusive.  I would not hire him to do anything on my property.

    EverDry Waterproofing
We signed the contract, but decided within the 3 day grace period to back out.  We realized that our issue could be addressed without their entire system.  Also after speaking with another waterproofer, became uncertain if the Everdry system was really the best.
The sales guy was nice, but they do sell hard and continue to call and come back to discuss after we cancelled.  They insisted that cancellation had to be done in person.  But all they did was try to get us to change our minds.
I am sure their system is probably fine, but we did an a la carte with a competitor for a fraction of the cost.

    EverDry Waterproofing
EverDry did a very good job on my basement.  They installed a French drain around the entire perimeter of my basement, inside the house.  Also put French drains around the outside of the house to catch any water running toward the house near the surface of the ground and route that water away.
Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, came when promised, finished on time.  All-in-all, a good job and a good experience.  Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Since EverDry waterproofed my basement, I have been able to carpet the floor and create a nice game room and a play area for the grandchildren.
I would recommend EverDry to anyone with a wet basement.

    AquaGuard Foundation Solutions
Aquaguard came in and drew up a plan and a quote for resolving a water
issue we had in the back of the house where the concrete slab was at the
back of the basement.  Due to the slab being poured incorrectly and a
retaining wall which was leaking, we had water coming in where the
foundation and the beams met on one corner of the house.
They also quoted the "Aquaguard system" which was complete basement waterproofing.
We decided that the outside work would resolve our problem and that hopefully the complete basement system would not be necessary.
They came out a few weeks later and did the job in one day.  They had only expected the work to take a few hours.  Once they got into the dirt behind the wall and saw what was going on, it ended up being a bigger job than they had planned.  But they stayed all day, got it done, and did not charge a penny more that the original quote.
The men who did the work, were Aquaguard employees, not contractors.  They take pride in their work and it showed in the quality of the work, and their overall professionalism.
We had some rain last night, and no water.  More expected this weekend and we are anxious to see how it goes.  Hopefully our issue is resolved.  If not, I will call on them to come in and do the complete basement system without a second thought.  But, I don't think its going to come to that.  Even they guys there, said they were confident that what they did would do the trick.

I would absolutely recommend them and they had a better system.  There is absolutely no moisture that can get in.  They have got a cap system that nobody else has.  They were very professional.  We recommended them to our son whose basement was flooded.  My son waited several months to get them.  I have recently recommended them to two other friends who had problems.

I was VERY impressed and would certainly call them in the future if I needed their services.
I am hard to impress, so for me to be very impressed is unusual
