Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. ARiverside PaintingExcellent work. Project: remove old deck, build new. Initial inspection/bid phase: Geraldo reviewed the deck to check if it could be salvaged. Explained why it could not be salvaged, how construction of new deck would differ, etc. Work would start within the week. Bid was competitive. Removal/Installation phase: team showed up early, removed deck built new deck and completed in about 6 hours. Workers were friendly, hardworking, cleaned up after leaving. Post install: Geraldo reviewed the install with me, explained next steps, etc. Very happy with process, personnel, bid. Would highly recommend.- Matthew K.

Not only did Navid keep that in mind, he also incorporated beautiful a design that turned our barren backyard into a retreat that the whole family can utilize on a daily basis. Throughout the entire project, Navid and his team were easy to communicate with, worked around our schedule for meetings, and were extremely patient with our young children tagging along for meetings and walk throughs. AI needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof.

AThis was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.

AMy air conditioner kept turning off. After several visits by the servicing company it was suggested that it was an electrical problem; electrician needed. Mr Doster quickly determined that the issue was not electrical and talked with ProTec as we stood by the condenser. On his advise, the service rep gained access to the crawl space and fixed the problem. Mr Doster would not accept payment for his help. You can be sure that Epi’s Electrical Services card is firmly attached to my refrigerator and Mr Doster will be called when service is needed.

BPainting of the cabinets and walls turned out beautifully, backsplash looked amazing. The ONLY negative thing I have to mention, is that we were left with about 10 black bags filled with the tile and Sheetrock that was removed from our backsplash demo, because he said they had no way of disposing of it. I said no worries, I will put it out with our weekly trash. However, little did I know, our trash company will not pick up any type of construction material. Now I am going to have to find someone and pay to have it removed and hauled away. This is the only reason why I’m giving the one “B”. If you do any type of demo, just make sure that part is taken care of ahead of time so u don’t have extra unexpected charges. Otherwise, Pablo and his crew did a very good job. I would use him again for painting.
