The owner of the business (Tania/Tonya/Titania/?) is a nightmare to deal with. BEWARE! No professionalism. No accountability. (Although Stan, the field tech, was great) I called Tonya because the fridge was still not working. She was defensive and angry from the first call, Refused to believe that the fridge was still not cool (claims that it takes a professional to know if the fridge is cool or freezer is freezing), she attacked everything ( didn't believe the parts were replaced, didnt' believe parts were installed, didn't believe they were installed correctly, didn't believe they were new, refused to believe parts were legit, refused to believe the diagnostic was inaccurate, etc). he refused to send tech back out even after I offered to pay again if I were wrong. She asked for info that she later deemed immaterial. Promised to call back after discussing with tech, and never did. After a week of delay tactics, many many repeated attempts, many many calls, she had her assistant relay a msg that the diagnostic fee will be refunded. It's ok if a diagnostic is wrong; it happens. If you take a diagnostic fee, stand behind it! This company does not. Do not deal with this company at all costs!

Very pleased and will definitely use again. Called early afternoon and technician arrived later that afternoon. After inspecting the appliance, he was very honest about the cost to repair and whether or not it was truly worth the expense. Greatly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and candor.

    Mr. V Appliance Repair, LLC
Our Fisher-Paykel washer wouldn't drain. We love our machine but it is a brand that isn't hugely popular in the US so we had to call more than one contractor. We called Mr V to see if it was a brand they worked on and to get a free estimate. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate, we agreed on price, and the part was ordered. As soon as the part came in, they returned and finished the job. Washer has been working well ever since. Well done.

Went to their website and their map showing the areas serviced included my area (well within the circle). However, I was politely told to go somewhere else because I was too far away. Got my hopes up for an A+ experience...was sadly disappointed.

Great - he told me that the problem was not able to be addressed without about the same monies going towards a new refrigerator. He made a temporary fix and that was very reasonable. We later bought a maytag on his recommendation.

    AAA Appliance Service Center
I originally scheduled the repair for a few days after I noticed the problem. In the meantime the circulating fan stopped running on Friday evening and I contacted the answering service and asked them to contact the company and have someone come out and repair the refrigerator sooner. That message was apparently not delivered but I called the next day and talked to an employee. He made arrangements for the repairman to come out Saturday afternoon. H e arrived at the time promised and quickly found the problem and was able to fix it. He was professional and answered several questions I had. The next time I need appliance repair I will contact them.

    Sears Appliance Repair
We made an appointment a few weeks ago, and he didn't show up. When I called Sears they claimed the tech tried to call to confirm the appt, but got no answer, so we re-scheduled for today. Afterward, I checked my iPhone, and there were NO notices of a missed call. Today, he was supposed to arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm. At 5 pm, I called Sears and got their automated service that told me the window was from 6 pm to 8 pm. At 8 pm, I called Sears again, and worked my way to a human being. The guy (who was obviously offshore and had a difficult accent) apologized and said the earliest they could come out would be a week from today. We are leaving in 3 days to go out of state permanently. I went ballistic and told him that after two no-shows, he needed to get a tech out TOMORROW. But he wouldn't budge, so I cancelled the order....and WILL NEVER USE SEARS REPAIR AGAIN!!!!

    Integrity Factory Service
They were contacted on February 17, 2017 when my dryer stopped working.  I called them because they are Whirlpool Factory
Certified.  They couldn't come to my house to look at it until Tuesday the 21st.  The technician was here for about 20 minutes and said they needed to order a part and they could possibly install it on Thursday the 23rd but definitely on the 24, (Friday).  No communication on Thursday from them.  They called me on Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday the 27th from 4-6:30.  I asked to speak to a manager and no one is available to speak to me.  So if your dryer stops working, unless you want to be without it for a week and a half and get bad customer service, I suggest calling another company.  We will see what happens on Monday, but I am not feeling positive about it.

    Apex Appliance Service, LLC
They were great! Unfortunately the part was no longer being made, but they searched on line for it and finally found one but it was very expensive. We chose not to repair it and to just get a new one. They even offered advice on what brand to get.

    Atlanta City Appliance Repair, Inc
We ran a load immediately after repairman left. Same problem..water on the floor under the washer? Called the repair office, was told they could come back tomorrow. Couldn't come same day because they had other appointments. Repairman called & said we should run a few loads & see it that works! We found another company that could come quickly. We stopped payment on the check to Atlanta Appliance Repair. So the 1st repair cost $29.95 for coupon from Angie's List & $31 for strop payment fee.
