    On July 22 my Ac unit shorted out and burnt up . I called Hugh's mechanical on 7/23/18 and they came to my home within two hours. It was determined that everything needed to be replaced . Made financial arrangements and they were at my home on July 24, at 800 am and by 12 noon I had a brand new unit inside and out. Very courteous and professional. The temperature was 87 degrees when they started it was a hot job. 2 hours after they were done my house was a cool 75 which is chilly. Love it ! They even moved my thermostat to a more appropriate place .Very happy with my new AC

    I initially called Keadle about 6 months ago because the line from the attic unit to the outside was backed up.  This was causing water to sit in the pan which was in turn causing my unit not to kick on.  They sent a wonderful technician who explained to me the issue, cleaned the line and serviced my 4 year old unit.   Because of this tech���s professionalism and courtesy I decided to sign up for an annual agreement with Keadle.

    The technician they sent to me on April 21, 2016, for my semi- annual inspection, was uncommunicative and condescending.  He did not clean the line from the attic unit to the outside.  All I heard from him was ���can���t do it���; no explanation and obvious irritation that I expected him to perform the service.  I tried to explain to him the prior tech had done it from the attic unit but my response was simply ���can���t do it���.  In the next breath he told me my coil was bad and I need to pay additional money.  Here���s the thing, maybe the coil is bad and maybe it isn���t but after the ���service��� I had received from him thus far I didn���t hardly trust him to put my unit back together, much less pay him additional money.  I just wanted him gone.

    I was so uncomfortable with the service he performed that I asked Ervin not to return to my home for a service call.  But no worries there; I will be changing service providers.  There is no reason anyone should have to feel that uncomfortable a) at their own home and b) for a service for which they are paying a fair and reasonable amount.

    The technicians had lots of expertise, were very polite and courteous, and did a good job with the installation.  They were even nice enough to wear booties on their feet so that they wouldn't dirty the house while they worked.

    Called and told them I needed servicing, that my unit was 1 to 2 lbs. low on Freon.  Asked about searching for leak.  Was told it would be $212 to search for leak plus the cost of the parts to fix it.  I said no thanks.  Tech looked over the system and told me my fan motor had bad bearings and the blade was out of balance.  Said my unit was getting old and needed replacing soon.  He scheduled a fellow to come out and give me an estimate on a new system. 
    He serviced my a/c and put 2 lbs. of Freon in it.  I had asked the person on the phone when I made the appointment what they charged for Freon and was told $40/lb.  I thought that was very reasonable.  Then I get slapped with a bill for $290.  2 lbs. x $40 is $80.  The labor was $210 for a simple service call?  Last year I paid $160 for 2 lbs. of Freon and the servicing charge.  
    On his work sheet it says to replace fan motor and blade $458.56 - seems a little high to me.
    Won't be using these guys anymore, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

    They're just very friendly, and very punctual. They did a very good job. They cleaned up. I haven't had any problem. The system works great. They gave me a warranty. They did a quick work on the warranty, I didn't have to do anything with it. They're very professional.

    Had to continually call him to come do the inspection when it was due the first time and then the contract was still in effect for the secont inspection and he never showe up for that one.  Needless to say I would not sign another comtract with this company.

    This is the third experience I have had with Mr. Jonathan Quick's company and, again, I was very pleased with his price quote and his promptness in accomplishing the job. He even went beyond the scope of the job and fixed a previous repair where the attic unit had leaked and actually was yet again leaking and had not presented itself yet. This was a courtesy with no extra charge. I believe Jonathan is doing a good job for me and is looking out for my well being. I am a 65 year old senior and it is very important to me that someone cares about the integrity of their work and how it affects my quality of life.
    When I first met Mr. Quick several years ago, he had purchased his company from another well thought of individual, and he shared with me his goals as a business man. I was impressed with his desire to treat people fairly and give them good service. I have experienced this. I had to call him recently about a follow-up to this install where he needed to return to the job and replace the fan relay/delay. He had ordered and received the part but had forgotten to go back and change it out. In Sept, my renters, right after moving in, called with a report that the one unit was not cooling correctly. I called Jonathan and he promptly went over and got it running. However, the renters called again in November with a report the unit was not running right and when I called Mr. Quick, he made no excuses and immediately told me he had received the part and had failed to get over to the rental as quickly as he meant to. He promptly went over and took care of it. The way I looked at this was, I have a working relationship with Mr. Quick's company and have nothing inappropriate to report. Anyone can make a mistake. And I continue to appreciate Mr. Quick very much and will still highly recommend him.

    This was the second new system we had Mr. Jonathan Quick install and we haven't changed our minds about him. He is so nice and works in a timely manner. His cleanup is superb and we still would quickly recommend him. He is a man of integrity and his pricing is very reasonable.
