After looking and measuring spaces, he explained to me what and how he would install and what the benefits of how it was installed, would be. When the job was completed, he showed me and instructed me on how to use my tv's & surround sound system. ATekMan SecurityChris and Tim arrived on time as scheduled. They showed me around my home and what they were planning on doing. They worked all day installing my new security system. Afterwards, Chris explained to me on how to operate the cameras and security system. He was very patient with me as I am not technical at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a security system. I also found out that they install TV's, so I am going to have them return to install a new TV that I bought.- Martha P.

AMedia GeniusBelieve it or not the service agent (Keith) was exactly on time, checked out the area in the bedroom where the tv would go, proceeded to install the tv mount, hid all the wiring and cleaned up. He did such a great job I asked him if he had time to install another one, which he did. He did not have a mount for this tv on the truck but immediately went to he office got one and installed the second tv with no additional charge. How many companies would have done this? The price was fantastic, the was service great - why would anyone want to do this themselves when they have this company available?- thomas m.

AMo Mounts llcHe was very professional and handled himself in a courteous manner. He called to verify the appt., informed me when he was on his way, arrived on time. Came in introduced himself, checked the location where i wanted the TV to go and proceeded to get to work. He cleaned up behind himself, gave me a reciept and only charged me for labor because I provided the mount. Very good deal for an outstanding job.- Lynette M.

AThe chimney repair was work performed on my home. It was done professionally and with great care. Additionally, Global has for years donated and installed roof shingles for our builds within Pickens County. Every roofing job was coordinated with our construction supervisor so that there was no disruption of ongoing work. The donated shingles are of good quality and the colors always compliment the home being build. We have had no complaints with regard to Global their installation and clean up. I highly recommend Global.

DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.
