Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. AGutter Creations IncThis was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.- Laura L.

They responded quickly to scope out the project and deliver an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work well and within the time they estimated (in a day). They were careful and seemed to do good work. They left the area clean. The seamless aluminum gutters look great. The final cost was exactly what they estimated.- M M.

The owner, Jon Tremain, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all my email questions even if I sent them at 8 pm or later. The work was well done and the crew was polite and accommodating. I did need them to return to my property to fix a few issues I found after they left. The crew returned the next business day. We did disagree on one of the issues I raised, but the crew leader proposed a mutually beneficial solution to the problem and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. DSuperior PRO contractors hired did an excellent job with making my vision of my home become a reality. At the beginning Superior Pro wrote a quoted price below 5k for painting and stucco repair. When we reached back out several months later we were advised that they didn't want to do the job for the price originally quoted. If they did they would have to remove several items and only do the painting. We agreed because the most important thing was the painting but after the contract was signed, several times before the job started, hey came back and tried raise the price again by 9k. This is very frustrating because you think you found the company and paid the deposit. We were able to get what we wanted and I was very happy until day 7 when the scaffold was left on the property and we were advised they had no way to remove it. I would advise you to ensure that everything that needs to be done is written out in detail on their contract not on a piece of paper because they won't honor that. The contractors are awesome; but the company needs to work on truth in advertisement.

AWe hired SmartGutter to replace our gutters as well as fix some fascia and soffit that was rotting on our house. The initial consult which was free Sonny took 4 hours to inspect everything around our house and let us know exactly what it would cost before he left. He was extremely thorough and patient with all of our questions. We had some rodent issues and were pressed to get these new gutters up quickly. They worked us into the schedule right away and went above and beyond to get it done for us. We had one small issue on the side of the house, I didn't like the way the gutter was leading up to our chimney. I called Sonny and no questions asked they had someone out the very next day and fixed it to our liking. I would recommend SmatGutter and their products if you’re looking for great gutters and awesome customer service.

ATurned out the problem was operator error. I had forgotten the secret to getting my logs start, but after days of trying and asking everyone I knew to see if they could figure out the problem, Kinard’s service charge was cheap in comparison to other companies I called and they came out within days, rather than having to wait over a month and pay over 3x for a service call just to show me how to operate the logs. I felt rather foolish when the tech showed me what to do. I would have felt more foolish to have spent $300 dollars and spent another cold season never haven turned on my fireplace. Thanks

AWhat a fantastic and easy experience we had with Mel, Deanna and their entire team. We started out apprehensive about these big jobs and working through an insurance claim but there were no surprises. Come to find out before his Rockhouse position Mel was an adjuster for many years so he knows in detail what the insurance process involves from both sides. Our initial roof experience was so good that we asked Mel to quote our gutters, exterior painting and board replacement work we kept pushing out. He gave us a fantastic quote and we moved forward with the whole effort. All in all things happened exactly as he said from pricing, insurance, installation, schedule and cleanup. My wife and I agree this was the easiest home improvement project of any size we’ve had in 28 years of home ownership.
