The actual wireless service is good. Customer service can be quite lacking in people skills and manners. I have been with them 5 years, and most of the CSRs are rude and short with you, never admitting a wrong, especially Provider name locked. and a few others whom I don't remember. Some are very good however. Provider name locked. , a supervisor, is very good and shines out above her coworkers, so ask for her if needed.- Ashley B.
Provider name locked. (aka RWSI) is plagued by poor management, poor internet delivery, poor customer service. I've had continuous problems getting them to provide dependable internet quality to allow my VOIP to function dependably. Much of the time, I have to rely on my cell phone. Recently, RWSI upgraded their firmware and dumped internet service to their entire customer base (Provider name locked. 2015). Customers were unable to call or email RWSI to complain or ask for service. RWSI performed an equipment upgrade (October 2015) and again dumped their entire customer base with no internet service. Again, it was impossible to call or email for help. Some service was restored in 30 hours, other customers were without service for about a week. RWSI simply has no backup in case of equipment or software failure, has no method to notify customers prior to upgrades, and technical support takes weeks to schedule an appointment.

I waited all the rest of the day but no service was ever activated. Contacted Provider name locked. customer support without any positive result. Was promised call backs multiple times by 6 different agents over 6 days and never once received one. 6 days later I am still without internet service, and still being told "tomorrow" . It is totally abysmal that a company can act this way and still be in service. I asked for a manager's contact information multiple times and was told that that information can't be given out. So there is no accountability whatsoever and customer service can tell you whatever they want.
I can't in good conscience not let others know how appallingly poor the service is and how frustrating their customer care is.
