    University Imports
We actually had 4 cars that we took in for oil changes and then finished with the truck repair work, I had to repeatedly call to find out when he was going to do the truck repair, and was not given a quote ahead of time. He didn't return phone calls....

They were fast efficient and nice service center. We went in on a Sat., they were upfront that they wouldn't get to us right away. We went to lunch and when we got back they were just finishing them up! Nice people!

Meineke Car Care Center - Auto Repair
This is my go to guy for car repair! He is smart and accurate on his quotes. He understands issues as far as spending money on older cars... I have taken my truck there twice and my car once. In each case he fixed the car in a timely manner and came in lower than what my boyfriend (a car nut) estimated. I also really enjoy how he interacts with his employees in a teaching manner....

    Mountain View Ford
My husband and daughter were traveling from Nebraska to Georgia. Our truck started leaking oil and my husband pulled over and found the nearest Ford dealer. The service manager saw a stranded man with his daughter and took full advantage of him. My husband is a mechanic and had already researched the cost of the part online and how to change it. The cost of the part online through mountain View Ford was $145. The service manager told him it would require dropping the turbo to change the sensor and quoted him a cost of $850. My husband refused the $150 oil change she was trying to slip in, then watched the mechanic change the sensor just as my husband had suggested, without removing the turbo. My husband was charged for 2.5 hours of labor which the mechanic admitted only took him 40 minutes maximum. When my husband confronted the owner, he was nasty to my husband and said, "not my problem". He originally said he would drop the price of the sensor by $15 which would have meant he was charging him the MSRP for the part, but, when my husband said we would report him to the Better Business Bureau and give them a poor review on Angie's List, he said "then I'm not going to drop the $15 for the part." We walked away with a bill of $658 for a $145 part. My husband knew he was getting a raw deal but could do nothing about it because he was stranded which is what Mountain View Ford preys upon.
