    AA Action Fence Company LLC
We are so pleased with our new chain link fence and gate......Even with all the rain delays(including many days actually working in the pouring rain) AAAction fence came through for us....Congratulations on a beautiful job and for having a professional, friendly staff. We will recommend them often.

    Don Williams Painting Contractor
Both times Don and his sons did a really nice job with the painting jobs. They were always very polite and did a nice job of pointing out any issues they came across during the painting of the exterior of our home. Highly recommend Don.

    AA Action Fence Company LLC

My husband and I bought a Fannie May forclosure in 2014 that had been vacant for 2years and on the market for 3years. It has been in need of love--which means money--and we have been steadily working on it since closing. The pool had to be completely refurbished. The fence surrounding the pool was made of plastic and only enclosed the immediate pool area. It was not erected well as one would expect the plastic posts to be covering wooden posts. But the plastic posts were placed in holes hollow and concreted in place. I found AA Action Fencing on Angie's List and their website had exactly the fence my husband and I were looking for. Our first contact with them was in August of last year. We have had difficulty finding someone to pour concrete for the outdoor kitchen, so it wasn't until a week ago that we were actually able to get the fence erected as we needed the concrete to go in first. Chad and his crew at AA Action Fence pulled my estimate for August and went to work immediately. The work went very smoothly, the crew very professional and Chad kept us posted every step of the way. The work was completed in 5 days. The results are BEAUTIFUL!! They honored the estimate from August of last year--I didn't pay a penny more than expected. Overall, this is one of the best companies I have worked with on Angie's List. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    AWT Construction
Wayne Thompson and his crew did a great, and they also did a great cleanup job afterwards. The difference in before and after is amazing. At first I thought the price was high, but being that AWT used high quality materials, and with the quality of work performed, the price seems fair. AWT used siding rated at 225mph, and shingles rated at 130mph.

    McIntyre Fencing - Georgia
Submitted a request for a quote on the contractors web site. Was contacted by phone on Nov. 4th and was told someone would be at my house between 10 and 10:30 on the 5th of Nov. Mr. David McIntyre arrived about 10:30 on the 5th of Nov. I showed him the location of the fence and he took measurements and said that someone would be in touch later today or the next day with a quote. One week later and have heard nothing from the contractor. Guess my job was too small or they just don't want my business. Will call another contractor and see how that goes.

    Don Williams Painting Contractor
Everything went very well throughout the entire process. I had to reschedule several times because of delays in closing on my new house and moving out. Mr Williams worked with me and completed all of the required work for me in a very timely manner. Mr. Williams stuck with the estimated cost and performed even more work than originally requested.

I was very impressed with the work crew.  They were good natured and pleasant when I asked questions.  The crew chief, David, took extra time to show me more about the roof leak.  He found wet insulation in the attic and worn shingles on the roof in other areas that were beginning to show signs of water damage.  After talking to him and watching him and his crew work, I felt very confident in their repairs and in my decision to have the roof replaced.

AP Lawn Care & Pressure Washing LLC
When I originally called, Anthony came right out to look at what I wanted done and to give me the price.  He was very nice.  The following week, two different men came to do the pressure washing.  They seemed to do a good job and were careful to avoid a few areas that I requested that they skip (due to birds nesting in those areas) -- so that was good.  I went outside and noticed a few areas that had been missed (areas where they were supposed to clean.)  They cleaned those areas and then packed up and went away without collecting the money.... it was really rather strange.  Anthony called later on to apologize.
My biggest problem with the job is that the windows of the house were left filthy and streaked from the power washing of the house.   Anthony did send a man back the following week to clean the windows, but even then he didn't seem to understand that he needed to clean ALL of the windows.... he only did a few of them and was preparing to depart, when I told him that we'd agreed that he would rinse off ALL of the windows (they were all dirty.)    This man was very polite and pleasant.  However, even after the window rinsing there is some sort of residue on the windows that I cannot seem to remove.  I've tried cleaning them with alcohol, which did not work, and soap and water with a sponge, water rinse and squeegee.... which also did not work.  I am now going to need to hire a window cleaner to try to get these windows cleaned up; this will make the whole pressure washing quite expensive.

    John Wright Remodeling & Construction
On the morning of 9/5/2013, I noticed water standing on the floor of our pantry/laundry room where our water heater is located. At first, I assumed the water heater was leaking but soon discovered that the source of the water was inside the wall behind the water heater. I went into the crawl space under the house and saw water steadily dripping from the pipes leading to the water heater. Obviously, an emergency repair was needed to prevent major damage to the wall and floor of my house.
Since the source of the leak was inside a wall, I knew I would need someone who could not only do the plumbing but who could do drywall work as well. John Wright advertises himself as a general handyman so we phoned him to see if he was available to do a repair to the leaking pipe on short notice. He answered the call right away and indicated he could come that afternoon. He arrived promptly. He cut away a small section of drywall where the pipes to the water heater emerge from the wall, found a brass fitting that had corroded and was the problem and replaced the fitting.
While he was there, I took the opportunity to ask John to look at several other things like replacing my 9 year old water heater, installing a water filter at my well and reattaching several short pieces of vinyl siding that had come loose. He said he would do some checking on the cost of the materials needed and call back with a quote the next day. He didn't call, so we followed up and asked about our quote. He said he didn't have everything needed for the quote yet but promised it the following day. He delivered the quote as promised and, since the price was reasonable, we set up an appointment to have the work done.
John and his assistant, Juan, arrived as scheduled. They did all of the work I requested and replaced the drywall that had to be cut away for the leak repair . John then returned a day or so later to do additional spackling and sanding of the drywall to insure the surface would be ready for painting.
All in all, I am satisfied with John's performance. The quality of his work was fine and the price reasonable. There are other repairs/improvements to my home that I would like to have done and I will give serious consideration to John Wright Remodeling and Construction for these jobs in the future.

Wayne Thompson came out and accessed some storm damage I had to my roof. He was very professional,  up front and on time .I liked the fact that he didn't ask about insurance claims etc. He gave me an estimate and that's all I wanted, as I knew my insurance wasn't going to pay to replace my entire roof, though it needed it. There were other issues I had with my house that I needed, such as some gutters and replacement siding/soffitting. He quoted me a price and I was comfortable with it. The work was done in a timely manner. There have other things around my house that I would like to have done/repaired and wouldn't hesitate a minute in contacting them again for those repairs.
