    I was referred to TruHaven a month ago, and I was hesitant to switch at first even though my property was sitting unrented for 2 months. I had a great first impression. Not even a month later, my house was rented. I was very impressed by their service and I highly recommend them.

    Awesome work. Jason & Jermaine installed a number of items in our new house over several phases/visits, starting with the correction of another vendor's prewiring. Their quality of work, responsiveness, and expertise through the entire project has been great - and they're pretty fun to work with, too!

    I scheduled an appointment two days out and associate confirmed all information regarding name, address, tv. etc. I waited at the house for over 4 hrs and no one showed or called. Upon calling I was told my work order "slipped through the cracks" and was scheduled for another person. Since ALL the information was confirmed I don't understand how this is possible. Associate blamed it on a new hire, manager blamed it on work order issue. Must not be any follow up by technician either if they arrived at wrong house and issue wasn't discovered. Will not be scheduling with them again.

    Excellent service! Would highly recommend them. They were here at 8 15 am, on time and were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Their leader, Dexter, was very professional and made sure we were kept up to speed with what was going on. They worked non stop, apart from a lunch break (< 30minutes). We also made 2 stops at separate storage units as well. No additional charges for stops either. They were done by approx. 2 pm just as the rain started (good timing!). Total cost about $1130 dollars. I tipped them and would happily use them again if needed.

    We have had them for quite a while. The cost is high. The reception where we live is not always the best. We do get service, so it doesn't completely not work. When she needs to contact them, they are readily available 7 days a week.

    It took them longer than expected because the internet signal was not very strong.
    They were very friendly and professional.
    They explained every step they had to take to get it to work.
    Apparently there was maybe a glitch in the new tv that wouldnt let it connect to the internet until it was hard wired.

    When I did not hear from them, I sent them an email requesting a RA for me to return the cell phone to them and cancel the account. They refused to do that and said I only had 30 days to return it. John had never relayed that information to me and had said if I was not satisfied, I could cancel at any time. I sent them many emails telling them they were taking advantage of seniors because they were not being transparent about returns. They were rude and refused to refund any money to me. When I emailed them that I was going to contact AARP who prints their advertisement in their magazine and to the BBB, they finally said they would refund the charge for the phone only, $ 149.99 and only if upon inspection, they determined that the cellphone was not used and in perfect condition. I never touched the phone except that one time to call them, and because of their unethical practices, I did not believe them. They also said on no terms, would they refund the additional money for activation, etc. although I informed them I never authorized them to activate the phone and they did this anyway. They refuse to accept the phone unless I sign and agree that I would only accept the charge for the phone and they would keep the rest of my money. I do not trust them and I think because this particular cell phone is only advertised for seniors, they can intimidate seniors and charge indiscriminately, and get away with it.  I want all the charges to my account, which is a total of $263.46 completely refunded to me.

    Tim and Shawna are excellent property managers and even though I haven't used their real estate agent services, they offer very competitive rates at excellent services. I have my house being managed by them for over 4 years now and since then I have not returned to Tampa, because I completely trust them. I was thinking about buying another investment property some time ago and there is no one else I would go with other then EZ Choice Realty to buy and manage the property. I recommend them with my eyes closed!

    I called for service and was told that someone would be here between 8:30 and 12:30 (morning).  At 1 pm I checked up on them only to find out that they arbitrarily rescheduled my appointment without notification to 1pm to 4pm so here I am at home sitting and waiting.  They were zero help when I called for them to narrow down the window.  Instead they told me that I should have received a text on my cell (which I did not) that I should have received a text on my main phone (land line) and then said I should have had a message on my land line - which I did not.
    All this for over $200 per month.  At least when we had Comcast, they would offer a credit.

    Kirk and his team are great. Nalda took our order over the phone, and was able to schedule Kirk to come out and perform a sight visit on short notice.  After examining our office and finding out exactly what we wanted to do, Kirk was able to give us a more than fair price quote for the services and materials (which comprised the bulk of the price).  His team finished the job that day, left the office in clean shape, and even provided some additional services that they thought we needed at no additional cost. The workmanship was of a high quality.  I strongly recommend Kirk the TV Guy.
