    I was very warmly greeted upon my arrival to office and was called back for my appointment in a very timely order. Dr. Anna Wade was very professional and detailed with her hearing evaluation and took the time to inform me and answer any questions I had. After the testing was completed Dr. Wade again explained in detail the results of the test and my hearing loss. She then indicated that I was a good candidate for my desired hearing aid. Dr. wade installed the hearing aids and again informed me of what to expect and not expect from the aids and instructed me on how to use and remove the units if necessary.
    Dr Anna Wade is very nice, friendly and easy to talk with about your audiology needs. I was treated with great respect from everyone in the office and they responded to me in a way that indicated they appreciated my business but more importantly they were concerned about addressing my hearing loss and truly excited about being able to significantly improve my quality of life with improved hearing.
    I would highly recommend Dr. Anna Wade and Johnson Audiology in Cartersville, GA for any of your hearing needs.

    My visits so far have been great. The staff are all very polite and the office itself is very nice, they have just recently moved into their new office. Dr. Brogden is the only gyno I have ever been to and I feel very at ease with her. I could'nt imagine using anyone else. I have never had to wait more than 10min to get back to a room, so I have no complaints at all.

    Eduardo Rojas MD
    Dr Rojas employs his entire family as his office staff. They are completely incompetent and barely speak English. It took over an entire year for his staff to bill the CORRECT insurance company, even though we had given the information at EVERY visit. I had copied this information for them at least 1/2 dozen times. And trying to get someone on the phone to understand why you were calling was a nightmare--unless you were only calling to make an appointment.

    We have been fighting with the insurance company for over a year because of his staff''s mistakes. The bill was even turned over to collections for 'non-payment.' When I dove 45 minutes to the office and spent yet another hour with their "office manager" explaining the issue, she was apolgetic and said the situation would be 'immediately" corrected. That was 6 months ago and we're still getting calls.

    Dr. Rojas himself is a nice gentleman, but his office is a joke. When I tried to explain all that we'd been through and why we were chaning DR's, he became offended because we had insulted his daughter--one of his worst employess. Maybe one day he'll get the hint that hiring family is ok, IF they are competent. These people obviously have no medical or office training, and seem to have been turned loose to run the place as they see fit. I hope he doesn't get audited.

    So, if you are fluent in Spanish, you may have better luck. But I doubt it. My Spanish is passable, but we still got no where with these yahoos. Hope this helps someone in the future. I've never ragged a DR before, but my parents are in their 70's, and this entire adventure was not the additional stress they needed.
