They called me on the day work was to be done at the time they were to show up and informed me that they had looked at my house on google earth maps and decided that they couldn't do the work and therefore were not going to show up. If they had called me a day prior or even expressed any doubts when I talked with them I wouldn't have wasted a day off from work to be present. When we discussed the job, I provided a detailed description of the house including the square footage, and the fact that it was a two story house and repeatedly asked if he could handle a house the size that I described. F2HIREaHandymanThat did not work out well at all. The gentlemen came and took off rotten siding, which was fine. Then he cut siding that I bought and put it up with nails through the surface of the board. You're not suppose to do that. The correct way to do that is to put a layer on and you nail it through the thin upper section that is going to be covered by the board. So since he didn't do that I have about 25 by 10 area that sometime has to be done all over again because when you put the nail through the piece of wood it makes a hole and it's going to rot. 2HIREaHandyman sent, well that's your company isn't it? I would appreciate if you would call them, tell them what happened, there is a customer who is completely dissatisfied and ask if they're willing to redo it.- Cecilia V.
