  Adam responded immediately when I put in for a request for someone to give us an estimate. He came the very next morning at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment. Very prompt! Then gave me an awesome quote and said I can even do today. That's one of the things that impressed me about him. He didn't put me on this long waiting list with no return calls like so many do. He and his crew came out and worked diligently in the cold, then it got dark, then was raining. He made sure that everything was completed as it should be and that everything was cleaned up properly. He, along with his crew were all very nice and as I watched them work I could tell that they worked as a team having each others back. What a great job Adam and I will be using you again and will tell everyone I know what an awesome job you do. Thanks for making this large task for us seem so easy after you and your crew arrived. We appreciate everything you did!!

  Words can't express how happy and satisfied I am with the service Exceed Tree Care provided me! Originally I had called two tree companies that I worked in the past with but when I decided to call Exceed Tree Care the arborist was very helpful explaining to me the situation that I brought up and he made it clear as to what was occurring with my tress. The other companies didn't hesitate to explain anything they just provided me a price and left. Exceed Tree not only completed the job but exceeded my expectations! The Crew did an amazing job several neighbors came out to ask them for a quote and watched as they carefully removed several trees that were near my home!

  Exceed Tree Care did an amazing job and without a doubt I will use them again! They kept me updated and quickly came out to provide me an estimate! They carefully Removed 3 enormous White Oaks. From the beginning of the job they explained to me precisely how they were going to remove the tree's and I'm very impressed with there skills and how experienced they are in removing trees!

  Ryan Tree Service Inc

  They used a crane to take the tree down. The work crew and crane truck showed up on the scheduled day; they cut the tree down and ground up the entire tree into mulch, which they hauled away. They worked quickly and were done by 12:30 PM.

  There was damage done to an ornamental tree in the yard that was not reported to me and also they failed to cut down two trees they had agreed to. After the work was done in June I contacted the company and complained about the above issues. They offered $300 to settle the issue. Afterwards I did not hear back from them and did not receive any compensation. In October Carol Watson from North American contacted me and apologized that they had not sent the check. There had been an oversight. Following this I received the check. Obviously based on the reviews the company has a very good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience.

  Dale came out and gave me an estimate and within a week he was here on a sunday holiday weekend to do the job. The work was done in a timely fashion and the way I wanted it to look. professional crew and cleaned up afterward.

  North American Tree Service Inc

  It took several weeks between the estimate and the time the work was performed. They said they were busy due to the number of storms that moved through the area recently. In addition to the three trees there were two other trees that were damaged when the one tree fell that they agreed to remove. I was told that the job would require one and a half days to complete. On the day they arrived the crew arrived on time and began work. During the removal process they cut a limb that damaged a section of my neighbors gutter. They contacted me and in turn my neighbor and agreed to fix the damage. However they also damaged another ornamental tree and cut it off at the base and did not tell me. Both of the trees they removed were close to the neighbor's house and to the smaller tree. I understand that things happen but they should have told me about the damage to the smaller tree. They agreed to reimburse me for that tree but did not do so. Also they did not cut down and remove the two other trees that were damaged originally as they indicated they would. They agreed to come back and cut them down and remove them but they never did. There was some minor damage to the lawn and some bushes that I expected as they had to move the trees from the back yard to the street. Overall they did remove the trees but felt the crew was somewhat careless in damaging the neighbors gutter and damaging and then cutting down the ornamental tree. The job only took one day to complete. I got the impression the crew wanted to get done in one day and did not want to come back so they might have been hurrying to get done. The fact that they did not compensate me for the tree and did not come back and remove the other two trees left me very disappointed.
