  • Service was on time, at less than originally quoted, and the quality of service was more than expected. Even though they are from two counties over, they arrived when promised, worked continually, and tidied up after themselves. We are not affiliated in anyway with these folks, but would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

  • Stopped coming with no notice, no discussion, after years of doing our lawn. We had asked if he wanted more money the year before and he said the money was fine. The work was good when he showed up, but he would never call back, and my wife worried all season. She even gave him a yearly Christmas present. No good turn goes unpunished with him.

  • Work for poison ivy was very punctual, and he met me on the weekend, since that is the only time I'm in the mountains. He was accommodating for my schedule, and the poison ivy was no longer a problem. It was getting on my dogs, and then onto me, so I knew the problem was solved when it stopped getting on me. There was a delay in getting the deck built just because he was backed up with work over the summer, but he told me that right up front. He then contacted me when he had time coming available, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be, and right on budget.

  • I used him in 2010 to 2012. He was very good. His price was good, he was punctual and very hardworking. He did more than lawn care. He was very nice. I don't use him anymore because I no longer live in the area where he works. I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. I would use him again if needed. Overall performance was excellent.

  • Professional organization - came out quickly to give us an estimate and did work promptly (much appreciated, since the tree was leaning toward our house). Price was reasonable. Work was done as promised and photos sent to us to show us results. We were very happy with the services provided and would definitely use them again.

  • We could not be happier with the service we received, and have since recommended them to several people.  They arrived promptly (5 men) when they said they would.  It was a very warm day, and they worked hard for 6 hours except for a brief lunch break and a brief water break.  The oaks were extremely tall, one about 60 to 75 feet tall.  The climber is a 3rd generation tree climber and started with his grandfather and father when he was 11y.o.  This brave soul climbed with a chainsaw and the large limbs were roped and tension put on them by a couple men below.  This allowed the limbs to fall in the right direction (i.e. not through the deck, roof, or windows) when they were cut.  The large diameter logs were split by hand to make it easier for us to later split them for firewood. The wood was then stacked into neat stacks. The smaller branches and tops were hauled to our drive where they had set-up a chipper. When the entire job was completed, the men cleaned-up the area ,including the driveway where brush had been stacked.  They left the driveway cleaner than it was when they arrived.  When I asked if I could have some of the chips for our dogs' yard, they said I could have all of it and they then dumped it in a neat pile in the spot I indicated.  All of the men were nice and polite and extremely hard workers.  We will definitely use them again and are already "eyeing" a couple trees that will need cutting in the not too distant future.  We could not be happier with their work

  • He and Crystal did other work for me and did a fairly good job at a reasonable price which I didn't have a problem with.  However, when he came to the last yard-work job, he didn't finish the job and just didn't return the next day as planned....just simply disappeared.. wouldn't return my phone calls......yet cashed my check quickly.  I trusted him and he left me down.

He and Crystal seem to be very nice folks; however they smoke and wreak of cigarette smoke all the time, bring that order into your home.  So if you are extremely allergic like me, keep this in mind when hiring them.

Adam is very young and inexperienced about some things, slow to listen and comprehend what his customer is expecting.  Forges ahead instead of stopping and asking questions to maybe do a better job.  I would have to repeat myself many times which I shouldn't have to do....not for the prices he expects for his services.

He thinks that it all has to be his way and then will show his frustration if he doesn't get to do things his way.

Do you think that the homeowner should be a go-fer for hired people such as fetching their lunch and drinks...I'm talking about a 16-mile round trip to town...?

I think in time, he and Crystal will become a good team; however, they need to learn to respect their elders, like me, who do have a lot of experience in construction and property management and could teach them some things.  Afterall, I'm the one paying the tab.....

I would have liked to hire them for other jobs; but because of the way Adam acted, I can no longer trust him.

  • Don't hire a guy with a pickup truck and a chainsaw as I did, they will nickel dime you to death and leave the job half done. Hire Collins Tree Service. Mr. Collins has the equipment and personnel to do the job at a fair price. Mr. Collins said he doesn't like tree stumps and he sure doesn't as they cut them down as close as possible with a chainsaw, not much left for a stump grinder. They went above and beyond!

  • Beaver tree service is really good and I will definitely be using them again in the future.  I’d recommend them to anyone!  Their price was wonderful and I just can’t say enough good things about them.  A+ if I could give it!
