They are great there. Security is good. It is Christian oriented. My granddaughter's learned a lot from there. People there are very good and they take very good care of her. She loves it there. Everyone provides good services.

We've been going to them for a very long time. Dr. Kinney is a very knowledgeable doctor. She takes all the time that I need to answer any questions an explain anything that I don't understand. Her bedside manner is excellent. I like her and I trust her. Everyone in her office is very nice, friendly and cooperative. They work with you.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This used to be a good company, but a new owner took over in the summer of 2014 and he is extremely unscrupulous. I'm paying the bills and our agreement was that they would contact me in advance any change in the number of hours worked.  They added a second person working around the clock without my approval, and they sent me a bill for it.

The idea of going to Dr. Snyder was really appealing to me because he would see children as well as adults and we could all have the same doctor.  A situation I had before moving to Brunswick which really worked out well for us. First of all this doctors office knew I was scheduling myself and my child to come in on the same day. They ran our insurance and made sure everything was covered.  The doctor would not see us until we had that squared away which is normal and I had no issues with that.  The front office staff was friendly and helpful during the process.  They day of the appointment arrived and myself and my two sons showed up.  It was summer and I don't know anyone in the area so I brought my 7 year old who did not have an appointment along.  I show up on-time and ready to go and the doctor refused to see me with my son in the room.  He said for an adult appointment I would have to come back alone and my children ages 7 and 5 could not wait in the waiting room alone. Since some personal things can be discussed during adult visits that children might not need to hear I understood the thought process though it was unusual.  It was just an introductory appointment and there was no need for an exam.  I just wanted to establish myself as a patient. I told the receptionist I could just reschedule my appointment. She looked very apologetic but was kind about it.  I filled out my sons paperwork turned it in and waited for his appointment.  She then informed me the doctor said that only myself and my 5 year old son could come in the room for his appointment and that my 7 year old could not come in.  Now this was just it for me.  I have NEVER had that issue with any other doctor.  I don't know what it would hurt for my 7 year old to sit in a room while his 5 year old brother saw the doctor.  He was not sick we again were just establishing ourselves as patients because we had just moved to the area. I calmly and politely explained to the receptions to please let the doctor know that we just moved to the area and I had no family or friends who could watch my children.  I needed to get some documentation done on my 5 year old that would allow him to start school and I had no way to attend an appointment unless it was with both children.  My husband worked 6am to 6pm an hours drive away.  She talked to the doctor and he REFUSED to see us or to allow my 7 year old to wait in the waiting room while we went back.  The doctor had no compassion for myself or my children!  I took my insurance cards and told the receptionist that we would find another family doctor and to cancel the appointments we had made for my husband and 7 year old son.

Both Dr. Dunn, who performed the wrist surgery, and Dr. Morales, who performed an earlier rotator cuff surgery, provided excellent care pre-surgery and post-surgery. Their administrative and nursing staff were very efficient. I would recommend this group to anyone dealing with orthopedic problems.

I have been seeing Leesia since she first started with Dr. Tarplee. She is outstanding. Communication is very good and can discuss anything with her. She does my yearly check-ups and anything in between.

Pretty good and thorough as a GP. Watch out for Dr. Miller. She left me sitting in an examination room one morning for well over an hour while she chatted with a BIG PHARMA rep. That was my time Jennifer! Very strange and uncomfortable procedure when examining privates. A nurse comes into the room, faces the door, and holds up a white sheet in front of herself. I have yet to receive a valid reason for this bizarre behavior. Otherwise, a good healthcare provider.

I had stepped on something that penetrated my heel. | They agreed to see me the same day of my calling. The doctor removed a piece of material that had buried itself deep in my heel and sent me on my way with no issue. | Nice guy, with excellent manor.

Great, as always! I usually see Lisha the nurse practitioner. She is awesome , personable, professional and makes the right recommendations for me. My husband also see's her and Dr. Tarplee and is very pleased with the services. We have both seen Dr. Tarplee as well and depending on the appointment day and time is usually who you will see. Dr. Tarplee is a fabulous doctor. He is very professional and also knowledgeable about back pain. As a female, I prefer Lisha. She also does my annual pap smear. You won't be disappointed with this choice. We have been seeing them since 2010.

The usual forms to fill out in advance of 1st visit.  OK
Receptionist is a bit abrupt (Jessica). Seems to know her job, but barks out statements; not engaging.
No nurse or aid. Physician does it all...from giving flue shot to weighing you in to testing urine for sugar/etc.
Physician is clear about his approach. Very willing to explain, describe, answer questions. Backed up recommended changes in prescriptions with research & copy to take with me. Easy to talk to.
    Office close to hospital.
