    Yappy Days, Inc.
This is a marvelous place to board your dog or to care for your dog during the day. The owners and employees are trained in managing the dogs' behavior. Our dogs RUN in to receive the love they are accustomed to receiving from every staff nembers.

    Fetching Styles, LLC
Mini groom for our 11 month old puppy, full groom for our 10 year old little guy. They are perfectly groomed! First time for both to Fetching Styles, but we will be going back. They cost a little more than other groomers in the area, but they are so professional. I love that they send reminders for your grooming, they keep good records of what you like so they can repeat it, the dogs were not stressed at all (unlike at other groomers in the past). I am thrilled to finally find a groomer that I feel secure leaving my babies with for grooming!

    Total Clean
KELLY CLEANED FOR ME LAST WEDNESDAY AND EVERYTHING WENT JUST GREAT!! SHE WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY DETAIL ORIENTED. YOU CAN TELL SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING. SHE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE TALKING WITH ME ABOUT PRICES AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THOUGHTFULLY AND THOROUGHLY. I THINK I MIGHT HAVE HER COME BACK MONTHLY!! WHAT A GREAT VALUE! I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE I UNDERPAID. I RECOMMEND KELLY 100% AND ALREADY GAVE OUT THE 2 BUSINESS CARDS SHE LEFT WITH ME! THANK YOU!

Customer service was excellent. But never got a response from contractor so we had to cintact an independent roofer.

    Cohutta Animal Clinic
This vet and her staff are the best of the best! They are highly knowledgable, caring, compassionate, kind and dedicated - wish I could give them 10 stars! Cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Oertley is amazing and her staff is top-notch. We will never go anywhere else as long as we reside in the area. Do your pet a favor and check them out!

    Top Dog Pet Sitter, LLC.
Angie's list, I was using Top Dog before I saw that she was listed here and have been very happy with her services. It's a difficult thing to allow someone inside your home when you're not there, but I have not had any issues with Top Dog for the over 5 years that I've been using their services. Christina has taken good care of four large dogs (mostly German Shepherds) and a couple of cats for us through the years and I continue to use her. I saw a review made in 2016 where someone was complaining about her house key not returned, and for this, she gave Christina an F rating. Reviews are powerful things, and I don't think it was fair for this person to give her such a rating for a key that that was returned late, in the reviewer's opinion. Were her animals looked for properly? Was she missing anything from her house after the visit? Nothing was mentioned about these things. The reviewer was just getting her panties in a wad over a late-returned key. So, the reviewer spitefully gives Christina an F rating and says she won't hire her again. She can't say anything about the treatment of her animals, but rants about a key. Reviewer, you sound like the customer from ****, and I bet she wouldn't want to work for you anyway. And no, I'm not a close friend of Christina or a relative. I'm just a customer who hates seeing someone who is doing a good job get crucified in a review. Let me tell you how good Christina is. I have a reactive big dog, (not a German Shepherd, but one just as large) who is protective of our property and generally doesn't like people to come to our house. I made arrangements with Christina to meet my dog a couple of times until he got familiar with him. We even ran a test where Christina came into the house while I was outside and away from the dog. She took him out of his crate, fed him, and generally played with him. We were able to leave him for a week under her care without any worries after that. Yes, I paid her for her time doing this, but I would not expect someone to come out to help me with my dog to do it for free. She has a business and I want her to stay in business. People have to earn my trust, so it was difficult for me to allow anyone into my house when I wasn't there, especially to take care of my most precious assets, my animals. But, after all these years, I totally trust Christina. Angie's List, if anyone want's to hear more from me directly, give them my email.

    CULBRETH-CARR-WATSON CLINIC
My dog died because of them. He got into some rat poison at about 4:45pm. I called them and was informed that they couldn't see him because they were closing (even though they don't close until 5:30.) I live 5 minutes from them and told them that. I was told to go to the ER Vet at Redmond. That place wouldn't help me because I couldn't pay RIGHT THEN. So I went back to CCW the next day and sat outside forever. I begged everyone that came out to help my dog. I had to beg and beg and beg and they FINALLY came to look at him. They said they were going to do bloodwork and all this stuff. Charged $125. Well he was so bad he had to go to the ER Vet again (I had someone to help pay for it this time) and that they had spoken to someone and they knew we were coming. I get to the ER vet and they look at me like I'm crazy. They had to call CCW to see what was going on and it turns out that CCW had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for him. No bloodwoork, no medication, nothing, but charged me $125. If CCW had just taken him the first time I called he would still be alive. My family has used them for YEARS but they are the absolute worst now. I will NEVER use them again and I urge anyone else not to either. Go to Lakeview or West Rome. CCW should be ASHAMED of how they treated me and my dog. Addendum - You should see the messages I got from them after posting what happened.

I have had a plethora of issues with this place recently. Last week, they didn't charge me enough and called me the day after to give me more charges. If that's all it was, I could overlook that but today was very disappointing. I had an 8 am appt. today. Two other cars pulled up and were taken care of. I was there until 830 until someone took my dog. I was asked for previous medical records, which the receptionist last week said she would take care of. Obviously, there was lack of communication because today's vet tech said they dont do that. I was also not given an ETA on how long today's appointment would be. I called the front desk to ask for a time, but disrespectully she said she was sorry she couldn't tell me. It was not an apology. It was a hateful please get off the phone explanation. Hopefully, they will be more professional the rest of the day and not call me tomorrow for more charges like they did last time. Please consider taking your pets to another veterinarian. I am taking mine somewhere else after being a part of this one for over five years. I wish this was not the case, but customers should be treated better than this. Update: When I picked my dog up, it was worse the second time around. They called and said she was ready. I said I have been in the same spot. I went to the bathroom for a few minutes at a gas station, but I came back to my same spot. After 30 minutes of them saying she was ready, I was confused. No one came out. The doctor finally did and was very nice. I appreciate her being so kind in what my dog needs. A few minutes later Robin came out and handed me my previous review and said she didnt appreciate my review. An honest review is not something you appreciate if it is not to your liking. An apology would have been what most people in customer service would do. Instead, she tried to make me feel ashamed of my experience. I told her I was confused on why they said she was ready, but my dog didnt come out for a long time. She said I was supposed to call. That was her response in a short, rude way. You guys call me to say she is ready and I tell you I've been sitting in the same spot in the parking lot, and I'm supposed to call again to remind you I'm in the same spot? That doesnt make any sense. Robin handed me my dogs records to ensure I go to another vet. Instead of making things right, she made things worse. Candace was also the person on the phone who was not very kind, and she was very short in her response. This is not to tear anyone apart. We should all take comments into consideration to do better. It takes me more effort to write a negative review than it does for you guys to give better customer experiences. Please stop getting offended on what I experienced. Simply do better for other customers. I have had great experiences in the past, but these past few times have not been great. If a customer has a negative experience, please do not say you dont appreciate their experience. I hope you all can take this into consideration, so others can have a better experience with their loving animals.
