    I RECOMMEND FENSKI's!!! Big Shout out to Fenski's John Dobbs and the rest of the team. I called John at 7:50am on 2/5 thinking I had a transmission issue. John set me up with towing and everything to get the car over to him. The tow experience was great, car delivered to Fenski's @ 9:15am, thanks Bush & Bush towing! John let me know it could be several things and may not be the transmission and would have a tech look at it and call me around lunch time. John called me back at 10:20am with good news that it was only a CV Axle and they would be able to have the work done by 4pm. Well I got a call from John at 12:30pm that the car was finished, that's only 4 and half hours from the time I called to get a quote, amazing. Fenski's made this experience absolutely painless and I cannot thank them enough. They were honest, communicated through out the job and over delivered. I picked the car up at 2:30pm and it is driving great. Thanks

    I can't say enough great things about this place! The owner has been so good to my family over the years. He's helped us in emergencies, given us a honest second opinion when we weren't quite agreeing with the dealer, and just overall been great to work with! A local small business owner with good values, great employees, and honest work ethic!! We will continue to always use Motorhead and recommend them to everyone!!

    Had a backup camera that had come loose and was dangling a bit. Assumed it was covered under our Platinum Warranty, but wasn't. Asst. service manager said it would be fixed within an hour - it took over 3 hours. When the car was returned to us, they had angled the camera down too much, so that it was looking partly at the rear bumper. Took it back a couple of hours later. Service manager (not the assistant) gave us several excuses as to why it was that way, insinuating that this was common. NOT! Took it back and promised us it would be 'expedited'. Sat in waiting area for 45 minutes, then wife went out to see what was going on; ticket was lying on his desk - he said he'd had 'seven people' he'd been tied up with (another fib). Got in the car to check it; it was better, but still some of the rear bumper shows. Would have been more forgiving, but both the service manager and head manager never apologized for the 4 hours of waiting or for the faulty initial work. Went ahead and charged us $153 for something that should have been a relatively easy fix. Will never go back to them, and will warn our friends as well.

    It went GREAT! I contacted Shawn on Sunday evening about replacing the window and mentioned that I had also developed a leak at the top of my windshield. When I told him that I had already removed the door panel and cleaned up all of the glass, he told me that he could replace the glass for $195 and then reseal the windshield from the inside for free! He showed up the next day as promised, after a courtesy call earlier in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Replaced the window, made sure that all of the broken glass had been removed from the inside of the door and reinstalled the door panel, switches, etc. Then he resealed the windshield, cleaned up and left. He was here maybe an hour. Professional! I will be calling him when I need any glass services in the future and I will be passing his number along to all my friends and family!!

    It is an outstanding place. I have bought 2 cars from them and I would buy another car from them if I needed one. They paid for it. It is a $400 or $500 service agreement. It was part of the used car contract that I got when I purchased my used car. They pay for the first 4 services. They are “A+”! If I could give them an “A+” I would, because CJ is my service representative whenever I call. He has helped me put in car seats, which he does not have to do and did not have to charge me.

    The ES took high gas. I was thrilled. I was totally amazed. He said, “well, this is something that the company is replacing on cars as we go. They are telling us that they want the cars detailed, washed, vacuumed and filled up with gas when it’s done!” So, if anybody asked me if I would own anything other than a Lexus, I would say, “No!”

    I wanted a car that would went on regular gas, because I was driving to downtown Atlanta every day; I needed a car that filled up for less. I also wanted a car that had the side indicators on the bumper. Wonderful invention, if you do not have a car that has that, you need to get one. It can prevent so many accidents. I wanted a car that was higher up because I?m driving in traffic a lot. 

    I just went in to question them and the used car gentleman, Frank Callen, I think is his last name, he is wonderful. He said, ?we, we have 2 here!? I said, ?I don?t want one that has over 20,000 miles on it. I bought one that had 14,000 miles on it. As of January 1st, Lexus changed their used car warranty. You remained with the warranty that it got from the day it was sold. This was on the day of May 2014 and the number of miles on the car did not matter. 

    Now I had just purchased an extended warranty on my ES. They credited me with 2 more years on my current car and even sent me the remainder of the refund. It paid for my first month of my car payment, because I only financed it for 3 years. Along with your used car, they also pay for the first 4 services on your car and that included the 30,000-mile service. That was my third one, I have one more that they will pay for. The 30,000 & the 50,000 are the 2 most expensive, but it all came with it. My car is warranted until 2022, no matter how many miles I put on it; which to me is fabulous. 

    My car was sold 2 days after I traded it in. I went back to say, ?I think I might have left something in my car!? He said, ?no, we checked it before and there was nothing left in there, but it?s already gone!? They were terrific, they really, really were. I financed $18,000 for 3 years. I would say I paid right at $30,000 or $32,000 on that car. The $10,000 came off the price of the car. $30,000 is what I was being charged for the car. Originally, the car was worth close to $40,000. I didn?t pay that for it. If I could give them an ?A+? I would, they were wonderful. Frank the Tank, which is the used car man, he sends me emails every now and then. We were discussing politics through all of the elections last year, so when I go by to get the car serviced, I stop by and see Frank. I love them. I?ve sent other people to them and said, ?if you want to buy a car, if you don?t want a Lexus, then don?t buy a Lexus!? They have a Cadillac dealership and one other, I'm not sure.

    Had to call the owner a few times to see if can get an estimate as to when someone will be out to install new windshield. When contractor finally came, he was great! he explained what he was doing and how long it was going to take. After contractor was finished, I had to call the owner to get him to take my payment. First time called, he was busy, so I called back again to give payment. He seemed a little annoyed by me calling to make payment.

    Was great. The carrier called me the day before pickup letting me know that the driver would be picking up the next day. Carrier called me again the next morning gave me an idea of what time the pickup would be. Called again to let me know he was several miles to the pickup location and then when he was there ready for the load. Met the driver of carrier, checked out the car, then loaded it on ramp and we are off. The driver was very professional and very polite. I was told the car would be there within 7 to 10 days, but was there in 5 days. Carrier called and told us where the car could be picked up at and went and picked it up. Again the driver of the carrier was very nice and professional with the drop off. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

    I usually have an appointment before I go. I usually call them a day or two before. Our business is next door to them, so I normally walk back there while they are working on it. They will come and pick my car up, and take it back. The lobby has a television, and some comfy sofas. We have been using them for at least 2 years.
