  • Worst Dealership ever!!!!!  I wasted 5 hours there and accomplished nothing, they didn't even fix the recall.  No loner cars, rude staff, and after 2 months, they still had not gotten in the parts to fix my car, which was not safe to drive.  I was forced to trade my vehicle to another brand as to avoid having to deal with them ever again.  Terrible!!!

  • We had them look at the lower section of the front bumper that came loose on the 2014 Cruze. They worked and got it hook back in place and sent us on our way.  What a pleasure it is to do business with such a wonderful group of people.

  • I found this company on The add said they re-manufacture various engines, including my 4.7L Dodge for $1500. I called the phone number listed. A man(Eddie) answered and confirmed this. He also said his 4.7s run great and that he can't make them fast enough. So, I need to bring him my engine and a down payment of ~50%. I did this on a Sunday and Eddie told me that it would be ready by that Wednesday at the latest. So I called on Wednesday, but got no answer. So, I drove the hour and a half or so to get there, only to find he wasn't there. However, another man was. He called Eddie and relayed to me, "Your engine is still in the machine shop. He will probably deliver it to you." He also gave me Eddie's cellphone number. So, I went back home and called him. He said he'd deliver my engine to my house the next day(Thursday) at no charge. The next day came, and I waited. Noone showed up. So, I called. "It's still in the machine shop....tomorrow...". Of course, he said "...tomorrow..." right up until the weekend, when he said "...Saturday or Sunday...". I called and reconfirmed this on Saturday. Sunday, I called and he told me that my engine was not only ready, but on a truck with him. Also, he had to deliver another engine first, then he would be on his way to my house. He never showed or answered his phone again.  So, I was pretty sure he was flat-out robbing me. That Wednesday,  I called their local sheriff and informed him of the situation. The sheriff told me to go there and call if there was still a problem and they'd send officers over. I tried calling with no answer. So, I got a prepaid phone and headed there, calling several times on the way. Finally, I got an answer when I got all the way to Jacksonville. Susan(a lady I was used to talking to at their business by now) said that Eddie(the only mechanic and my first contact) would be heading to my house with my engine in 45mins. I told her, "Tell him I'll meet him at the shop. I'm already in Jacksonville." She said she would. So, in about 15-20 minutes I showed up to see Eddie setting at my dismantled engine on a stand, just now getting around to putting the heads, and cams on.( Funny how it was ready and being delivered the day before) He didn't even have all the parts he needed yet. So, I waited there for him to get the parts and finish. I noticed OVER 20 engines on the floor and that he said "I promise, tomorrow..." to everyone who called. I paid the rest of the money, and did the paperwork for the warranty(90 day+18 month, unconditional.) I took my engine home to find that a valve cover bolt was broken off in the passenger side head. I had my old bolts attached to my old covers and all on the new ones. These weren't my heads at all. I called him. "The machine shop must have missed it. Drill it and tap it." I drilled out the old bolt(not easy) and put in a special repair coil. There were missing bolts from the front of the engine and the oil pan. Also, I found gunk in the block. He didn't even wash it out. I doubt I have the re-manufacture job he promised(new pistons, bearings, rods, pumps, lifters, machining, head modification, etc.). I wound up paying over $1600 in parts and labor to Eddie, over $200 in travel, and ~$1000 in missed wages just to have to come home and find all these problems with his work. I've had to find a discontinued dipstick tube and dipstick at about $47, a set of exhaust gaskets and bolts at about $65, and an oil pan bolt. Now, with less than 100 miles on the motor, it's blown again. It's supposed to be replaced soon, because it's still under warranty. Eddie says that it will take about a week. Of course I have to take it back out and carry it back to Florida. Then, if and when it's done, I get to put it back in and hope for the best. Ultimately,  I would say, if u need engine work, STAY AWAY from Frazier's Auto in Jacksonville Florida.

  • It took taking the car to a dealership in Brunswick to get them to tell us what was wrong with the car, but when we returned it to the shop at Water's Ford and told them the problem, they were able to repair it.

  • Highly recommend these guys are very honest. Don't try to sell you into services and products you do not need like many competitors do. Observed two customers bring in vehicles that were quoted high prices on unnecessary services while I was there. They checked both vehicles for free and one did not have anything wrong with it. The other vehicle needed a repair but not nearly as expensive as they were quoted by competitor.

  • Well where do I begin with the mess this company has gotten us into... My Husband and I contacted Ocmulgee Outdoors about repairing and then selling our Polaris Ranger Crew. We made an agreement with Zack (the owner's son) that he would repair our crew, sell it for us and in return we would purchase a 4-wheeler from him. Instead of waiting for the Crew to be repaired we purchased a 4-wheeler up front and dropped our Crew off for the repair work. Upon putting the Crew in the shop we already knew the display needed to be replaced as well as the fuel tank, fuel pump and a relay which added up to $948 including labor. Zack and Shane both agreed to go ahead and order the display hoping the other parts would not be needed. Approximatly four weeks went by and we did not recieve a phone call of the status of our Crew. Two weeks after dropping the Crew off for repairs my husband took a job in Indiana and moved. The Crew was a priority but not on the top of our list at the time. My husband called and spoke with Shane and was advised the part was never ordered because he never got the okay to order. At that time my husband advised Shane that the part should have already been ordered and since it wasn't it needed to be ordered. Another two weeks give or take a day goes by and still no status call on the Crew. I called and spoke to Shane and he said he didnt know where the part was but would check and call back. He didn't. My husband called Shane the same day and was told the same thing and would call back. He didn't. The following day Shane was contacted again and said the part was on back order, at that time my husband was a little upset that no one bothered to call to advise the part had been ordered and they were waiting for it's arrival. Serious lack of communication. Shane advised the part would be in on August 21 and would be installed at that time. Chris, my Husband asked to speak with Zack and began to explain his fustration for Ocmulgee's lack of communication and advised Zack of his company's lack of customer service and expressed his reasons for not doing business with another company for the same situation. Zack became very hostile with my husband as I over heard the entire conversation while Zack was on speaker phone. He advised my husband to come pick his *&%$ Crew up and get it off his property. After listening to two grown men duke it out on the phone I took matters into my own hands and contacted Zack and explained our situation. I explained to him that all we wanted was to be kept in the loop on the part status, we were never told the part was on back order and didnt understand why the part was not ordered to begin with. After Zack had an opportunity to calm down and discuss the situation with me I asked Zack to guarantee me that when the display came in it would be installed and we would be contacted with further repairs needed for approval. Zack agreed and even called Shane his mechanic in the room and updated him on the situation. Thursday the 20th Chris recieved a call from Shane and was advised the display was installed and the Crew still needed a fuel tank and pump. My husband said okay go ahead with the fuel repair, we need to get it up and running to sell. I contacted Zack on Monday for a price and was told the total was over $1500. Much to my surprise I advised I would have to call Chris to find out what the original agreed upon price was. After speaking with Chris he said the price was orginally quoted at $948 including labor for the fuel tank, fuel pump, relay and display. Zack explained the ERC, battery and some additional electrical work was needed to complete the fuel tank repair. I asked why we were not contacted to be advised of the additional repair cost and Shane explained he was told to repair it and Zack said his mechanics didn't have time to call their customers every time they ran into another problem. I explained to Zack that I was willing to pay $1000 which was $52 more than what we were originally quoted but I was not going to pay the other additional cost that were not approved by my Husband or myself. Zack told me that the final price was $1048 and that was it and if I didnt have the other money not to come get the Crew. After trying to reason with him and said I couldnt believe he was going to keep my Crew over $48 that I didnt even approve he replied with cursing me. At that point all niceness in me went away and I lashed out. Zack had the odacity to say he was loosing money on this deal. I explained that was not my fault his mechanics installed parts we did not approve and I couldnt understand how he was loosing money on a deal that we bought a 4-wheeler from him and now paying the full $1048 against my will so that they will release my Crew back to me. Never in my life of dealing with companies have I ever recieved such POOR, LOUSY service. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND STRONGLY URGE ANYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TO RECONSIDER!
