    JR's Garage Doors
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service possible!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Never even started the install. This company was supposed to install garage doors on my home on Nov. 1 at 12pm, I took off of work to be available. At 2:30 we had to call them for an update, all we were told was he was still coming, 4:15 came and we had to call again. We were told they were not able to locate the installer and would call back when they could. 5:15 and the installer showed up, did not introduce himself and had his girlfriend with him. I asked if he was still going to do the job tonight and he said "I don't have a choice." About 30 min later he TOLD me that he will have to install on Saturday, he can't finish today. I explained that I could not do that on Saturday, he told me "thats not my problem, it will have to be Saturday." He packed up his stuff and left with his girlfriend. I spoke to the owner on Thursday and she told me that I should make myself available on Saturday if I wanted this done. When I told her that this was all on her company not doing what they were supposed to do, she hung up the phone on me.

    Crossworks Carpentry
Fantastic, while looking for a GC for a basement, I found Mike with Crossworks. He provided sound advice and guidance through the process to where I hired all the subs and let Mike take care of the carpentry. Even his general carpentry work building walls and other build outs looked like finished work with tight joints. Mike took a lot of pride in his work, and our finished basement shows. I would recommend Mike for any carpentry job.

    Quinn Windows
The Quinn Windows team did an excellent job. They were timely with providing a quote and with the installation. They left the alarm system wires hanging, miss communication on my part, but returned promptly to remove and re-caulk. I would hire then again without hesitation and I am VERY picky about the work being done on my house.

    Victoria Renovations
The work was accomplished swiftly and professionally, and RayMac people were very accommodating in adding, subtracting and changing small (and a few big) things along the course of the project. I would definitely hire RayMac again; they did a Great Job!

    McShane Home Improvement
I had a list of handyman "tasks"  that needed to be done.  Mike took the time to go over the list with me before he started to work.  He told me the things he could "fix" or "install", and made recommendations on how to handle the items he was not able to complete himself.
He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up all the projects he completed.  I would highly recommend him for future jobs.

    McShane Home Improvement
Mike did a great job of rebuilding a leaky shower. He provided suggestions for tiling styles and guidance on shower doors. The work took a bit longer than I expected, but Mike works alone so that is not surprising. Each day, Mike cleaned up so that there was not a construction zone in the rest of the master bath area. Mike also disposed of all of the old de-constructed shower components such as the old door, tiles etc. Mike discussed each step with us so that we fully understood what he was doing and why. We now have a beautiful, leak-proof shower to enjoy.

    Heath's Seaside Services
Everything went well.  Heath is punctual and explains everything that he is going to do while trying to save me money.  My vanity/sink was delivered from a online store and was cracked.  Heath didn't like the quality of the product for the amount I paid.  He went to Home Depot and picked one up that was cheaper and better quality.
He also replaced vinyl railings on the front porch months ago and did a great job.

EntryPoint Doors and Windows of Atlanta
I contacted EntryPoint through Angie's List.  I wanted to know if they could install a door I had purchased.  They responded that they could.  I called to set up an appointment for them to give me an on-site estimate.  Again, I confirmed that it was for installing a door that I already had.
Apparently, there is some mis-communication between the office and installer.  When the worker came by to do the estimate, I was informed that the company only installs doors that they sell to the client.

    S D & B Services
My husband called S D & B Services to have them install a replacement door for the rear entryway of house.  We had purchased the door from Home Depot.  We got an estimate for $450.00 for full installation minus the interior trim, as we would be doing that on our own to match other interior door trim we have in the house.  Price also included hauling away the old door.  My husband set up an appointment for the very same week.
Four workers from the company showed up on time.  Removal and installation took about 2 hours.  The outswing door is a slightly smaller than standard.  When putting in the door, the workers helped themselves to 3 tubes of caulk that we had in our house for other projects.  When they asked to use our air compressor (even though they had their own compressor), I was already annoyed about them using the caulk, so I let them use our compressor for their nail gun.  Since it is a slightly smaller door, they had to put in a piece of 2X4 on the top part of the frame.  Caulking on the interior was incomplete.
On exterior:  there is a gap on the top part of the door, so the 2X4 is exposed.  They didn't put any flashing to cover it up.  Caulking was not done for the exterior.
The door did not come with exterior threshold, so the workers could not complete the bottom part.
The price wasn't good for the work done.

Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Atlanta
The crew arrived on time, were very courteous, placed drop cloths down inside our house when they were working inside, when they entered they removed their shoes to not dirty my floors. The work with completed with minimal disruption. They vacuumed every area they worked and cleaned up everything outside.
