    Stain-N-Seal Solution
I wanted to drop by and say what a pleasure it was working with Charles as he set out to work with us on getting our fence stained. A very kind and gentle soul, Charles truly brings that caring spirit to the table which only solidifies the fact that you're going to get a job done by someone who cares!! He was very thorough to make sure we took the correct path to getting the best product, and coverage protection. We settled on a solid stain, and without Charles's guidance and professional recommendations, we may have made some poor choices. I fully recommend Charles and Stain-N-Seal solutions for their work, professionalism, and quality!! Thank you again!! ~ Tim 'n Adriana :)

the installation was good but I also needed the automated equipment to be replaced. the gentleman was honest and said they do not do that but will give me the phone number of person they used. When I called that person, he was not able to help me and now I am still looking for someone to reinstall the automated equipment.

Several delays before starting work required multiple rescheduling calls. Crew that did the work was inexperienced and used shortcuts resulting in a partial redo of the framing of the wood fence. This left exposed cuts, marks and extra nails on the wood. The spacing of the pickets is obviously uneven throughout. The promised remedies by the owner of the company were never completed. The people were kind, but I would not recommend them. From a distance the fence looks OK, and it is keeping the dogs in. Thus, it meets minimum standard.

Todd did an amazing job estimating the work and making us feel comfortable of being able to do it right. Progreens second best move (Todd being the first), was having a man name Anthony work with us. He did an amazing job explaining the process and answering every question we had. Because of the wonderful work they were doing, I had them to add on to the project and found myself extremely happy with the results. Before the project, we couldnt enjoy the backyard and had a difficult time cutting the grass given the massive erosion that took place prior to the retaining wall. Now its very beautiful and everyone is enjoying it.

    Chamblee Fence of Georgia
My husband and I decided to have a backyard fence installed and met with 3 different companies, one of which was Chamblee Fence Company. We had used them for a previous fence installation back in 2011 and ultimately chose them this go around as well since we'd had such a positive experience the first time and their quote this time was competitive. When I placed my initial deposit, I was told I would be contacted within 3 business days by their scheduler but I eventually had to call them on day 5. At that time I was told the soonest they could be out was in 4 weeks which was not the time frame I was initially quoted (2-3 weeks) but in the interest of trying to be accommodating I accepted the appointment. My husband called back shortly after explaining that time frame was not what we were quoted and they were magically able to move our installation up by 9 days. Fast forward to the day before the installation and I had not heard from anyone confirming the appointment. Again, I had to reach out to their office to confirm we were still on schedule. The morning of our installation I received a phone call 30 minutes before the crew was supposed to arrive stating they had not finished their job from the day before and would not make it out that day. I explained that I had confirmed our appointment just the evening before, that I had already made arrangements to take my 3 small children away from the house that day and that my husband also took a 5 AM flight from Chicago back to Atlanta so he could be available for the install and my frustration was met with rudeness. When I asked why I was not notified the evening before that the crew had not finished the employee refused to answer me staying that "sometimes these things happen". I then asked for his job title and the name of his supervisor and was told verbatim "I do not have a job title" and "Ma'am, we are not going down that road. If you want that information you can call the office." At that point, I called the salesperson who initially came out to our home to quote the job and explained to him what was happening. He then provided completely different story stating that one of their trucks wouldn't start and so they were unable to pick up the supplies needed for our fence. He assured us they would try their best to get a crew to us that day and at approximately 1 PM, 1 worker showed up. He worked that evening until after 8 PM and promised to be back the next day, hopefully with additional men. The next morning the same worker showed up alone and spent 12 hours finishing the install. I will say that the worker who installed our fence was very nice and did excellent work. Our fence is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted which is really the only saving grace in this mess. Fast forward to the day after the installation was done - I had an invoice in my email from the fence company asking to be paid for the remainder of the job. That was on a Thursday afternoon. My husband and I wanted to take one more walk of the property to be sure there wasn't anything we wanted fixed before we paid them and intended to do so over the weekend. The following Monday morning I hopped online to pay them only to find they had already charged my credit card without so much as a single follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied. They also did not have my permission to charge the card. To be fair, I went back and reread the invoice and it did state they would be charging my card the following day but I am shocked they would do so without a single follow up phone call or email to make sure we were satisfied with the fence. I can say with 100% certainly we will never use Chamblee Fence Company again and I wish we would have paid closer attention on the front end because there are many, many reviews just like ours. Ultimately, we are thrilled with the fence itself but their customer service is absolutely horrible.

    Affordable Home Concepts LLC

First let me start off by saying... It is not always easy to search for contractors to do work on your home. And whenever you have to rely upon reviews and ratings of that contractor, your heart beats faster and faster because you know nothing about his/her work ethic and you're shooting in the dark on making the final selection. These reviews can make or break your decision to contact that contractor. Therefore, I am writing this review to give the next customer a good perspective on what they should expect from Affordable Home Concepts, LLC (Contact: Adam: 678-231-3229).

By the way, I am an Engineer by training so forgive me for the lengthy details and bad spelling! LOL!

I first contacted Adam back in September of 2015 to come out and access the health of my patio because previously I had a painting company to come out to provide a quote to re-stain my deck because it was just plain ugly! While that painting contractor was there to provide a cost to re-stain it, they pointed out that I need to replace a few boards and hand railing boards. They thought this was an immediate need before staining it. So I said, screw that!! I need a REAL deck contractor to tell me how to proceed in restoring my ugly deck. Called Adam in for the estimate and walk-thru. Adam answered the phone and promised to meet me on about October 1st. Which was about 2 weeks later from the day I 1st called him. I'm thinking... Dang! I wanted a guy here tomorrow to give me pricing... NOT 2 more weeks from now! But I stuck with Adam because he was located near Buford GA and had an Angie's ribbon, with great reviews (hence the importance of writing this review). Plus he explained that he is building his personal home for his family and things were a little busy. So I?m thinking? If this guy is building his wife?s dream home, then I am certain that he can build my deck properly. (By the way, you should see photos of his home! You will be amazed at this guy?s talent? Trust me)

Finally Adam comes 2 weeks later as planned. Adam tells me outright, "your deck needs some TLC. We can do this in an economical way OR we can do it the right way". He said, ?Your neighborhood is beautiful and it could use a home with a beautiful deck. Why not make your deck beautiful to compliment your neighborhood"? I'm thinking... I like that idea but HOW MUCH?! Adam tells me $10,500. Now, don't panic people!! I have a huge deck that's about 15' W x 35' L and stands about 13' H. Big deck equals big bucks with all new railing, metal pickets, all new flooring and support boards, with copper top housing on each post, everything upgraded to new coding and standards, 2 coats of weather resistant stain, new riser faces on 15 steps, new steps, new stringers, painting underneath the decking, and great laughs and conversations.

But regardless, I went with the full ride, not the cheap ride. I could have selected the cheaper option but it wouldn't have made me happy. EVERYBODY LOVES MY DECK!! IT IS FREAKING AWESOME MAN! I WISH YOU COULD SEE THIS THING! Ask Adam for pictures.

If you are on the fence about using Adam and his crew, I hope you can experience the craftsmanship that I have displayed on my deck. Call Adam man! This guy is genuine. He is awesome.

The estimator was very professional even helping us identifying our irrigation system since we had just bought the house.
The fencers arrived promptly everyday and started working immediately. Very well done fence!

He was flexible and friendly and punctual throughout the entire process. The two guys who came out to install the fence got the whole job done in twelve nonstop hours and did excellent, beautiful work. When we spotted on minor flaw in one of the post boards, Tracy had a guy out the very next day to replace the board. We couldn't be more pleased. We get compliments every time someone sees the fence and the way it compliments our little house so well!

Tracy and his team were fantastic to work with.
Our fence installation was a protracted endeavor - our city and county required permits that took months to acquire and our HOA required changes to our plans.  During that time, Tracy was helpful, positive and patient, never once failing to maintain his own punctuality or openness.  Long story short - he was very easy to work with.
When we finally received our permits, Tracy's team was there within a couple days and completed the installation in one.  His workers were polite, easy to work with, and cleaned up after themselves.  The fence is beautiful, well built and our pets are enjoying their new freedom that the yard grants them.
Overall, we definitely enjoyed working with Keystone and would recommend them to anyone.

How did it go... well, as a first time home-owner, and never having to make these kind of decisions, it was an adventure! Using Angies List and a couple others, I put together a list of the top recommended business for my area and called to make arrangements for some estimates. 3 of the 4 business were able to come out within a couple days of my calling. Keystone Fence was one of the 3. The owner of the business, Tracy, came to my home and introduced himself with his business card and from there we were off talking about what I was looking for. Tracy's personality made it easy for me, a first time home-owner making another big purchase,  to talk to. He wasn't pushy, didn't force information on me, answered my questions, and definitely knew what he was talking about. I have an unusual back yard with an awkward hill and property line. I didn't know where the corners of my lots were, but I had the plat map! Tracy said, "not a problem", went to his truck and grabbed his super-duper metal detector thingy (I can't remember what it was called). He walked over to where he thought the pin would be in my front corner of the lot and scanned the ground. Wouldn't you know it he was pretty much standing on top of it. AMAZING!! He found the remaining pins, took down some measurements, discussed the installation process, materials to be used, and how long it would take. He said that he would have an estimate to me by that night, and he was true to his word.
Over the next couple days I received several other estimates from the remaining 3 companies. Tracy had set the bar high for me. The three estimates were similar to Keystone Fences. However, not one of the other 3 business came close to his professionalism. There is something to be said about a business owner speaking to a potential client, listening and respecting they're thoughts, ideas, and opinions. It was mostly because of this, that my choice was to allow Keystone Fence to earn my business ... and the estimate was solid too, not the cheapest and certainly not the most. Tracy's commitment to making sure I got the best was convincing, so I bought in.
The day came to install the fence. Tracy's workers showed up, introduced themselves, did a walk through with me, and then they were off an running. Before I knew it, all posts were cemented into the ground and the rails were going up. After lunch time, the fence slats were going on. after 5 hours of work, I had a complete fence!! WOOHOO. The quality of work was great. All the posts were plumb, the slats were nice and tight, the tops evenly followed the contour of the hill, the fence gate was squared, and had some heavy duty hardware for hinges and lock. I think its important to note that as the workers went through the process of installing, they made sure to clean up any spent building materials. There was no mess left after they had left my property
Later in the day Tracy stopped by to check the installation and to make sure that I was satisfied with my new fence. We walked it, checking the spacing and the top contour ensuring it was even, and everything was great. He pointed out things that I would never have thought of. Like, not to put the posts up against the home. This way when the wind blows those posts are not rubbing against the house. Who would have thought about that, not me! I couldn't tell Tracy enough how satisfied I was with the process start to finish. As I had mentioned before, he made the process easy and left some hope that there are still good business people out in this world. It made handing that check over to him a heck of a lot easier knowing that he takes pride in his business and will stand behind it.
So If you've made it this far, please do not hesitate to use Keystone Fence for your fence needs. Tracy wants to earn your business for the right reasons. He will deliver on his word and he will personally make sure you get what you signed up for.
    Thank you Tracy!
Now to paint that fence ... ugh....
